< Job 32 >

1 Ke sripen Job el tu na ku in nunku mu wangin ma koluk lal, oru mwet tolu ah tui ac tila srike in topkol.
So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the family of Ram: against Job was his wrath kindled, because he justified himself rather than God.
3 El oayapa kasrkusrak sin mwet kawuk tolu lal Job, mweyen wanginna ma eltal ku in sang topkol Job, oru oana in tuh sutuu sin God.
Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled, because they had found no answer, and yet had condemned Job.
4 Na ke sripen Elihu pa fusr emeet sin mwet ma tu in acn sac, oru el soano nwe ke na mwet nukewa tari ke sramsram uh.
Now Elihu had waited to speak unto Job, because they were elder than he.
5 Ke el liye lah mwet tolu ah tia ku in topkol Job, el arulana kasrkusrakak,
And when Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of these three men, his wrath was kindled.
6 ac mutawauk in kaskas. Pa inge kas lal: [Elihu] “Nga fusr, ac komtal matu, Oru nga tuh sangeng in fahk nunak luk uh.
And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I am young, and ye are very old; wherefore I held back, and durst not shew you mine opinion.
7 Nga sifacna fahk mu fal komtal in tukeni asramsrami, Ac fahk nunak lalmwetmet lomtal an, lah komtal pa matu.
I said, Days should speak, and multitude of years should teach wisdom.
8 Tusruktu Ngun lun God Kulana Pa ac tuku nu sin mwet uh ac sang lalmwetmet nu selos.
But there is a spirit in man, and the breath of the Almighty giveth them understanding.
9 Tia matwen mwet uh pa oru elos in lalmwetmet, Ku kasrelos in etu ma pwaye.
It is not the great that are wise, nor the aged that understand judgment.
10 Ke ma inge, nga ke komtal in lohngyu, Ac lela ngan fahk nu sumtal ma nga nunku uh.
Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine opinion.
11 “Nga tuh mislana ac porongo ke komtal sramsram, Oayapa nga tupan ke komtal sukok kas lalmwetmet komtal in orekmakin.
Behold, I waited for your words, I listened for your reasons, whilst ye searched out what to say.
12 Ke nga lohang nu kac ah, nga konauk lah komtal munasla sel; Komtal tiana aksutueyela ma Job el fahk ah.
Yea, I attended unto you, and, behold, there was none that convinced Job, or that answered his words, among you.
13 Efu ku komtal ku in fahk mu komtal konauk lalmwetmet? Enenuyuk God Elan topkol Job, mweyen komtal tuh koflana topkolla.
Beware lest ye say, We have found wisdom; God may vanquish him, not man:
14 Job el tuh kaskas nu sumtal, ac tia nu sik, Tusruktu nga tiana ku in topkol oana ke komtal oru ah.
For he hath not directed his words against me; neither will I answer him with your speeches.
15 “Job, wanginla ma eltal ku in fahk; Wanginna ma eltal ku in sang topuk kom.
They are amazed, they answer no more: they have not a word to say.
16 Mea, nga ac srakna tupan ke eltal misla tila sramsram uh? Eltal tu na ac wanginla ma eltal ku in sifilpa fahk.
And shall I wait, because they speak not, because they stand still, and answer no more?
17 Mo. Nga ac sot top luk sifacna nu sum, Ac fahkot ma nga nunku uh.
I also will answer my part, I also will shew mine opinion.
18 Nga arulana elyala ngan tari sramsram; Nga kofla kutongya kas luk uh.
For I am full of words; the spirit within me constraineth me.
19 Nga fin tia eis pacl luk in sramsram, Nga ac fokelik oana sie pak in neinyuk wain ma sessesla ke wain sasu.
Behold, my belly is as wine which hath no vent; like new bottles it is ready to burst.
20 Nga kofla muteng; enenu na nga in kaskas.
I will speak, that I may be refreshed; I will open my lips and answer.
21 Nga ac fah tia wiwi mwet ke alein se inge; Nga ac tia yukin sie.
Let me not, I pray you, respect any man’s person; neither will I give flattering titles unto any man.
22 Nga tia wi yukin mwet, Ac nga fin oru, God El ac sa na in kaiyu.
For I know not to give flattering titles; [else] would my Maker soon take me away.
