< Job 27 >
Moreover, Job continued his parable, and said,
2 “Nga fulahk ke Inen God moul su Kulana, Su tia lela nununku suwohs in orek nu sik, a El ase nu sik sie moul na upa —
[As] God liveth, [who] hath taken away my judgment; and the Almighty [who] hath afflicted my soul;
3 Ke lusenna pacl ma God El ase momong nu sik,
All the while my breath [is] in me, and the spirit of God [is] in my nostrils;
4 Ngoasrok ac fah tiana fahk kutena ma koluk, Ac louk ac fah tiana kikiap.
My lips shall not speak wickedness, nor my tongue utter deceit.
5 Nga tiana ku in fahk mu pwaye sumtal; Nga ac sruokyana ku in fahk mu moul luk uh nasnas, nwe ke na nga misa.
Far be it from me that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove my integrity from me.
6 Nga fah tiana munasla in fahk lah moul luk uh suwosna; Nunak lun insiuk mwesas na.
My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach [me] so long as I live.
7 “Lela tuh mwet nukewa su lainyu ac lokoalok nu sik uh In kaiyuk oana mwet ma koluk ac sesuwos moul la uh.
Let my enemy be as the wicked, and he that riseth up against me as the unrighteous.
8 Finsrak fuka lun mwet ma tia etu God Ke pacl se El ac eis moul lalos uh?
For what [is] the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul?
9 Ke pacl upa ac sikme, ya God El ac lohng pang lalos?
Will God hear his cry when trouble cometh upon him?
10 Elos funu sulela in eis engan ma El tuh ke sang nu selos ah, lukun wona. Elos funu oaru na in pre nu sel, lukun wo pac.
Will he delight himself in the Almighty? will he always call upon God?
11 “Lela nga in luti nu sumtal ke lupan ku lun God uh, Ac akketeya ma God Kulana El akoo.
I will teach you by the hand of God: [that] which [is] with the Almighty will I not conceal.
12 Tusruktu, pwayeiya uh komtal sifacna liye tari; Na efu ku komtal kaskas lalfon angan?”
Behold, all ye yourselves have seen [it]; why then are ye thus altogether vain?
13 Na Zophar el fahk, “Pa inge luman akkeok ma God El oru Nu sin mwet ma koluk ac sulallal uh.
This [is] the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors, [which] they shall receive of the Almighty.
14 Finne pus wen natulos, A elos nukewa ac fah anwukla ke mweun; Pacl nukewa ac sufalla mwe mongo nun tulik natulos.
If his children are multiplied, [it is] for the sword: and his offspring shall not be satisfied with bread.
15 Elos su painmoulla liki mweun, ac fah misa ke mas upa, Ac finne mutan katinmas kialos uh, ac tia pac asor kaclos.
Those that remain of him shall be buried in death: and his widows shall not weep.
16 Sie mwet koluk ac ku in oasr ipin silver puspis lal liki ma el ku in oakla, Ac pukanten nuknuk lal liki ma el enenu;
Though he should heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay?
17 Tusruktu, kutuna mwet wo sayel pa ac nukum nuknuk inge, Ac kutuna mwet suwoswos pa ac eis silver inge.
He may prepare [it], but the just shall put [it] on, and the innocent shall divide the silver.
18 Mwet koluk uh ac musai lohm selos munasna, oana ahng lun pwepenu uh, Ku oana lac lohm sin mwet foko ma karingin ima uh.
He buildeth his house as a moth, and as a booth [that] the keeper maketh.
19 Tusruktu pacl se in moul lalos elos ac mau ona in kasrpalos, A ke elos ac ngutalik, kasrup lalos uh wanginla.
The rich man shall lie down, but he shall not be gathered: he openeth his eyes, and he [is] not.
20 Mwe aksangeng fah toki nu faclos oana sie sronot; Ac sie paka fah tuhyak ke fong ac okulosla.
Terrors take hold on him as waters, a tempest stealeth him away in the night.
21 Eng kutulap ac fah pokolosla liki lohm selos;
The east wind carrieth him away, and he departeth: and as a storm hurleth him out of his place.
22 Ac fah tuyang nu faclos arulana upa Ke elos ac srike ke kuiyalos in kaingla.
For [God] shall cast upon him, and not spare: he would fain flee out of his hand.
23 Eng uh ac fah ngirngir ac isrunulos ke elos kasrusr, Ac aksangengyalos lucng me.
[Men] shall clap their hands at him, and shall hiss him out of his place.
