< Ezekiel 9 >
1 Na nga lohng ke God El wola, “Fahsru nu inge, kowos su ac kalyei siti uh. Us mwe mweun nutuwos an.”
And He cries [with] a loud voice in my ears, saying, “Inspectors of the city have drawn near, and each [with] his destroying weapon in his hand.”
2 In kitin pacl ah mukul onkosr tuku liki mutunpot layen epang ke Tempul uh, ac kais sie selos us kufwen mwe mweun. Sie pac mukul welulos ac el nukum nuknuk linen. El us ma se elan sim kac. Elos nukewa tuku ac tu ke loang bronze sac.
And behold, six men are coming from the way of the upper gate, that is facing the north, and each [with] his slaughter-weapon in his hand, and one man in their midst is clothed with linen, and a scribe’s inkhorn at his loins, and they come in, and stand near the bronze altar.
And the glory of the God of Israel has gone up from off the cherub, on which it has been, to the threshold of the house.
4 “Fahla sasla in siti Jerusalem nufon, ac akilenya motonsron mwet nukewa su inse toasr ac asor ke sripen ouiya koluk nukewa ma orek in siti uh.”
And He calls to the man who is clothed with linen, who has the scribe’s inkhorn at his loins, and YHWH says to him, “Pass on into the midst of the city, into the midst of Jerusalem, and you have made a mark on the foreheads of the men who are sighing and who are groaning for all the abominations that are done in its midst.”
5 Ac nga lohng ke God El fahk nu sin mukul ngia, “Fahsr tokol sasla in siti uh, ac uniya mwet uh. Tia likiya sie, ku pakoten nu sin sie.
And to the others he said in my ears, “Pass on into the city after him, and strike; your eye does not pity, nor do you spare;
6 Uniya mukul matu, mukul fusr, mutan fusr, nina, ac tulik. Tusruktu nimet kahlye kutena mwet su oasr akul ke motonsro. Mutawauk ke Tempul sik uh fahla.” Ouinge elos mutawauk ke mwet kol su tu ke Tempul uh.

7 God El fahk nu selos, “Kowos in akfohkfokyela Tempul, ac nwakla kewa acn mwesas ke inkul uh ke monin mwet misa. Fahsrot, oru ma nga fahk uh.” Ouinge elos mutawauk in uniya mwet in siti uh.
And they begin among the aged men who [are] before the house, and He says to them, “Defile the house, and fill the courts with the wounded, go forth.” And they have gone forth and have struck in the city.
8 Ke pacl se elos uniya mwet uh nga tuh mukena muta, ac nga faksufi ac wola ac fahk, “LEUM GOD Fulatlana, ya kom arulana kasrkusrak sin Jerusalem, pa kom ac uniya mwet nukewa lula in Israel?”
And it comes to pass, as they are striking, and I am left—that I fall on my face, and cry, and say, “Aah! Lord YHWH, are You destroying all the remnant of Israel, in Your pouring out Your wrath on Jerusalem?”
9 God El topuk ac fahk, “Mwet Israel ac mwet Judah elos orala ma koluk lulap. Elos akmas yen nukewa in facl se inge, ac nwakla acn Jerusalem ke ma koluk. Elos fahk mu, ‘LEUM GOD El ngetla liki facl se inge, ac LEUM GOD El tia liye ma kut oru.’
And He says to me, “The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah [is] very, very great, and the land is full of blood, and the city has been full of perverseness, for they have said: YHWH has forsaken the land, and YHWH is not seeing.
10 Tusruktu nga ac tia pakomutalos. Nga ac fah oru nu selos oana ma elos oru nu sin mwet ngia.”
And I also, My eye does not pity, nor do I spare; I have put their way on their own head.”
11 Na mwet se ma nukum nuknuk linen sac el foloko ac fahk nu sin LEUM GOD, “Nga orala tari sap lom nu sik ah.”
And behold, the man clothed with linen, at whose loins [is] the inkhorn, is bringing back word, saying, “I have done as You have commanded me.”
