Ezekiel 7
1 LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sik ac fahk,
And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
2 “Kom, mwet sukawil moul la, pa inge ma nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, ac fahk nu ke mutanfacl Israel: Pa inge saflaiyen facl sum nufon!
“O son of man, this is what the Lord GOD says to the land of Israel: ‘The end! The end has come upon the four corners of the land.
3 “Israel, saflaiya uh summa. Kom ac pulakin kasrkusrak luk, mweyen nga ac nununkekom ke ma kom orala. Nga ac folokin nu sum mwe srungayuk nukewa ma kom oru.
The end is now upon you, and I will unleash My anger against you. I will judge you according to your ways and repay you for all your abominations.
4 Nga ac fah tia molikomla ku pakomutom. Nga fah kalyei kom ke mwe srungayuk nukewa kom orala, tuh kom in etu lah nga pa LEUM GOD.”
I will not look on you with pity, nor will I spare you, but I will punish you for your ways and for the abominations among you. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’
5 Pa inge ma su LEUM GOD Fulatlana El fahk: “Mwe ongoiya ac tuku na tuku nu fom.
This is what the Lord GOD says: ‘Disaster! An unprecedented disaster — behold, it is coming!
6 Ma nukewa safla. Pa inge saflaiya uh. Kom sun saflaiyom.
The end has come! The end has come! It has roused itself against you. Behold, it has come!
7 Pacl safla nu suwos, mwet su muta fin acn se inge. Pacl uh apkuranme ke ac fah tia sifilpa oasr akfulat orek ke nien alu fineol uh, a fohsak mukena.
Doom has come to you, O inhabitants of the land. The time has come; the day is near; there is panic on the mountains instead of shouts of joy.
8 “Ac tia paht, kom ac pulakin kuiyen kasrkusrak luk uh. Nga ac nununkekom ke ma kom orala, ac nga fah folokin nu sum mwe srungayuk nukewa ma kom orala an.
Very soon I will pour out My wrath upon you and vent My anger against you; I will judge you according to your ways and repay you for all your abominations.
9 Nga ac fah tia molikomla ku fahkak pakoten luk nu sum. Nga ac kalyei kom fal nu ke mwe srungayuk ma kom orala. Ouinge kom fah etu lah nga pa LEUM GOD, ac nga pa kalyei kom.”
I will not look on you with pity, nor will I spare you, but I will punish you for your ways and for the abominations among you. Then you will know that it is I, the LORD, who strikes the blow.
10 Len in kunausla ac tuku. Orekma sulallal yokelikna. Inse fulat uh arulana yohk.
Behold, the day is here! It has come! Doom has gone out, the rod has budded, arrogance has bloomed.
11 Sulallal uh ac oswela ma koluk pukanten. Ac fah wangin ma lula lun mwet uh. Ac fah wanginla mwe kasrup, ma saok, ac ma wolana lalos.
Their violence has grown into a rod to punish their wickedness. None of them will remain: none of their multitude, none of their wealth, and nothing of value.
12 Pacl uh ac tuku, ac len uh apkuranme, ke ac wanginla sripen kuka ku moul ma, mweyen kalya lun God uh ac putati nu fin mwet nukewa oana sie.
The time has come; the day has arrived. Let the buyer not rejoice and the seller not mourn, for wrath is upon the whole multitude.
13 Wangin sie mwet kuka acn ac fah sifil eis ma el kukakunla, mweyen kasrkusrak lun God uh ma nu fin mwet nukewa. Mwet koluk uh ac tia ku in moul.
The seller will surely not recover what he sold while both remain alive. For the vision concerning the whole multitude will not be revoked, and because of their iniquity, not one of them will preserve his life.
14 Mwe ukuk uh kasla, ac mwet nukewa ac akola. Tusruktu wangin mwet ac som nu ke mweun mweyen kasrkusrak lun God ac tuku nu fin mwet nukewa oana sie.
They have blown the trumpet and made everything ready, but no one goes to war, for My wrath is upon the whole multitude.
15 Oasr anwuk inkanek uh, ac oasr mas ac masrinsral in lohm uh. Kutena mwet su muta likin siti uh ac fah misa ke mweun, ac kutena su muta in siti uh ac fah misa ke mas ac masrinsral.
The sword is outside; plague and famine are within. Those in the country will die by the sword, and those in the city will be devoured by famine and plague.
16 Kutu mwet uh ac kaing nu fineol uh, oana wule uh ke elos ac sangeng ac kaing liki infahlfal uh. Elos nukewa ac sasao ke ma koluk lalos.
The survivors will escape and live in the mountains, moaning like doves of the valley, each for his own iniquity.
17 Poun mwet nukewa ac fah munasla, ac nialos ac rarrar.
Every hand will go limp, and every knee will turn to water.
18 Elos ac nokomang nuknuk in asor, ac manolos nufon ac rarrar. Elos ac mangsrasrala, ac elos nukewa ac fah muta in mwekin.
They will put on sackcloth, and terror will overwhelm them. Shame will cover all their faces, and all their heads will be shaved.
19 Elos ac fah sisla gold ac silver lalos nu inkanek uh oana kutkut, mweyen silver ac gold tia ku in molelosla ke pacl se LEUM GOD El ac filakunla kasrkusrak upa lal uh. Elos tia ku in orekmakin in akfalye enenu lalos ku in akkihpye insialos. Gold ac silver inge pa kololosla nu ke ma koluk.
They will throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will seem unclean. Their silver and gold cannot save them in the day of the wrath of the LORD. They cannot satisfy their appetites or fill their stomachs with wealth, for it became the stumbling block that brought their iniquity.
20 Sie pacl ah elos filangkin wek saok lalos, tusruktu ma inge pa elos sang orala ma sruloala srungayuk lalos uh. Pa pwanang LEUM GOD El oru elos in wohtwotla ke mwe kasrup lalos uh.
His beautiful ornaments they transformed into pride and used them to fashion their vile images and detestable idols. Therefore I will make these into something unclean for them.
21 LEUM GOD El fahk, “Nga ac oru mwetsac uh in pisrala ma lalos, ac mwet kunaus ma sap uh ac usla mwe kasrup nukewa lalos ac akfohkfokyela.
And I will hand these things over as plunder to foreigners and loot to the wicked of the earth, who will defile them.
22 Nga ac fah tia oru kutena ma in kutongya mwet pisrapasr uh ke elos ac utyak nu in Tempul saok sik ac akfohkfokye.
I will turn My face away from them, and they will defile My treasured place. Violent men will enter it, and they will defile it.
23 “Ma nukewa arulana fohsak — acn uh sessesla ke akmas, ac siti uh nwanala ke sulallal.
Forge the chain, for the land is full of crimes of bloodshed, and the city is full of violence.
24 Nga ac fah use mutanfahl su arulana koluk in tuku eisla lohm suwos. Mukul watwen lowos ac fah munasla nunkalos ke nga ac lela mutanfahl saya in aklusrongtenye acn in alu lowos.
So I will bring the most wicked of nations to take possession of their houses. I will end the pride of the mighty, and their holy places will be profaned.
25 Inse fosrnga lulap ac tuku. Kowos ac suk misla, tuh tia ku in konauk.
Anguish is coming! They will seek peace, but find none.
26 Mwe ongoiya ac fah takla na tuku nu suwos, ac pweng koluk uh ac fah asrma oana soko infacl. Kowos ac kwafe sin mwet palu in fahkak ma elos liye. Wanginla ma mwet tol in sang luti mwet uh, ac wangin pac kas in kasru sin mwet matu.
Disaster upon disaster will come, and rumor after rumor. Then they will seek a vision from a prophet, but instruction from the priests will perish, as will counsel from the elders.
27 Tokosra el ac asor, fisrak uh ac fah wanginla finsrak lalos, ac mwet uh fah rarrar ke sangeng. Nga ac kalyei kowos ke ma nukewa ma kowos orala, ac nununkekowos oana ke kowos nununku mwet ngia. Ma inge ac akkalemye nu suwos lah nga pa LEUM GOD.”
The king will mourn, the prince will be clothed with despair, and the hands of the people of the land will tremble. I will deal with them according to their conduct, and I will judge them by their own standards. Then they will know that I am the LORD.’”
