Ezekiel 44
1 Na mukul sac pwenyula nu ke mutunpot se lik ke layen nu kutulap ke Tempul uh. Mutunpot sac kaul,
And he causes me to turn back the way of the gate of the outer sanctuary that is looking eastward, and it is shut.
2 na LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik, “Mutunpot se inge ac kaul na. Wangin pacl ac ikakla. Wangin mwet ac orekmakin, mweyen nga, LEUM GOD lun Israel, tuh utyak kac, na ac fah kaul na.
And YHWH says to me, “This gate is shut, it is not opened, and none go in by it, for YHWH, God of Israel, has come in by it, and it has been shut.
3 Tusruktu, fisrak se ma leum fin mwet uh ac ku in tuku ac mongo ke bread mutal ye mutuk we. El ac fah ilyak ac illa ke mutunpot uh ke infukil in utyak se oan e loac.”
The prince, who [is] prince, he sits by it to eat bread before YHWH, he comes in by the way of the porch of the gate, and by its way he goes out.”
4 Na mwet sac pwenyu ut ke mutunpot epang ah nu ke mutun Tempul uh. Ke nga ngetak nga liye lah kalem wolana lun LEUM GOD nwakla luin Tempul. Na nga faksufi,
And he brings me in the way of the north gate to the front of the house, and I look, and behold, the glory of YHWH has filled the house of YHWH, and I fall on my face.
5 ac LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik, “Kom, mwet sukawil moul la, lohang akwoya nu ke ma nukewa kom liye ac lohng uh. Nga ac fahkot nu sum ma sap ac oakwuk luk nu ke Tempul. Liye akwoya lah mwet fuka ac ku in ilyak ac illa liki Tempul, ac mwet fuka ac tia lela nu se.
And YHWH says to me, “Son of man, set your heart, and see with your eyes, and hear with your ears, all that I am speaking with you, all of the statutes of the house of YHWH, and all of its laws; and you have set your heart to the entrance of the house, with all the outlets of the sanctuary,
6 “Fahkang nu sin mwet Israel ingan su lungsena alein lah nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, ac fah tia sifil muteng orekma srungayuk ma elos muta oru uh.
and have said to [the] rebellion, to the house of Israel, Thus said Lord YHWH: Enough from you—of all your abominations, O house of Israel.
7 Elos akfohkfokye Tempul sik ke elos lela mwetsac, su tia kosrala ac tia akosyu, in utyak nu we ke pacl kiris uh ac srah uh kisakinyuk nu sik. Ouinge mwet luk uh kunausla wuleang luk nu selos ke sripen ma srungayuk nukewa elos oru.
In your bringing in sons of a stranger, uncircumcised of heart, and uncircumcised of flesh, to be in My sanctuary, to defile it, even My house, in your bringing near My bread, fat, and blood, and they break My covenant by all your abominations,
8 Elos tiana oru ma kunalos ke oakwuk mutal ke Tempul uh, a elos sang tuh in ma kunen mwetsac inge in oru.
and you have not kept [the] charge of My holy things, and you set [others] for keeping My charge in My sanctuary for you.
9 “Nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, fahkak lah wangin mwet tia kosrala, ku mwet su tia akosyu, fah utyak nu in Tempul sik, finne mwetsac ma muta inmasrlon mwet Israel.”
Thus said Lord YHWH: No son of a stranger, uncircumcised of heart, and uncircumcised of flesh, comes into My sanctuary, even any son of a stranger, who [is] in the midst of the sons of Israel.
10 LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik, “Nga fah kalyai mwet Levi su tuh wi mwet Israel ngia fahsr likiyu ac alu nu ke ma sruloala.
And the Levites who have gone far off from Me, in the wandering of Israel when they went astray from Me after their idols, and they have borne their iniquity.
11 Elos ac ku in kulansupweyu ke Tempul in liyaung mutunpot ac oru pac orekma lun Tempul. Elos ku in uniya kosro ma mwet uh ako in kisakin nu ke mwe kisa firir, ac mwe kisa saya, ac elos ac fah oru orekma in kulansupu mwet uh.
And they have been servants in My sanctuary, overseers at the gates of the house, and servants at the house; they slay the burnt-offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they stand before them to serve them.
12 Tusruktu, ke sripen elos pa kolla mwet Israel in alu nu ke ma sruloala, ac in ouiya se inge elos kololosla nu ke ma koluk, nga LEUM GOD Fulatlana, orala fulahk luk lah enenu in kalyeiyuk elos.
Because that they serve them before their idols, and have been for a stumbling-block of iniquity to the house of Israel, therefore I have lifted up My hand against them—a declaration of Lord YHWH—and they have borne their iniquity.
13 Elos ac fah tia sifil kulansapweyu in oru orekma lun mwet tol, ku apkuranyang nu ke kutena ma mutal sik, ku utyak nu in Acn Mutal Na Mutal. Pa inge mwe kalya nu selos ke orekma srungayuk elos oru.
And they do not draw near to Me to act as My priest, and to draw near to any of My holy things, to the Holy of Holies, and they have borne their shame and their abominations that they have done,
14 Nga ac sang orekma pusisel ke Tempul tuh in ma kunalos.”
and I made them keepers of the charge of the house, for all its service and for all that is done in it.
15 LEUM GOD Fulatlana El fahk, “Mwet tol ke sruf lal Levi su ma ke fwilin tulik natul Zadok, elos oaru na in kulansapweyu in Tempul ke pacl mwet Israel saya uh forla likiyu. Ke ma inge, elos pa ac kulansapweyu, ac tuku nu ye mutuk in kisakin ma kiris ac srah ke mwe kisa uh.
And the priests, the Levites, sons of Zadok, who have kept the charge of My sanctuary in the wandering of the sons of Israel from off Me, they draw near to Me to serve Me, and have stood before Me, to bring fat and blood near to Me—a declaration of Lord YHWH:
16 Elos mukena pa ac utyak nu in Tempul sik, ac kulansap ke loang luk, ac kol alu in Tempul.
they come into My sanctuary, and they draw near to My table to serve Me, and they have kept My charge.
17 Ke elos ac utyak ke mutunpot nu in acn mwesas se loac ke Tempul uh, elos fah nokomang nuknuk linen. Elos fah tiana orekmakin kutena nuknuk ma orekla ke unen sheep ke pacl elos kulansap in acn mwesas se loac ku luin Tempul uh.
And it has come to pass, in their going into the gates of the inner court, they put on linen garments; and no wool comes up on them in their ministering in the gates of the inner court and within.
18 Elos in susu linen ac turasis linen, ac elos in tia pel, elos in mau tia fio.
Linen headdresses are on their head, and linen trousers are on their loins, they are not restrained with sweat.
19 Meet liki elos ac tufoki nu ke acn mwesas se lik ah yen mwet uh muta we, elos enenu na in sarukla nuknuk ma elos nukum ke pacl elos kulansap in Tempul uh, ac filiya infukil mutal. Elos in nokomang nuknuk na lalos, tuh mwet uh in tia pusralla nuknuk mutal uh in tuh akongoiyalosla.
And in their going forth to the outer court—to the outer court to the people—they strip off their garments, in which they are ministering, and have placed them in the holy chambers, and have put on other garments; and they do not sanctify the people in their own garments.
20 “Mwet tol uh tia enenu in mangsrasrala ku akloesye aunsifalos. Elos enenu in oru tuh in lusa na fal.
And they do not shave their head, and they do not send forth the lock; they certainly trim their heads.
21 Mwet tol enenu in tia nim wain meet liki elos ilyak nu in acn mwesas loac uh.
And no priest drinks wine in their coming into the inner court.
22 Wangin mwet tol ac fah payuk sin mutan ma sisila sin sie pacna mwet. El enenu in payuk na sin sie mutan Israel su virgin, ku sie katinmas ma mukul tuma uh mwet tol.
And they do not take a widow or divorced woman to themselves for wives, but they take virgins of the seed of the house of Israel, and the widow who is widow of a priest.
23 “Mwet tol uh enenu in luti nu sin mwet luk in ku in akilen inmasrlon ma mutal ac ma tia mutal, oayapa inmasrlon ma nasnas ac ma tia nasnas fal nu ke oakwuk lun alu uh.
And they direct My people between holy and common, and they cause them to discern between unclean and clean.
24 Pacl ma oasr alein yohk sikyak, mwet tol uh pa ac oru nununku fal nu ke ma sap luk. Elos enenu in karingin pacl in kufwa lun alu uh fal nu ke ma sap ac oakwuk luk, ac elos enenu in karinganang len Sabbath tuh in mutal.
And concerning controversy, they stand up for judgment; they judge it with My judgments; and they keep My law and My statutes in all My appointed places; and they sanctify My Sabbaths.
25 “Sie mwet tol enenu na in tia akfohkfokyal sifacna ke el kahlye monin sie mwet misa, sayen mwet sacn el fin papa tumal ku nina kial, ku sie sin tulik natul, ku sie tamulel lal, ku sie tamtael wial ma soenna payuk.
And he does not come near to any dead man to be defiled, but if for father, and for mother, and for son, and for daughter, for brother, for sister who has not been to a man, they may defile themselves.
26 Tukun el sifilpa aknasnasyeyukla, el enenu in soano ke len itkosr,
And after his cleansing, they number seven days to him.
27 na el fah ilyak nu in acn mwesas se loac ke Tempul ac oru sie mwe kisa ke ma koluk, elan mau ku in sifilpa kulansap in Tempul. Nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, pa fahk ma inge.
And in the day of his coming into the sanctuary, into the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he brings his sin-offering near—a declaration of Lord YHWH.
28 “Mwe usru lun mwet tol ke ma nga sang nu sin mwet Israel tuh in ma lalos fwil nu ke fwil, pa orekma lun mwet tol. Ac fah wangin acn lalos in Israel. Nga na pa ac sang enenu lalos.
And it has been for an inheritance to them; I [am] their inheritance, and you do not give a possession to them in Israel; I [am] their possession.
29 Pa inge mwe mongo nun mwet tol uh: mwe kisa wheat, mwe kisa ke ma koluk, ac mwe kisa in akfalye ma koluk lukma. Oayapa ma nukewa in Israel ma sriyukla nu sik, ac fah ma lalos.
The present, and the sin-offering, and the guilt-offering, they eat, and every devoted thing in Israel is theirs.
30 Ma wo ke kosrani se meet in ma nukewa, ac oayapa ma wo ke ma kisakinyuk nu sik, ac fah ma lun mwet tol. Pacl nukewa mwet uh manman flao, elos in sang lof soko emeet nu sin mwet tol oana sie mwe kisa. Mwe insewowo luk ac fah oan fin lohm sin mwet su oru ouinge.
And the first of all the first-fruits of all, and every raised-offering of all, of all your raised-offerings, are the priests’; and you give the first of your dough to the priest, to cause a blessing to rest on your house.
31 Mwet tol fah tia mongo kutena won ku kosro ma sifacna misa, ku ma anwuki sin kosro lemnak.”
The priests do not eat any carcass or torn thing, from the bird or from the beast.”
