Ezekiel 26
1 Ke len se meet in sie ... malem ke yac aksingoul sie in sruoh lasr, LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sik ac fahk,
And it came to pass in the eleventh year, on the first [day] of the month, [that] the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
2 “Kom, mwet sukawil moul la, pa inge ma mwet in siti Tyre elos engankin. Elos wowoyak ac fahk, ‘Acn Jerusalem musalsalu! Mutunfacl saya uh ac tia sifil som kuka we, na el ac tia ku in sifilpa alein nu sesr!’
Son of man, because Sor has said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is crushed: the nations are destroyed: she is turned to me: she that was full is made desolate:
3 “Ke ma inge, pa inge ma nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, ac fahk uh: Siti Tyre, nga ac lain kom! Nga ac fah use mutunfacl puspis in tuku mweuni kom, ac elos ac fah tuku oana noa meoa tok pe acn uh.
therefore thus says the Lord; Behold, I am against you, O Sor, and I will bring up many nations against you, as the sea comes up with its waves.
4 Elos ac fah kunausla pot ke siti sum, ac ikruiya tower lom an. Na nga fah pokla kutkut nukewa nwe ke na ef mukena lula.
And they shall cast down the walls of Sor, and shall cast down your towers: and I will scrape her dust from off her, and make her a bare rock.
5 Mwet patur uh ac fah laknelik kwa lalos in akpaoyela fin ef ah. Nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, pa fahk ma inge. Mutunfacl saya ac fah utyak nu in siti Tyre, ac usla ma nukewa we;
She shall be in the midst of the sea a place for repairing nets: for I have spoken [it], says the Lord: and it shall be a spoil for the nations.
6 ac sang cutlass natulos in uniya mwet nukewa su muta in siti srisrik fin acn uh. Na Tyre ac fah etu lah nga pa LEUM GOD.”
And her daughters [which are] in the field shall be slain with the sword, and they shall know that I am the Lord.
7 Na LEUM GOD Fulatlana El fahk, “Nga ac fah use sie tokosra su fulat liki tokosra nukewa — Tokosra Nebuchadnezzar lun facl Babylonia — elan tuku ac mweuni Tyre. El ac fah tuku epang me wi sie un mwet mweun lulap, ac horse ac chariot, oayapa mwet mweun su kasrusr fin horse.
For thus says the Lord; Behold, I [will] bring up against you, O Sor, Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon from the north: he is a king of kings, with horses, and chariots, and horsemen, and a concourse of very many nations.
8 Elos nukewa su muta in siti srisrik uh ac fah anwukla ke mweun sac. Mwet lokoalok uh ac fah pukanak laf, etoak fohk sisken pot uh, ac orala sie kalkal ke mwe loang natulos raunikomla.
He shall kill your daughters that are in the field with the sword, and shall set a watch against you, and build forts around you, and carry a rampart round against you, and set up warlike works, and array his spears against you.
9 Elos ac fah sang sak in fokfok pot ac foklalik pot lom, ac topkakunla tower lom ke osra lulap.
He shall cast down with his swords your walls and your towers.
10 Fusren nien horse uh ac fosryak afinkomla. Kusen nien horse natulos, ac wheel ke wagon ac chariot natulos, ac fah osrokak pot in acn sum ke elos ac kasrusr sasla ke mutunpot lun siti musalla sac.
By reason of your multitude of his horses their dust shall cover you, and by reason of the sound of his horsemen and the wheels of his chariots the walls shall be shaken, when he enters into your gates, as one entering into a city from the plain.
11 Mwet mweun fin horse ac fah fokolak inkanek lom, ac uniya mwet lom ke cutlass. Sru kulana lom ac fah topla.
With the hoofs of his horses they shall trample all your streets: he shall kill your people with the sword, and shall bring down to the ground the support of your strength.
12 Mwet lokoalok lom ac fah sifacna eis mwe kasrup lom ac mwe kuka lom. Elos ac fah ikruiya pot lom ac kunausya lohm wolana sum nukewa. Elos ac fah eis eot, sak, ac kutkut nukewa, ac sisla nu meoa.
And he shall prey upon your power, and plunder your substance, and shall cast down your walls, and break down your pleasant houses: and he shall cast your stones and your timber and your dust into the midst of your sea.
13 Nga ac fah tulokinya pusren on lom nukewa in wanginla, ac pusren harp nutum fah tia sifil lohngyuk.
And he shall destroy the multitude of your musicians, and the sound of your lutes shall be heard no more.
14 Nga fah oru tuh ef mukena in oan, mwe akpaoye kwa lun mwet patur uh. Siti uh ac fah tia sifil musaiyuk. Nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, pa fahk ma inge.”
And I will make you a bare rock: you shall be a place to spread nets upon; you shall be built no more: for I the Lord have spoken [it], says the Lord.
15 Pa inge kas lun LEUM GOD Fulatlana nu sin siti Tyre: “Ke pacl se mwet mweun uh kutangkomla, mwet su muta wekof uh fah tuninfongla ke elos lohng pusren wowo lun mwet ma ac anwuki uh.
For thus says the Lord God to Sor; Shall not the isles shake at the sound of your fall, while the wounded are groaning, while they have drawn a sword in the midst of you?
16 Tokosra nukewa lun mutunfacl su muta wekof uh ac tufah fani liki tron lalos. Elos ac fah sarukla nuknuk in wal lalos ac nuknuk akul kato lalos, ac muta rarrar fin fohk uh. Elos ac fah tuninfongla ke ongoiya lulap nu sum uh, pwanang elos ac tia tui ke rarrar.
And all the princes of the nations of the sea shall come down from their thrones, and shall take off their crowns from their heads, and shall take off their embroidered raiment: they shall be utterly amazed; they shall sit upon the ground, and fear their [own] destruction, and shall groan over you.
17 Elos ac fah yuk on in mas misa soko inge nu sum: Siti pwengpeng sac kunausyukla! Oak okoal pokyukla liki meoa uh. Mwet in siti uh elos tuh leumi inkof uh meet, Ac aksangengye mwet ma muta sisken meoa uh.
And they shall take up a lamentation for you, and shall say to you, How are you destroyed from out of the sea, the renowned city, that brought her terror upon all her inhabitants.
18 Na inge, ke len se ma el musalla uh, Tuka nukewa kusrusryak, Ac mwet uh lut ma lulap ke ma sikyak inge.”
And the isles shall be alarmed at the day of your fall.
19 LEUM GOD Fulatlana El fahk, “Nga ac fah oru tuh kom in sie siti sikiyukla, in oana siti ma musalla yen wanginla mwet muta we. Nga ac fah afinkomla ke kof in acn loal meoa.
For thus says the Lord God; When I shall make the city desolate, as the cities that shall not be inhabited, when I have brought the deep up upon you,
20 Nga ac fah supwekomla nu in facl sin mwet misa in welulos su misa in pacl oemeet ah. Nga ac fah oru kom in muta ye fohk fin faclu, inmasrlon ma kulamla in pacl oemeet ah, ac tukeni yurin mwet misa. Ke sripa inge, kom ac fah tiana sifil foloko liki acn ingo in muta yen sin mwet moul.
and great waters shall cover you; and I shall bring you down to them that go down to the pit, to the people of old time, and shall cause you to dwell in the depths of the earth, as in everlasting desolation, with them that go down to the pit, that you may not be inhabited, nor stand upon the land of life;
21 Nga ac fah oru tuh kom in sie mwe aksangeng, na ac fah pa ingan saflaiyom. Mwet uh finne suk kom, elos ac fah tiana konekomyak.” LEUM GOD Fulatlana pa fahk ma inge.
I will make you a destruction, and you shall be no more for ever, says the Lord God.
