< Esther 7 >
1 Ouinge tokosra ac Haman som in mongo yorol Esther
So the King and Haman came to banket with the Queene Ester.
2 ke pacl se akluo. Ke pacl eltal nim wain, tokosra el sifilpa siyuk, “Kasra Esther, fahk nu sik ma kom lungse, ac nga ac fah sot nu sum. Kom finne siyuk ke tafu tokosrai luk, ac fah itukot nu sum.”
And the King said againe vnto Ester on the second day at the banket of wine, What is thy petition, Queene Ester, that it may be giue thee? and what is thy request? It shalbe euen perfourmed vnto the halfe of the kingdome.
3 Kasra Esther el topuk, “Fin oh lungse lun Tokosra, ac el fin insewowo in porongo mwe siyuk luk, pa inge ma nga kena kac, tuh nga in ku in moul, wi pac mwet srahk.
And Ester the Queene answered, and said, If I haue found fauour in thy sight, O King, and if it please the King, let my life be giuen me at my petition, and my people at my request.
4 Nga ac mwet srahk kukakinyukla tari in anwuki. Funu kukakinyukla kut nu ke mwet kohs, nga lukun misla na ac tia lusrong tokosra. Tusruktu akoeyuk in sikiyukla kut — kut nukewa ac wanginla!”
For we are solde, I, and my people, to be destroyed, to be slayne and to perish: but if we were solde for seruants, and for handmaides, I woulde haue helde my tongue: although the aduersarie could not recompense the Kings losse.
5 Na Tokosra Ahasuerus el siyuk sel Kasra Esther, “Su enum se ku in oru ouinge— Pia mwet sacn?”
Then King Ahashuerosh answered, and said vnto the Queene Ester, Who is he? and where is he that presumeth to doe thus?
6 Esther el topuk, “Mwet lokoalok lasr, su akola in kalyei kut, pa mwet koluk se inge Haman!” Haman el ngetang nu sel tokosra ac kasra, ac el rarrar ke sangeng.
And Ester said, The aduersarie and enemie is this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afrayde before the King and the Queene.
7 Tokosra el arulana foloyak ac tuyak som liki kufwa uh, ac illa nu likinuma nu ke ima ros lun inkul fulat. Haman el akilen lah tokosra el akola in sang kalya na yohk nu sel ke ma se inge, oru el mutana in kwafe sel Kasra Esther elan molella.
And the King arose from ye banket of wine in his wrath, and went into the palace garden: but Haman stood vp, to make request for his life to the Queene Ester: for he sawe that there was a mischiefe prepared for him of the King.
8 El tufahna fungyang nu fin mwe oan se Esther el muta fac in kwafe elan nunak munas nu sel, ke pacl se tokosra el sifilpa utyak nu in lohm uh liki imae. Tokosra el wola, “Ya mwet se inge ac sruinkuel kasra ye mutuk in lohm uh?” Ke pacl se tokosra el fahkla kas inge, mwet eunuch uh afinya mutal Haman.
And when the King came againe out of the palace garden, into the house where they dranke wine, Haman was fallen vpon the bed whereon Ester sate! therefore the King sayd, Will he force the Queene also before me in the house? As the worde went out of the Kings mouth, they couered Hamans face.
9 Na sie sin mwet eunuch lal tokosra pangpang Harbona el fahk, “Sie pac ma Haman el oru pa el musaela sie nien loksak fit itngoul limekosr fulata pe lohm sel elan srupsrulak Mordecai kac, el su tuh molela moul lun tokosra!” Tokosra el sapkin, “Srupsrulak Haman olo!”
And Harbonah one of the eunuches, sayde in the presence of the King, Beholde, there standeth yet the tree in Hamans house fiftie cubites hie, which Haman had prepared for Mordecai, that spake good for the King. Then the King sayd, Hang him thereon.
10 Ouinge sripsripyak Haman ke nien loksak se su el musaela nu sel Mordecai. Na tufah ohula kasrkusrak lal tokosra.
So they hanged Haman on the tree, that he had prepared for Mordecai: then was the Kings wrath pacified.
