Deuteronomy 31

Moses went and spoke these words to all Israel.

He said to them, “I am one hundred and twenty years old today. I can no more go out and come in. The LORD has said to me, ‘You shall not go over this Jordan.’
3 LEUM GOD lowos El ac fah som meet liki kowos ac kunausla mutunfacl ingo tuh kowos in ku in eisla acn selos. Na Joshua el fah mwet kol lowos, oana LEUM GOD El fahk.
The LORD your God himself will go over before you. He will destroy these nations from before you, and you shall dispossess them. Joshua will go over before you, as the LORD has spoken.
4 LEUM GOD El fah kunausla mwet ingo in oana ke El kutangulla Sihon ac Og, tokosra lun mwet Amor, ac kunausla facl selos.
The LORD will do to them as he did to Sihon and to Og, the kings of the Amorites, and to their land, when he destroyed them.
5 LEUM GOD El ac fah oru tuh kowos in kutangulosla, na kowos in oru nu selos oana ke nga sapkin nu suwos.
The LORD will deliver them up before you, and you shall do to them according to all the commandment which I have commanded you.
6 Kowos in ku ac pulaik na. Nimet sangeng selos. LEUM GOD lowos El ac fah wi kowos. El fah tiana som liki kowos, a El ac fah wi kowos in kasrekowos.”
Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them, for the LORD your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.”
7 Na Moses el pangnolma Joshua ac fahk nu sel ye mutun mwet Israel nukewa, “Kom in ku ac pulaik na. Kom pa ac kolla mwet inge in eis facl se ma LEUM GOD El wulela kac nu sin papa matu tumalos.
Moses called to Joshua, and said to him in the sight of all Israel, “Be strong and courageous, for you shall go with this people into the land which the LORD has sworn to their fathers to give them; and you shall cause them to inherit it.
8 LEUM GOD El ac fah wi kom in kol kom. El ac fah tia siskomla ku fahsr liki kom. Ke ma inge nik kom fosrnga ku sangeng.
The LORD himself is who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be discouraged.”
9 Ke ma inge Moses el simusla Ma Sap lun God ac sang nu sin mwet tol Levi su karingin Tuptup in Wuleang lun LEUM GOD, ac nu sin mwet kol lun Israel.
Moses wrote this law and delivered it to the priests the sons of Levi, who bore the ark of the LORD’s covenant, and to all the elders of Israel.

Moses commanded them, saying, “At the end of every seven years, in the set time of the year of release, in the feast of booths,
11 Riti nu sin mwet Israel ke elos ac tuku in alu nu sin LEUM GOD lowos ke acn in alu sefanna El sulela tuh elos in alu nu sel we.
when all Israel has come to appear before the LORD your God in the place which he will choose, you shall read this law before all Israel in their hearing.
12 Pangoneni mwet nukewa nu sie — mukul, mutan, tulik, ac mwetsac su muta in siti suwos, tuh mwet nukewa fah ku in lohng ac lotela in akfulatye LEUM GOD lowos, ac in oaru in akos kas in luti lal.
Assemble the people, the men and the women and the little ones, and the foreigners who are within your gates, that they may hear, learn, fear the LORD your God, and observe to do all the words of this law,
13 Ke kowos oru ouinge, fwilin tulik nutuwos su soenna lohng ke Ma Sap lun LEUM GOD lowos fah lohng kac. Ac elos fah lutlut in aksol ke lusenna pacl elos muta in facl se su kowos apkuran in alukela Infacl Jordan in oakwuki we.”
and that their children, who have not known, may hear and learn to fear the LORD your God, as long as you live in the land where you go over the Jordan to possess it.”
14 Na LEUM GOD El fahk nu sel Moses, “Apkuranme pacl in misa lom. Solalma Joshua ac usalu nu ke Lohm Nuknuk Mutal, tuh nga in sang ma kunal.” Na Moses ac Joshua som nu ke Lohm Nuknuk Mutal,
The LORD said to Moses, “Behold, your days approach that you must die. Call Joshua, and present yourselves in the Tent of Meeting, that I may commission him.” Moses and Joshua went, and presented themselves in the Tent of Meeting.

The LORD appeared in the Tent in a pillar of cloud, and the pillar of cloud stood over the Tent’s door.
16 LEUM GOD El fahk nu sel Moses, “Ac tia paht kom ac misa, na tukun kom misa mwet uh ac mutawauk in alu nu sin god puspis lun facl se elos ac utyak nu we. Elos fah sisyula ac kunausla wuleang ma nga orala yorolos.
The LORD said to Moses, “Behold, you shall sleep with your fathers. This people will rise up and play the prostitute after the strange gods of the land where they go to be amongst them, and will forsake me and break my covenant which I have made with them.
17 Ke pacl se ma ingan ac sikyak, nga ac kasrkusrak selos. Nga fah fahsr lukelos, ac elos ac fah kunausyukla. Mwe ongoiya puspis ac fah tuku nu faclos, na elos ac fah akilenak lah ma inge sikyak nu selos mweyen nga, God lalos, tila welulos.
Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall come on them; so that they will say in that day, ‘Haven’t these evils come on us because our God is not amongst us?’
18 Na nga ac fah tia kasrelos, mweyen elos orekma koluk ac alu nu sin god saya.
I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evil which they have done, in that they have turned to other gods.
19 “Inge, simusla on soko inge, ac luti nu sin mwet Israel tuh in mwe loh lainulos.
“Now therefore write this song for yourselves, and teach it to the children of Israel. Put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Israel.
20 Nga fah usalos nu in facl mut ac kasrup fohk we inge, oana nga tuh wuleang nu sin papa matu tumalos. Ac fah arulana pukanten mongo nalos, oru elos arulana kihp ac insewowo. Tusruktu elos ac fah forla likiyu ac alu nu sin god saya. Elos ac fah pilesreyu ac kunausla wuleang luk yorolos,
For when I have brought them into the land which I swore to their fathers, flowing with milk and honey, and they have eaten and filled themselves, and grown fat, then they will turn to other gods, and serve them, and despise me, and break my covenant.
21 na mwe ongoiya puspis ac fah tuku nu faclos. Tusruktu elos, ac filin tulik natulos, fah onkakin on soko inge, su ac fah sie mwe loh lainulos. Finne meet liki nga usalos nu in facl se ma nga wulela in sang lalos, nga nuna etu na ma oan in nunak lalos.”
It will happen, when many evils and troubles have come on them, that this song will testify before them as a witness; for it will not be forgotten out of the mouths of their descendants; for I know their ways and what they are doing today, before I have brought them into the land which I promised them.”
22 Ke len sacna, Moses el simusla on soko ah, ac luti nu sin mwet Israel.
So Moses wrote this song the same day, and taught it to the children of Israel.
23 Na LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sel Joshua wen natul Nun ac fahk, “Kom in ku ac pulaik na. Kom ac fah kol mwet Israel nu in facl se ma nga wuleang nu selos kac, ac nga ac fah wi kom.”
He commissioned Joshua the son of Nun, and said, “Be strong and courageous; for you shall bring the children of Israel into the land which I swore to them. I will be with you.”
24 Moses el simusla Ma Sap nukewa lun God in sie book limlim.
When Moses had finished writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished,
25 Ke el aksafyela, el fahk nu sin mwet tol Levi su liyaung Tuptup in Wuleang lun LEUM GOD,
Moses commanded the Levites, who bore the ark of the LORD’s covenant, saying,
26 “Eis book in Ma Sap se inge, ac usla filiya sisken Tuptup in Wuleang lun LEUM GOD lowos, tuh in oanna we in sie mwe loh lain mwet lal.
“Take this book of the law, and put it by the side of the ark of the LORD your God’s covenant, that it may be there for a witness against you.
27 Nga etu lah elos arulana likkeke ac utuk nunak. Elos tunyuna lain LEUM GOD ke pacl nga moul, ac tukun nga ac misa elos ac fah tunyuna yohk liki na.
For I know your rebellion and your stiff neck. Behold, while I am yet alive with you today, you have been rebellious against the LORD. How much more after my death?
28 Eisani mwet kol lun sruf nukewa ac mwet fulat nu ye mutuk, tuh nga fah ku in fahk ma inge nu selos. Nga fah pangon kusrao ac faclu in orek loh luk lainulos.
Assemble to me all the elders of your tribes and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to witness against them.
29 Nga etu lah tukun nga ac misa, mwet inge ac fah mutawauk in oru ma koluk ac pilesru ma nga luti nu selos. Na in pacl fahsru, elos ac fah sun mwe ongoiya, mweyen elos akkasrkusrakye LEUM GOD ke elos oru ma El sap elos in tia oru.”
For I know that after my death you will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn away from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will happen to you in the latter days, because you will do that which is evil in the LORD’s sight, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.”
30 Na Moses el fahk kas ke on soko ah nufon ke mwet Israel nukewa elos lohng.
Moses spoke in the ears of all the assembly of Israel the words of this song, until they were finished.
