< Daniel 12 >
Ke sun pacl sac, mwet nukewa in facl sum ma simla inelos tari in book lun God, ac fah moulla.
"At that time shall Michael arise, the great prince who watches over the children of your people. And there shall be a time of distress unparalleled since the beginning of the nation until that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone who shall be found written in the book.
2 Mwet puspis sin mwet ma misa tari ac fah sifil moulyak: kutu selos ac fah engankin moul ma pahtpat, ac kutu ac fah keok ac mwekin ma pahtpat.
Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3 Mwet kol lalmwetmet uh elos ac fah saromrom ke kalem wolana lun acn lucng, ac elos su luti nu sin mwet in oru ma pwaye uh ac fah saromrom oana itu nwe tok.”
And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.
4 El fahk nu sik, “Inge, Daniel, lumwani book sacn, ac sang sie sil an nu kac nwe ke na safla faclu. Ac in pacl se inge, mwet puspis ac fah sisla wel pacl lalos in suk kalmen ma sikyak inge.”
But you, Daniel, close up these words, and seal the book, until the time of the end. Many shall roam here and there, and knowledge shall increase."
5 Na nga liye mwet luo tu pe infacl soko, sie ke la infacl uh, ac sie ke la.
Then I, Daniel, looked, and look, two others stood, one on this bank of the river, and one on the other bank of the river.
6 Sie seltal siyuk sin lipufan se ma tu lucng lukeltal ke infacl uh, ac fahk, “Ma usrnguk inge ac orek nwe safla ngac?”
And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, "How long shall it be till these wonders take place?"
7 Lipufan sac sralak kewa paol nu lucng ac orala sie wulela ku ke Inen God su moul ma pahtpat. Ac nga lohng el fahk, “Ac oan yac tolu tafu. Ac safla akkeok nu sin mwet lun God uh, tuh na ma inge nukewa orekla tari.”
I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him who lives forever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have made an end of breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
8 Nga lohng ma el fahk ah, tuh nga tiana kalem kac. Na nga siyuk sel, “Leum se, ac fuka saflaiya?”
And I heard, but I did not understand. Then I said, "My lord, what shall be the outcome of these things?"
9 Na el fahk, “Daniel, enenu kom in som inge, mweyen kas inge ac fah wikinyukla ac oanna in lukma nwe ke pacl safla uh.
And he said, "Go your way, Daniel, for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.
10 Mwet puspis ac fah aknasnasyeyukla. Mwet koluk uh ac fah tia kalem kac, ac elos ac nuna oru na ma koluk. Mwet lalmwetmet uh mukena pa ac kalem kac.
Many shall be purified, cleansed and refined; but the wicked shall act wickedly. And none of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand.
11 Oe ke pacl se na ma kisa ke len nukewa uh tila orek ah, aok pacl se ma Mwe Aksangeng na Upa sac tuh sikyak ah, oasr len sie tausin luofoko eungoul lac.
From the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred ninety days.
12 Insewowo elos su tu na ku in tawi lalos nwe ke na safla pac len sie tausin tolfoko tolngoul limekosr uh!
Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred thirty-five days.
13 “Ac kom, Daniel, kom in oaru nwe ke safla. Na kom ac fah misa, tusruktu kom ac sifil moulyak in eis mwe usru lom ke pacl safla uh.”
But go your way until the end. For you shall rest, and shall rise to receive your reward at the end of the days.
