Colossae 2
1 Nga ke kowos in etu lupan kwafe luk keiwos ac ke mwet lulalfongi in acn Laodicea, ac oayapa kaclos nukewa su nga soenna sonolos.
For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and [for] them at Laodicea, and [for] as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;
2 Nga oru ma inge in akkeye insialos, ac in akfototoyalos nu sin sie sin sie ke lungse, tuh elos fah ku in arulana lulalfongi ke sripen etauk lalos ke ma pwaye. In ouiya se inge elos fah etu ma lukma lun God ma tia eteyuk meet, su pa kacl Christ sifacna.
That their hearts may be comforted, being knit together in love, and to all riches of the full assurance of understanding to the acknowledgment of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
3 El na pa ku in ikasla kalmen etauk ac lalmwetmet nukewa lun God, su oana sie ma saok wikinyukla meet.
In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
4 Ke ma inge nga fahk nu suwos, nikmet lela kutena mwet in kiapwekowosla ke kas in eyeinse lusrongten, finne wo srumunya selos.
And this I say, lest any man should deceive you with enticing words.
5 Tuh nga finne wangin yuruwos, a nga wi kowos na in ngun. Ac nga engan ke nga lohng ke asruoki wo lowos, pwanang kowos tu na ku in lulalfongi lowos in Christ.
For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.
6 Ke sripen kowos eis tari Christ Jesus tuh elan Leum lowos, kowos in moul in ma sefanna nu sel.
As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, [so] walk ye in him:
7 Kowos in okala ac kapkapak in el, ac musaeak moul lowos an facl, ac akkeye lulalfongi lowos an oana ke lutiyuk nu suwos, ac kowos in sessesla in sang kulo.
Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.
8 Ke ma inge, kowos in arulana liyaung tuh wangin mwet in akkohsye kowos nu ke kutena lalmwetmet kikiap lun mwet, su elos eis ke sramsram matu lusrongten lun fwil somla ac liki ngun koluk ma leumi faclu ac yen engyeng uh, ac tia ma sin Christ.
Beware lest any man make a prey of you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9 Tuh ouiya mutal ac ma pwaye nukewa lun God kalem in Christ, ke el moul in mwet lac.
For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
10 Ac kw kowos fungyang nu sel, itukot nu suwos moul pwaye. El leum fin ku ac wal nukewa lun ngun.
And ye are complete in him, who is the head of all principality and power:
11 Ke kowos kupasryang nu sin Christ, kowos kosreyukla, tia ke kosrala ma orek sin mwet, a ke kosrala lun Christ, su aksukosokyekowosla liki ku lun lung koluk ma oan in mano se inge.
In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Mweyen ke kowos baptaisla, kowos wi Christ pukpuki ac kowos oayapa akmoulyeyukyak yurin Christ, ke sripen lulalfongi lowos ke ku lun God, su akmoulyalak liki misa.
Buried with him in baptism, in which also ye are raised with [him] through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
13 In pacl meet ah, kowos misa in ngun ke sripen ma koluk lowos, ac mweyen kowos mwet pegan su muta sayen Ma Sap. Tusruktu God El akmoulyekowosyak yurin Christ. God El nunak munas nu sesr nukewa ke ma koluk lasr.
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he made alive together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 El sacla ma simla in akkalemye soemoul lasr, oayapa oakwuk lun ma sap ma lain kut, ac patikya ma inge nu ke sakseng.
Blotting out the hand-writing of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
15 Fin sakseng soko ah, Christ el sifacna aksukosokyalla liki ku ac wal nukewa lun ngun koluk yen engyeng uh, ac oru tuh elos in sie mwe intoe ke elos takla fahsr tokol oana mwet sruoh ke el akkalemye kutangla lal.
[And] having despoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
16 Ke ma inge, nik kowos lela kutena mwet in oakiya ma sap nu suwos ke ma kowos in kang ku nim, ku nu ke Kufwen Malem Sasu, ku ke len Sabbath, ku kutena len mutal saya.
Let no man therefore judge you in food, or in drink, or in respect of a holy-day, or or the new-moon, or of the sabbaths:
17 Kain inge nukewa ngunnguninna ma su ac fah tuku in pacl tok uh. Ma sefanna ma pwaye uh pa Christ.
Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body [is] of Christ.
18 Nikmet lela kutena mwet in akkolukye kowos ke el sifacna fahk mu el fulat mweyen el liye aruruma, ac el sapkin tuh mwet uh in oru lumahlos in pusisel ac alu nu sin lipufan uh. Mwet ouinge inse fulat ke wangin.
Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshiping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
19 El tila kupasr nu sin Christ, su sifen mano. Ye ku lun Christ, mano nufon se inge kiteyuk, ac kupasr ac alko nukewa kupasreni wo ac kapkapak fal nu ke lungse lun God.
And not holding the head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.
20 Kowos wi Christ misa, na kowos sukosokla liki ku lun ngun koluk ma leumi faclu ac yen engyeng uh. Fin ouinge, efu ku kowos moul oana kowos in ma lun faclu? Efu ku kowos akos kain in ma sap su fahk,
Wherefore, if ye are dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
21 “Nimet sruok ma se inge,” ku “Nimet ema ma se ingan,” ku “Nimet kahl ma se ingo”?
(Touch not; taste not; handle not;
22 Oakwuk inge nukewa fin orekmakinyukla tari na wanginla sripa. Ma sap inge ac mwe luti inge ma na mwet oru.
Which all are to perish with the using; ) according to the commandments and doctrines of men?
23 Aok, kutu mwet uh nunku mu kain oakwuk inge orekla ke lalmwetmet, ma fahk mu in alu nu sin lipufan uh, ac oru lumahlos in pusisel, ku akkeokye manolos sifacna. Tusruktu wangin na pwaye sripen ma inge in sang kutongya ma lungse lun ikwa.
Which things have indeed a show of wisdom in will-worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honor to the satisfying of the flesh.
