< Luo Samuel 6 >

1 David el sifilpa orani mwet mweun ma wo emeet in Israel, ac pisalos oasr ke mwet tolngoul tausin.
Again, David assembled all [the] chosen [men] of Israel, thirty thousand,
2 El kololos nu Baalah in acn Judah, tuh elos in use Tuptup in Wuleang lun God liki acn we, su Inen LEUM GOD Kulana oan kac, ac nien muta fulat lal oan fin cherub lukwa ma oan fac.
And David arose, and went with all the people that [were] with him from Baale of Judah, to bring up from thence the ark of God, whose name is called by the name of the LORD of hosts that dwelleth [between] the cherubim.
3 Elos use liki lohm sel Abinadab fin tohktok ah, ac filiya fin sie mwe wiwa sasu. Uzzah ac Ahio, wen natul Abinadab, pa us mwe wiwa soko ah,
And they set the ark of God upon a new cart, and brought it out of the house of Abinadab that [was] in Gibeah: and Uzzah and Ahio the sons of Abinadab drove the new cart.
4 ac Ahio el fahsr meet.
And they brought it out of the house of Abinadab, which [was] at Gibeah, accompanying the ark of God: and Ahio went before the ark.
5 David ac mwet Israel nukewa fahsr tacn ac on ke kuiyalos nufon in akfulatye LEUM GOD. Elos srital ke harp, lyre, drum, rattle, ac cymbal.
And David and all the house of Israel played before the LORD on all manner of [instruments made of] fir wood, even on harps, and on psalteries, and on timbrels, and on cornets, and on cymbals.
6 Ke elos tuku sun acn in kulkul wheat lal Nacon, cow uh tukulkulyak, na Uzzah el saplakyang sruokya Tuptup in Wuleang.
And when they came to Nachon's threshing-floor, Uzzah put forth [his hand] to the ark of God, and took hold of it: for the oxen shook [it].
7 In pacl sacna, LEUM GOD El mulat sel Uzzah ac unilya ke sripen el kahlya Tuptup in Wuleang sac, na Uzzah el misa sisken na Tuptup in Wuleang.
And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Uzzah, and God smote him there for [his] error; and there he died by the ark of God.
8 Ouinge acn sac pangpang Perez Uzzah in pacl sac me. David el arulana toasr lah LEUM GOD El sang kaiyuk nu sel Uzzah ke kasrkusrak.
And David was displeased, because the LORD had made a breach upon Uzzah: and he called the name of the place Perez-uzzah to this day.
9 Na David el sangeng sin LEUM GOD ac fahk, “Inge nga ac usla fuka Tuptup in Wuleang tuh in wiyu?”
And David was afraid of the LORD that day, and said, How shall the ark of the LORD come to me?
10 Ouinge el wotela elan tia us welul nu Jerusalem, a el kuhfla liki inkanek ah, usla nu lohm sel Obed Edom, sie mwet in siti lun Gath.
So David would not remove the ark of the LORD to him into the city of David: but David carried it aside into the house of Obed-edom the Gittite.
11 Tuptup sac oanna we ke malem tolu, ac LEUM GOD El akinsewowoyal Obed Edom ac sou lal.
And the ark of the LORD continued in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite three months: and the LORD blessed Obed-edom and all his household.
12 Tokosra David el lohng lah LEUM GOD El akinsewowoye sou lal Obed Edom ac ma lal nukewa ke sripen Tuptup in Wuleang sac. Ouinge David el eis Tuptup in Wuleang sac liki lohm sel Obed, tuh elan usla nu Jerusalem ke engan ac akfulat lulap.
And it was told king David, saying, The LORD hath blessed the house of Obed-edom, and all that [pertaineth] to him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-edom into the city of David with gladness.
13 Ke mwet us Tuptup in Wuleang elos tufahna fahsryak fahluk onkosr, David el sap elos in tui, ac el oru sie mwe kisa nu sin LEUM GOD ke cow mukul soko ac cow fusr fact soko.
And it was [so], that when they that bore the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, he sacrificed oxen and fatlings.
14 El laflafyang ke ipin nuknuk linen se ac tacn ke kuiyal nufon in akfulatye LEUM GOD.
And David danced before the LORD with all [his] might; and David [was] girded with a linen ephod.
15 Ouinge David ac mwet Israel nukewa elos sasa ke engan ac uk mwe ukuk ke elos us Tuptup in Wuleang ac fahsryak nu Jerusalem.
So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet.
16 Ke Tuptup sac utuku nu in siti ah, Michal, acn natul Saul, el ngetla liki winto ah, ac liye ke Tokosra David el tacn ac srosro in akfulatye LEUM GOD, na Michal el arulana toasrla sel.
And as the ark of the LORD came into the city of David, Michal, Saul's daughter, looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart.
17 Elos us Tuptup sac ac likiya in Lohm Nuknuk se David el tuh akoela nu kac. Na David el orek kisa ac mwe kisa in akinsewowo nu sin LEUM GOD.
And they brought in the ark of the LORD, and set it in its place, in the midst of the tabernacle that David had pitched for it: and David offered burnt-offerings and peace-offerings before the LORD.
18 Ke el orek kisa tari, el akinsewowoye mwet uh Inen LEUM GOD Kulana,
And as soon as David had made an end of offering burnt-offerings and peace-offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD of hosts.
19 ac el kitalik mwe mongo nu selos nukewa. El sang nu sin kais sie mukul ac mutan in Israel kais soko lof in bread, kais sie ipin ikwa manman, ac kutu raisin. Na mwet nukewa folokla nu yen selos.
And he dealt among all the people, [even] among the whole multitude of Israel, as well to the women as men, to every one a cake of bread, and a good piece [of flesh], and a flagon [of wine]. So all the people departed every one to his house.
20 Tukun ma inge, ke Tokosra David el som nu yen sel in paing sou lal ah, Michal el illa in osun nu sel ac fahk, “Seyal kutu, tokosra lun Israel el arulana yukunul sifacna misenge! El sifacna ikasulla oana sie mwet lalfon ye mutun tulik mutan kulansap lun mwet pwapa lal!”
Then David returned to bless his household. And Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, How glorious was the king of Israel to-day, who uncovered himself to-day in the eyes of the handmaids of his servants, as one of the vain fellows shamelessly uncovereth himself!
21 David el topuk, “Nga tacn in akfulatye LEUM GOD, su suleyula, ac tia papa tomom ku sou lal, tuh nga in mwet kol nu sin mwet lal, mwet Israel. Ac nga ac sifil pacna tacn in akfulatye LEUM GOD,
And David said to Michal, [It was] before the LORD, who chose me before thy father, and before all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the LORD, over Israel: therefore will I play before the LORD.
22 ac nga fah akpusiselye lumuk yohk liki inge. Sahp kom nunku mu nga lusrongten, a tulik mutan ingo elos ac arulana akfulatyeyu!”
And I shall yet be more vile than thus, and shall be base in my own sight: and by the maid-servants which thou hast spoken of, by them shall I be had in honor.
23 Na wanginna tulik Michal, acn natul Saul, el oswela nwe ke na el misa.
Therefore Michal the daughter of Saul had no child until the day of her death.
