< Luo Corinth 3 >
1 Ya kut sifilpa konkin kacsr sifacna ke kut kaskas ouinge? Ya kut oana mwet saya ma enenu leta in tukakin kut nu suwos, ku leta in tukakin kut suwos me?
Are we beginning again to commend ourselves? We do not need, as do some, letters of commendation to you or from you, do we?
2 Kowos sifacna pa leta lasr ma simla insiasr, tuh mwet nukewa in riti ac kalem kac.
You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by everyone;
Simla, tia ke ink, a ke Ngun lun God moul; tia fin eot, a ke insien mwet.
being revealed that you are a letter of Messiah, served by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tablets of stone, but in tablets that are hearts of flesh.
4 Kut fahk ouinge mweyen ke sripen Christ, yohk lulalfongi lasr ke God.
Such confidence we have through Messiah toward God;
not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God;
6 El pa ase ku nu sesr in kulansupu sie wuleang sasu, su tia orekla oana ma sap simla uh, a ma ke Ngun. Tuh ma sap ma simla uh use misa, a Ngun ase moul.
who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant; not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
7 Kais sie leta ke Ma Sap tuh tafleyuk ke eot, ac wolana lun God sikme ke pacl se orekla ah. Saromrom ke mutal Moses finne fahsr in efla, a srakna yohk kuiya pwanang mwet Israel koflana ngetang suilya. Wolana ke Ma Sap uh (su pwanang in oasr misa) fin ouinge,
But if the service of death, written engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the children of Israel could not look steadfastly on the face of Moses for the glory of his face; which was passing away:
8 fuka yokiyen wolana su tuku ke orekma lun Ngun!
won't service of the Spirit be with much more glory?
For if the service of condemnation has glory, the service of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.
10 Ke sripen arulana yohk kalem lun wolana se inge, kut ku in fahk mu wolana se meet ah wanginla wolana kac.
For truly that which has been made glorious has not been made glorious in this respect, by reason of the glory that surpasses.
11 Fin pwaye lah oasr wolana ke ma su tuh oan ke kitin pacl, ac fuka lupan yokiyen wolana ke ma su ac oan ma pahtpat!
For if that which passes away was with glory, much more that which remains is in glory.
12 Ke sripen oasr finsrak se inge yorosr, kut arulana pulaik.
Having therefore such a hope, we use great boldness of speech,
13 Kut tia oana Moses, su tuh sang ipin nuknuk se in afinya mutal tuh mwet Israel in tia liye ke saromrom sac efla ac wanginla.
and not as Moses, who put a veil on his face, that the children of Israel would not look steadfastly on the end of that which was passing away.
14 Aok pwaye lah nunak lalos kauli; ac nwe misenge nunkalos srakna afyufi ke elos riti book lun wuleang matu.
But their minds were hardened, for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains, because in Messiah it passes away.
15 Finne misenge, ke pacl elos riti Ma Sap lal Moses, mwe afyuf sac srakna lisringya nunak lalos.
But to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.
16 Tusruktu ac ku in itukla, oana ke Ma Simusla uh fahk kacl Moses: “Ma se ma afinya mutal itukla ke pacl el forang nu sin Leum.”
But whenever one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
17 “Leum” se ma srumunyuk in verse se inge pa Ngun, ac yen Ngun lun Leum oasr we, oasr sukosok we.
Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18 Ouinge kut nukewa tolyukyak ke wolana lun Leum, ac kalmelik nu saya ke wangin ma afinyen mutasr.
But we all, with unveiled face looking as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.
