1 Jehoshaphat el aolulla Asa, papa tumal, in tokosra, ac el akkeyala tokosrai lun Judah in lain Israel.
And Iehosphat his sonne reigned in his steade, and preuailed against Israel.
2 El oakiya mwet mweun in siti kuhlusyukyak in acn Judah, oayapa musaela acn in muta lalos uten acn Judah ac in siti ma Asa el sruokya in acn Ephraim.
And he put garisons in all the strong cities of Iudah, and set bandes in the lande of Iudah and in the cities of Ephraim, which Asa his father had taken.
3 LEUM GOD El akinsewowoyal Jehoshaphat mweyen el fahsr in falken papa tumal ke tafun moul lal meet, ac tia alu nu sin Baal.
And the Lord was with Iehoshaphat, because he walked in the first wayes of his father Dauid, and sought not Baalim,
4 El kulansupu God lun papa tumal, ac fahsr tukun ma sap lun God, ac tia oru oana ma tokosra lun mwet Israel oru.
But sought the Lord God of his father, and walked in his commandements, and not after the trade of Israel.
5 LEUM GOD El oakiya ku lulap nu facl Jehoshaphat in leumi tokosrai lun Judah, ac mwet nukewa use mwe lung nu sel. Ouinge el kasrupi, ac arulana akfulatyeyuk el.
Therefore the Lord stablished the kingdome in his hande, and all Iudah brought presents to Iehoshaphat, so that he had of riches and honour in abundance.
6 El insewowo in kulansupu LEUM GOD ac el kunausla nien alu nukewa lun mwet pegan in acn Judah, oayapa ma sruloala ke god mutan Asherah we.
And he lift vp his heart vnto the wayes of the Lord, and he tooke away moreouer the hie places and the groues out of Iudah.
7 In yac se aktolu ma el tokosra, el supwalik mwet fulat inge tuh elos in luti in siti lun Judah: Benhail, Obadiah, Zechariah, Nethanel, ac Micaiah.
And in the thirde yere of his reigne he sent his princes, Ben-hail, and Obadiah, and Zechariah, and Nethaneel, and Michaiah, that they should teach in the cities of Iudah,
8 Mwet Levi eu ac mwet tol luo welulos. Pa inge inen mwet Levi: Shemaiah, Nethaniah, Zebadiah, Asahel, Shemiramoth, Jehonathan, Adonijah, Tobijah, ac Tobadonijah. Inen mwet tol luo pa: Elishama ac Jehoram.
And with them Leuites, Shemaiah, and Nethaniah, and Zebadiah, and Asahel, and Shemiramoth, and Iehonathan, and Adoniiah, and Tobiiah, and Tob-adoniiah, Leuites, and with the Elishama and Iehoram Priestes.

And they taught in Iudah, and had the booke of the Lawe of the Lord with them, and went about throughout all the cities of Iudah, and taught the people.
10 LEUM GOD El oru tuh tokosrai nukewa ma raunela acn Judah in sangeng in som mweunel Tokosra Jehoshaphat.
And the feare of the Lord fell vpon all the kingdomes of ye lands that were round about Iudah, and they fought not against Iehoshaphat.
11 Kutu sin mwet Philistia elos use mwe lung na yohk ke silver ac mwe lung pac saya nu sel Jehoshaphat. Ac kutu mwet Arabia elos use sheep itkosr tausin itfoko ac nani itkosr tausin itfoko.
Also some of the Philistims brought Iehoshaphat giftes and tribute siluer, and the Arabians brought him flockes, seuen thousande and seuen hundreth rammes, and seuen thousande and seuen hundreth hee goates.
12 Ouinge yokelik na ku lal Jehoshaphat. El kuhlasak siti puspis in acn Judah nufon, oayapa musaiak siti
So Iehoshaphat prospered and grewe vp on hie: and he built in Iudah palaces and cities of store.

And he had great workes in the cities of Iudah, and men of warre, and valiant men in Ierusalem.
14 fal nu ke ota lalos. Adnah pa captain lun un mwet mweun ke ota nukewa in Judah, ac oasr mwet mweun tolfoko tausin ye kolyuk lal.
And these are the nombers of them after the house of their fathers, In Iudah were captaines of thousands, Adnah the captaine, and with him of valiant men three hundreth thousande.
15 Akluo in wal yal Adnah pa Jehohanan, ac oasr mwet mweun luofoko oalngoul tausin ye kolyuk lal.
And at his hande Iehohanan a captaine, and with him two hundreth and fourescore thousande.
16 Aktolu in wal pa Amasiah wen natul Zichri, ac oasr mwet mweun luofoko tausin ye kolyuk lal. (Amaziah el tuh sifacna eisalang in kulansupu LEUM GOD.)
And at his hande Amasiah the sonne of Zichri, which willingly offered him selfe vnto the Lord, and with him two hundreth thousand valiant men.
17 Captain lun un mwet mweun ke ota nukewa in Benjamin pa Eliada, sie mwet mweun pwengpeng. El leum fin mwet mweun luofoko tausin su us mwe loang ac mwe pisr.
And of Beniamin, Eliada a valiant man, and with him armed men with bowe and shielde two hundreth thousand.
18 Mwet kol se akluo yal pa Jehozabad, ac oasr mwet mweun siofok oalngoul tausin lal, su akoeyukla fal nu ke mweun.
And at his hand Iehozabad, and with him an hundreth and fourescore thousand armed to the warre.
19 Mwet inge kulansap nu sin tokosra in acn Jerusalem, ac el oayapa filiya kutu pac mwet in siti kuhlusyukyak pac saya in acn Judah.
These waited on the King, besides those which the King put in the strong cities thoroughout all Iudah.
