1 Yohana 5
1 J'hoj'hioha j'he ikiera kuj'ha Yesu ndo Kristu ahogoliki ni K'yara. Na j'hoj'hioha j'haan'ganili muene ambaj'he ahomili kwa tata pia akabhagana bhana munu.
Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loves him that fathered loves him also that is begotten of him.
2 Kwa e'le tumanyili kuj'ha tubhaganili bhana bha K'yara— patukan'gana K'yara ni kutekelasya amri syake.
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
3 Naha ndo kyatukan'gana K'yara kwa kusikamula Amri syake mbepe.
For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
4 kwa kuj'ha kila j'ha ahogoliki nu K'yara akabhushinda bhulimwengu. Na obho ndo bhushindi bhwa kubhushinda bhulimwengu, imani j'hitu.
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.
5 Niani j'ha abhushindi bhulimwengu? Ndo j'hola j'ha ij'hamini kuj'ha Yesu ndo muana ghwa K'yara.
Who is he that overcomes the world, but he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
6 O'j'ho ndo j'haahadili kwa masi ni muasi- Yesu Kristu. Ahidili lepi kwa masi tu bali kwa masi ni muasi.
This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.
7 Kwa kuj'ha bhaj'he bhadatu bhabhashuhudili.
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
8 Roho, masi ni muasi. Abha bhadatu bhikakubaliana. (Zingatilai: Malobhi agha “Tata, Lilobhi, ni Roho Mtakatifu” ghibhonekana lepi mu nakala sinofu sya muandi).
And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
9 Kama twikabhaj'ham'belela bhushuhuda bhwa bhanadamu bhushuhuda bhwa K'yara ndo mmbaha kuliko obho- kwa kujha aj'he nabhu bhushuhuda kuhusiana nu mwanabhe.
If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he has testified of his Son.
10 Muene j'haikamwamini mwana ghwa K'yara aj'he ni bhushuhuda mugati mwake muene. Na j'hej'hioha j'haabelili kumwamini K'yara am'bombali kuj'ha n'desi, kwa kuj'ha abhwaminilepi bhushuhuda ambabho K'yara abhulatili kup'hetela mwanabhe.
He that believes on the Son of God has the witness in himself: he that believes not God has made him a liar; because he believes not the record that God gave of his Son.
11 Ni bhushuhuda ndo obho— kuj'ha K'yara atupele bhusima bhwa milele, ni bhusima obho bhuj'hele mugati mwa Mwanabhe. (aiōnios g166)
And this is the record, that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. (aiōnios g166)
12 J'ha aj'he nu mwanabhe aj'he ni bhusima. Na g'haabeli kuj'ha nu mwanabhe aj'helepi ni bhusima.
He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life.
13 Nibhalembili agha ili mbwesiagha kumanya kuj'ha muj'henabhu bhusima bhwa milele— Muenga j'ha mwikuera mu lihina lya mwana ghwa K'yara. (aiōnios g166)
These things have I written to you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may believe on the name of the Son of God. (aiōnios g166)
14 Na obho ndo bhujasiri bhwa tujhe nabhu pa mihu pa muene, kuj'ha Kama tus'okuli k'henu kyokyoha k'hela sawasawa ni mapenzi ghake, akatup'heleka.
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he hears us:
15 Na Kama tumenye kuj'ha akatup'heleka— kyokyoha kyatukans'oma, tumanyili kuj'ha tuj'he naku kyatuns'omili.
And if we know that he hear us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
16 Kama twikabhaj'ham'belela bhushuhuda bhwa bhanadamu bhushuhuda bhwa K'yara ndo mmbaha kuliko obho- kwa kujha aj'he nabhu bhushuhuda kuhusiana nu mwanabhe. Muene j'haikamwamini mwana ghwa K'yara aj'he ni bhushuhuda mugati mwake muene. Na j'hej'hioha j'haabelili kumwamini K'yara am'bombali kuj'ha n'desi, kwa kuj'ha abhwaminilepi bhushuhuda ambabho K'yara abhulatili kup'hetela mwanabhe.
If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not to death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not to death. There is a sin to death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not to death.
18 Tumanyili j'ha kuj'ha j'haahogoliki nu K'yara ibhomba lepi sambi. Bali j'haahogoliki nu K'yara itunzibhwa nu muene salama daima, ni j'hola mwovu ibhwesyalepi kumdhuru.
We know that whoever is born of God sins not; but he that is begotten of God keeps himself, and that wicked one touches him not.
19 Tumanyili kuj'ha tete ni bha K'yara na tumanyili kuj'ha bhulimwengu bhuoha bhuj'hele pasi pa bhutawala bhwa j'hola mwovu.
And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in wickedness.
20 Lakini tumanyili kuj'ha mwana ghwa K'yara ahidili na atupelili bhujuzi, kuj'ha tummanyili muene j'haaj'hele ghwa bhukweli na kwamba tujhele mugati mwa muene j'haaj'hele ghwa bhukweli, hata kwa mwanabhe Yesu Kristu. Ni K'yara ghwa bhukweli ni bhusima bhwa milele. (aiōnios g166)
And we know that the Son of God is come, and has given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
21 Bhana bhapenzi, mkij'hepusiaghe ni lisanamu.
Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
