2 Avakolinto 11
1 Nisaaga ukhuta mwivange mwale mwomileile nune mbunkonyofu. Ilweli mukhiyumilila nune.
Would that ye could bear with me in a little folly! and indeed ye do bear with me.
2 Ulwakhuva muleinukhunogwa ukhuvivi yumwe. Neilinuvuvivi uvunonu uwa Nguluve kwa ajili yenu ukhuhuma upunaijyigile khuvutegulani uwa ugoosi yumo. Naijyigila ukhuvagegela uKilisite ndung'inja ugoolofu nyie uugosi ukhuhuma iholiwa.
For I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy; for I espoused you to one husband, to present you as a pure virgin to Christ;
3 Ulwakhuva nidwada khuluvafu ulunge, ndie njoka yiyo yadetelinche nkwa Efya khuvusyovi uwavuvivi, amasago geinyo giiwesya ukhuyanchiwa khuvutali ukhuhuma khulwisayo ulwalweli nulunonu mwa Kliste.
but I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve by his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from single-heartedness toward Christ.
4 Pwuu angahomile uyuunge umunu uvakuvayancha anchoovage inongwa ncha Yesu uyunge uvisahwaninie nula uvitukhandumbililaga. Apange khuvijingahie ncho ukhumpokela umepo uyunge yuywa saliehanile nduvitukhampokile. Apange khukikhwani eikhinge mkhupilila ilivangiili ilienge ililivunge ndiliimukha pokile. Mkhiyumilincha mumbombo inchi vunonu!
For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we did not preach, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye did not receive, or another gospel, which ye did not accept, well might ye bear with it.
5 Ulwakhuva une apange niliemugati muvala avanchila maka khu avo vitambuliwa vasukhwa-vanonu.
For I suppose that I am in no respect behind the very foremost apostles.
6 Ndaniengave yune sanimanyile ukwima khulumbilila, vusanieliwo mbumanyi wango. Khu khila khinu pwu tupelile ukhuta umanyikhikhe khulyumwe.
And though I am rude in speech, yet I am not in knowledge; but this did we in every respect manifest to you in all things.
7 Te, navombile imbivi vunikhiyisya yune ukhuta umwe mwimikhiwagwe? Ulwakhuva na lumbililaga ninumbu bila khudwada khinu ilivangieli ilya Nguluve khulyumwe.
Did I commit an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I preached to you the gospel of God without charge?
8 Napokhile imipelela mingi ukwupilila ulutangilo ukhuhuma khuvene nikhale nikhuvatanga ukhuvavombe umwe.
I robbed other churches, taking wages of them, in order to do you service;
9 Upunikhale numwe nale munu yune nilonda ulutangielo, saniekhava inchigo khumunu. Ulwakhuva ifyunale nafyo fyakwilanile na valunkolo lwango ukhuhuma khu Makedonia. Khu khila khinu nitagile ukhuleka ukhuva inchiigo khulyumwe,
and when I was present with you, and in want, I was a charge to no one; (for the brethren, when they came from Macedonia, supplied my wants; ) and in every thing I kept myself and will keep myself from being burdensome to you.
10 Kama kweli ya Kristo ilivyo ndani yangu, huku kujisifu kwangu, sakhulanunalikha khuvulafu ulwa Akaya.
As the truth of Christ is in me, this boasting shall not be stopped in regard to me in the regions of Achaia.
11 Khikhi? Ulwakhuva sanievaganile? Unguluve alumanyile ukhuta nivaganile.
Wherefore? Because I love you not? God knoweth!
12 Ukhuva khila ikyunivomba, nikhukhivomba. Nikhukhivomba ukhuta nietange ukhusiga unsiekhi gwa vala avinogwa unsienki ndugwakhuva nduvutuliewo mukhila khila iekyukhigineihincha.
But what I do, that I will continue to do, that I may cut off occasion from those who wish for an occasion, in order that in the matter of which they boast they may be found even as we.
13 Ulwakhuva avanu vala vasuhiwa va vudeidi na vavombambombo, vasyovi. Vikhisyetula vavo ukhuva vasuhiwa va Kilisti.
For such are false apostles, deceitful workmen, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ.
14 Ekhi sakyakudega, ulwakhuva nayusetano ikhisyetula yuywa ndava sukhwa avalumuli.
And no wonder; for even Satan transformeth himself into an angel of light.
15 Inchi sanchakhudega eeno ndavavombi avamwene avikhisyetula vavo ndavavombi avamwene avayielweli. Khuvusililo imbombo nchavene nchilava nduvuvavombile.
It is no great thing, then, if his ministers also transform themselves as ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
16 Ninchova kavili: Alekhage ukhuva pwale umunu uyunge uvisaga ukhuta une nifuvile. Ulwakhuva mungavombe, mumokhelage une ndumu uvyafuvile une pwu nigiienie padebe.
I say again, let no one suppose me a fool; if otherwise, yet even as a fool receive me, that I too may boast myself a little.
17 Khila ikyuninchova khunu ukwikhangancha, nukwigiinia sakhukhegiwa nu Nkuludeva, pwuninchova ndumunu uvyafuvile.
What I speak, I speak not after the Lord, but as it were in folly, in this confidence of boasting.
18 Ulwakhuva avanu avingi vikhigiinia khimbilii, khumbe nikhihiiniaga.
Seeing that many boast after the flesh, I will boast also.
19 Ulwakhuva mukhagegiinie nukhuluhekhelo niviafuvile, yumwe mwevene pwu mulie nuluhala!
For ye bear with fools gladly, seeing ye yourselves are wise;
20 Ulwakhuva mugeegana nu munu angakhuvikhe mbukhungiwa, vie ikhuvaviekha ukhugavika yumwe, angavavombe umwe khuvukavi wa mwene, angieviekhe munkyanya, apange angavatove khumiho.
for ye bear with it, if one brings you into bondage, if one devours you, if one takes from you, if one exalts himself, if one smites you on the face.
21 Pwu ninchova khosoni nchetu ukhuta ufye twale vadekhedekhe fincho ukhovo ewo. Na bado kama yeyote akijivuna— nazungumza kama mpumbavu— mimi pia nitajivuna.
I say it to my reproach, that we were weak; but in whatever any one is bold, (I speak in folly, ) I am bold also.
22 Te, avene vuva Yahudi? Nayune vunielivyo. Te, avene Vaislahieli? Nayune vulevule. Te, avene vakholiwe nkikolo ikya Abulahamu? Nayune vulevule.
Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they Abram's offspring? So am I.
23 Te, avene vavombi va Klisite? (Ninchova ukhuta ulukhala lwango salwale lunonu.) Une nilutilile. Nibile na mu mbombo ing'afu ukhulutilila, ukhuhanga nukhuta nikhale mbukhungwa, ukhutoviwa ukhulutilila, ukhwagana nuvuvi uwavufwe.
Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as beside myself, ) I am more; in labors more abundantly, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths often;
24 Ukhuhuma khu Vayahudi nupielile khahano “ukhuvngiwa mala olobaini uhenche ukhuvungiwa khamo.”
of the Jews five times I received forty stripes save one;
25 Natoviwe nulubikhi mala khadatu. Natoviwe khamo namawe. Mumeli naponi ukhufwa mala khadatu. Nivombili pakhilo na pamusi munyanja injila khinu.
thrice I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have spent in the deep;
26 Nikhale ndugeendo ulunivile nigeenda khila nsiekhi, mungasi inchudwancha, muvanyambuda, ukhughenda muvanu vango yune avavivi, ukhuma khuvanu avavivi avanyapanchi, mumbuvivi uwankilunga, mumbivivi uwamunyanja, mumbivivi uwakhuma khuvalukholo lwango avavudesi.
by journeyings often; by perils of rivers, by perils of robbers, by perils from my countrymen, by perils from the heathen, by perils in the city, by perils in the wilderness, by perils in the sea, by perils among false brethren;
27 Nivile imbombo eimala na mumbutamo uvupala, nu mumajuva amingi amapala agasaga khugonelela, munjala nie kyumila, papingi ukhulekha ukhulya, ukhuva mumepu nukhulekha ukhufyala.
by weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
28 Ukhulekha ifinu ifinge, khulimaka agavundwanchi igya mipelela.
Besides the other troubles, there is that which presseth upon me daily, the anxiety for all the churches.
29 Veni udeekhedekhe, nayune sanielidekhedekhe? Viveni uvieagwisincha unine mumbutulanongwa, nayune sanipya mugaati?
Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is in danger of stumbling, and I do not burn?
30 Inave lwampinyo niegieniaghe, nikhigiinia khu khila ikhivonesya uvuvi wango.
If I must boast, I will boast of the things which belong to my weakness.
31 Unguluve nu Dada uva Ntwa u-Yesu, umwene uveiginiwa khuvusila lusiku, uvyalumanyile ukhuta une sanisyova. (aiōn g165)
The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, who is blessed for evermore, knoweth that I am not lying. (aiōn g165)
32 Uku ku Dameska, umbaha va khilunga pasi pa Ntwa uAreta alolelaga ikhilunga kya ku Damaski ukhuta anyibate.
In Damascus the governor under Aretas the king kept guard over the city of the Damascenes, in order to apprehend me;
33 Khange vambiekhile mukhitundu, ukhugeendela pakhidwel ikhilipalwimato, nukhupokhiwa ukhuhuma mumavokho ghavene.
and through a window I was let down in a basket by the wall, and escaped his hands.
