Apocalipsis 2
1 Chatzꞌibꞌaj we tzij riꞌ che ri komontyox ri kꞌo pa Éfeso: Ri kꞌo wuqubꞌ chꞌumil pa ri uwiqiqꞌabꞌ, ri kꞌo puꞌnikꞌajil ri wuqubꞌ kꞌolibꞌal kantela bꞌantal che qꞌana pwaq, kubꞌij:
To the angel of the assembly in Ephesus write: These things says he that holds the seven stars in his right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lamps:
2 Ri in wetaꞌm ri tajin kabꞌano, ri kꞌax laj chak xuqujeꞌ ri ajeqelem. Wetaꞌm chi man kaqꞌiꞌtaj katkꞌojiꞌk kukꞌ ri itzel taq winaq. Qas xaꞌsolij na ri winaq ri kakijaluj chi e nutaqoꞌn xawil kꞌut chi xaq e bꞌanal taq tzij.
I know thy works and [thy] labour, and thine endurance, and that thou canst not bear evil [men]; and thou hast tried them who say that themselves [are] apostles and are not, and hast found them liars;
3 Qas xjeqiꞌ akꞌuꞌx xuqujeꞌ xariq kꞌax rumal ri nubꞌiꞌ, man at qꞌiꞌtajinaq ta kꞌut.
and endurest, and hast borne for my name's sake, and hast not wearied:
4 Pune jeriꞌ at noꞌjininaq, kꞌo jun jastaq ri man utz taj wilom chawe, man kinaloqꞌaj ta chik jetaq ri xabꞌan chinuloqꞌaxik are kꞌa te wi xatkojonik.
but I have against thee, that thou hast left thy first love.
5 Naꞌtaj bꞌa chawe jas jeꞌ ri katnoꞌjin kan nabꞌe, chattzalij chunimaxik ri Dios. Chatzaqa kanoq ubꞌanik ri etzelal, are chawilij ubꞌanik ri utz taq chak ri kabꞌan kan nabꞌe. We man jeriꞌ kabꞌano, keꞌnqꞌata tzij paꞌwiꞌ xuqujeꞌ kinwesaj bꞌik ri kꞌolibꞌal akantela pa ri ukꞌolibꞌal.
Remember therefore whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works: but if not, I am coming to thee, and I will remove thy lamp out of its place, except thou shalt repent.
6 Ri utz kinwilo che ri kabꞌano, are chi kawetzelaj ri kakibꞌan ri winaq ri kabꞌix Nicolaítas chike, are waꞌ jun jastaq ri kinwetzelaj xuqujeꞌ in.
But this thou hast, that thou hatest the works of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate.
7 Ri kꞌo uxikin, chutatabꞌej ri kubꞌij ri Uxlabꞌixel chike ri komontyox. Ri kachꞌeken puꞌwiꞌ ri kꞌaxkꞌolal, kinya na bꞌe che kutij ri uwach ri cheꞌ ri kuya kꞌaslemal, are waꞌ ri kꞌo pa ri jun jeꞌl laj kꞌolibꞌal ri utikom ri Dios.
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him that overcomes, I will give to him to eat of the tree of life which is in the paradise of God.
8 Xuqujeꞌ chatzꞌibꞌaj che ri ángel rech ri komontyox ri kꞌo pa Esmirna: In riꞌ ri in nabꞌe xuqujeꞌ in kꞌisbꞌal, ri xinkam na kꞌa te riꞌ xinkꞌastajik:
And to the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write: These things says the first and the last, who became dead, and lived:
9 In wetaꞌm ri achak xuqujeꞌ ri kꞌax ri kariqo, je xuqujeꞌ ri amebꞌail, pune jeriꞌ at, at qꞌinom. Wetaꞌm chi ri winaq ri kakibꞌij chi aꞌj Israel kakibꞌan bꞌanoj tzij chawij pune kꞌu jeriꞌ kakibꞌano, we winaq riꞌ xaq e rachoch ri Itzel.
I know thy tribulation and thy poverty; but thou art rich; and the railing of those who say that they themselves are Jews, and are not, but a synagogue of Satan.
10 Maxiꞌj awibꞌ che ri kꞌax ri kariq na. Ri itzel kuꞌkoj na nikꞌaj chiꞌwe pa cheꞌ, rech jeriꞌ karilo we qas jeqel ikꞌuꞌx chwij. Xuqujeꞌ kiriq na kꞌax jun lajuj qꞌij. We kꞌu kajeqiꞌ ikꞌuꞌx chwij kꞌa pa ri kamikal kinya na chiꞌwe ri korona rech jun alik kꞌaslemal.
Fear nothing [of] what thou art about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days. Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give to thee the crown of life.
11 Ri kꞌo uxikin, chutatabꞌej ri kubꞌij ri Uxlabꞌixel chike ri komontyox. Ri kachꞌeken puꞌwiꞌ we jastaq riꞌ man kuriq ta ri ukabꞌ kamikal.
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He that overcomes shall in no wise be injured of the second death.
12 Chatzꞌibꞌaj we tzij riꞌ che ri ángel rech ri komontyox pa Pérgamo: Are waꞌ ri kubꞌij ri ajchoqꞌe ri sakꞌibꞌal ri nitzꞌ uwach kebꞌ upuꞌchiꞌ.
And to the angel of the assembly in Pergamos write: These things says he that has the sharp two-edged sword:
13 Wetaꞌm chi chilaꞌ katel wi jawjeꞌ kꞌo wi ri utꞌuyulibꞌal ri Itzel. Pune jeriꞌ xaq jeꞌ jeqel akꞌuꞌx chwij. Man xkabꞌalaj ta akꞌuꞌx chwij pune xawilo chi xkamisax ri sukꞌalaj patanil we Antipas, ri xkamisax pa ri tinimit jawjeꞌ kꞌo wi ri Itzel.
I know where thou dwellest, where the throne of Satan [is]; and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in the days in which Antipas my faithful witness [was], who was slain among you, where Satan dwells.
14 Pune jeriꞌ, kꞌo jujun jastaq ri man utz taj kinwil chawe, are chi man awetzelam taj ri kakitereneꞌj ri ukꞌutuꞌn ri Balaam. Ri Balaam xuya unoꞌj ri Balac rech xuꞌtaqchiꞌj pa mak ri aꞌj Israel xuqujeꞌ xukoj kikꞌuꞌx rech kakiqꞌijilaꞌj e bꞌanom taq tyox xuqujeꞌ chutijik ri jastaq ri ikꞌowisatal chikiwach ri e bꞌanom taq tyox, je xuqujeꞌ chubꞌanik makaj kukꞌ taq achyabꞌ xuqujeꞌ ixoqibꞌ.
But I have a few things against thee: that thou hast there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a snare before the sons of Israel, to eat [of] idol sacrifices and commit fornication.
15 Xuqujeꞌ man aꞌwetzelam taj ri winaq ri are kakitereneꞌj ri kikꞌutuꞌn ri winaq ri kabꞌix nicolaítas chike.
So thou also hast those who hold the doctrine of Nicolaitanes in like manner.
16 Rumal riꞌ kinbꞌij chawe chakꞌexa akꞌuꞌx, rumal cher we man kinanimaj, rukꞌ ri sakꞌibꞌal ri kel loq pa nuchiꞌ, kinpe na chubꞌanik kꞌax chawe xuqujeꞌ chike ri e tereneꞌl taq ke ri e nicolaítas
Repent therefore: but if not, I come to thee quickly, and I will make war with them with the sword of my mouth.
17 Ri kꞌo uxikin chutatabꞌexik, chutatabꞌej ri kubꞌij ri Uxlabꞌixel chike ri komontyox. Ri kachꞌeken puꞌwiꞌ we jastaq riꞌ, kayaꞌtaj na che ri maná ri awatalik, xuqujeꞌ jun laj nitzꞌ saq abꞌaj jawjeꞌ ri tzꞌibꞌatal wi jun kꞌakꞌ bꞌiꞌaj ri xwi ri winaq ri kakꞌamawaꞌnik ketaꞌmanik jas ri tzꞌibꞌatal choch.
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him that overcomes, to him will I give of the hidden manna; and I will give to him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written, which no one knows but he that receives [it].
18 Chatzꞌibꞌaj we tzij riꞌ che ri ángel ri kꞌo pa Tiatira: Are waꞌ ri kubꞌij ri Ukꞌojol ri Dios, ri kꞌo ubꞌoqꞌoch ri jer kꞌo ri qꞌaqꞌ ri kajinowik xuqujeꞌ ri raqan ri jer kꞌo qꞌanqꞌoj chꞌichꞌ ri kajuluwik. Chatatabꞌej ri kubꞌij:
And to the angel of the assembly in Thyatira write: These things says the Son of God, he that has his eyes as a flame of fire, and his feet [are] like fine brass:
19 Wilom chi kuꞌlinaq akꞌuꞌx chwij, ri chak ri abꞌanom, ri aloqꞌanik, ri apatanijik xuqujeꞌ ri ajeqelem, xuqujeꞌ ri kꞌisbꞌal taq achak are nimaꞌq cho ri nabꞌe taq chak ri xabꞌano.
I know thy works, and love, and faith, and service, and thine endurance, and thy last works [to be] more than the first.
20 Pune jeriꞌ katnoꞌjinik, kꞌo jun jastaq ri man utz taj wilom chawe, are chi utz kawilo chi ri jun ixoq Jezabel xaq jeꞌ tajin kuꞌtaqchiꞌj ri e patanil taq we pa mak, xuqujeꞌ ubꞌim chike chi utz kakitij ri jastaq ri tzujtal chikiwach ri e bꞌanom taq tyox, kꞌa te riꞌ kukoj kikꞌuꞌx rech man kajeqiꞌ ta kikꞌuꞌx chwij.
But I have against thee that thou permittest the woman Jezebel, she who calls herself prophetess, and she teaches and leads astray my servants to commit fornication and eat of idol sacrifices.
21 Ri in nuyoꞌm na jun janipa qꞌij che rech kukꞌex ukꞌuꞌx, rech katzalij chinunimaxik, man tanalinaq ta kꞌu che ri uterenem chikij ri e bꞌanom taq tyox.
And I gave her time that she should repent, and she will not repent of her fornication.
22 Rumal riꞌ kinbꞌan na che kuriq jun nimalaj yabꞌil, ri winaq kꞌut ri kakibꞌan mak rukꞌ kakiriq na nimalaj kꞌax we man kakikꞌex kikꞌuꞌx che ri xketaꞌmaj rukꞌ we ixoq riꞌ.
Behold, I cast her into a bed, and those that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works,
23 Ri e tereneꞌl taq rech we ixoq riꞌ kakiriq na yabꞌil rech kamikal. Jeriꞌ konojel ri komontyox kaketaꞌmaj na chi in kinsolin ri uchomabꞌal xuqujeꞌ ri ranimaꞌ ri winaq. Are kinya na ri kataqiꞌk chike ri winaq pa kijujunal.
and her children will I kill with death; and all the assemblies shall know that I am he that searches [the] reins and [the] hearts; and I will give to you each according to your works.
24 Are kꞌu ri ix, ri ix kꞌo xuqujeꞌ pa Tiatira ri man iwetaꞌmam ta iwe ri ukꞌutuꞌn we ixoq riꞌ xuqujeꞌ man iwetaꞌmam ta ri kabꞌix ri ukꞌuꞌx ri uchomabꞌal ri Itzel che ri awatalik, kinbꞌij chiꞌwe: Man kinya ta chi jun eqaꞌn chiꞌwij.
But to you I say, the rest who [are] in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I do not cast upon you any other burden;
25 Are kꞌu ri yaꞌtal chiꞌwe chiyakaꞌ, kꞌa pa ri qꞌij ri kintzalij loq.
but what ye have hold fast till I shall come.
26 Ri kachꞌeken puꞌwiꞌ we jastaq riꞌ xuqujeꞌ kubꞌan ri urayibꞌal na kꞌuꞌx kꞌa pa ri kꞌisbꞌal re ronojel, kinya na kwinem che kabꞌan re pa kiwiꞌ konojel ri tinimit ri e kꞌo cho ri uwachulew.
And he that overcomes, and he that keeps unto the end my works, to him will I give authority over the nations,
27 Jetaq ri ubꞌim ri Tataxel chwe in, ri winaq ri jewaꞌ kanoꞌjinik, kabꞌan na rech pa kiwiꞌ we tinimit riꞌ, rukꞌ kꞌaxal, xuqujeꞌ kuꞌpaxij na jetaq ri kabꞌan che ri tꞌuꞌy ri bꞌantal che rulewal bꞌoꞌj.
and he shall shepherd them with an iron rod; as vessels of pottery are they broken in pieces, as I also have received from my Father;
28 Kinya na ri kwinem ri xuya ri Tataxel chwe in, xuqujeꞌ kinya na che ri chꞌumil rech aqꞌabꞌil.
and I will give to him the morning star.
29 Ri kꞌo uxikin, chutatabꞌej ri kubꞌij ri Uxlabꞌixel chike ri e komontyox.
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.
