< Hebreos 1 >
1 Ojer uloq ri e qꞌalajisal taq tzij xkibꞌij ri utzij ri Dios chike ri e qatat qanan. Kꞌi mul xkitzijoj ri tzij xuqujeꞌ jaljoj xkibꞌan chubꞌixik.
Whereas, in many parts and in many ways of old, God spake unto the fathers, in the prophets,
2 Kamik kꞌut pa we kꞌisbꞌal qꞌij junabꞌ, ri Dios xujuchꞌabꞌej xa rumal ri Ukꞌojol. Rumal rech ri ukꞌojol xutik ronojel ri jastaq, xuqujeꞌ xubꞌan che ri ukꞌojol xux ajchoqꞌe rech ronojel ri jastaq. (aiōn )
At the end of these days, He hath spoken unto us in his Son, —whom he hath appointed heir of all things, through whom also he hath made the ages; (aiōn )
3 Ri kꞌojolaxel Dios are utunal ri ujuluwem ri Tataxel Dios, xuqujeꞌ je kapetik jas ri Tataxel, are xuqujeꞌ ri kꞌojolaxel ukꞌaꞌninaq ronojel ri jastaq rukꞌ ri tzij rech ri ukwinem. Ri ukꞌojol ri Dios xkwinik xubꞌano chi ri Dios xukuy ronojel ri qamak, kꞌa te riꞌ xpaqiꞌ chikaj rech xeꞌtꞌuyul pa uwiqiqꞌabꞌ ri tꞌuyul wi ri Dios.
Who, being an eradiated brightness of his glory, and an exact representation of his very being, also bearing up all things by the utterance of his power, purification of sins, having achieved, sat down on the right hand of the majesty in high places:
4 Ri ukꞌojol ri Dios xuxik nim uqꞌij chikiwach ri angelibꞌ, jeriꞌ rumal xya che rumal ri Dios jun bꞌiꞌaj nim cho ri ke aꞌreꞌ.
By so much becoming superior to the messengers, by as much as, going beyond them, he hath inherited a more distinguished name.
5 Rumal cher ri Dios man xubꞌij taj che jun ángel: At at nukꞌojol, kamik riꞌ kinux aTat. Xuqujeꞌ man xubꞌij ta che jun ángel: In kinux na uTat xuqujeꞌ Areꞌ kux na nukꞌojol.
For unto which of the messengers said he at any time—My Son, art, thou, I, this day have begotten thee? and again—I, will become, his father, and, he, shall become my Son?
6 Xuqujeꞌ are xutaq loq ri Dios ri ukꞌojol pa we uwachulew riꞌ, xubꞌij: Qꞌijilaꞌx ri ubꞌiꞌ kumal konojel ri angelibꞌ.
But, whensoever he again introduceth the first-begotten into the habitable earth, he saith—And let all God’s messengers worship him!
7 Xuqujeꞌ are katzijox kij ri angelibꞌ rumal ri Dios jewaꞌ kabꞌix chike: Kubꞌan rangelibꞌ che ri kyaqiqꞌ xuqujeꞌ kubꞌan patanil taq re che ri kayapaꞌ.
Even as to the messengers, indeed, he saith—Who maketh his messengers, winds, and his ministers of state, a fiery flame;
8 Are katzijon ri Dios chirij ri kꞌojolaxel, kubꞌij: Ri ajawarem la Dios jeqel chibꞌe qꞌij saq, kakoj ri kwinem la chubꞌanik ri sukꞌal. (aiōn )
but, as to the Son, —Thy throne, O God, is unto times age-abiding, and—A sceptre of equity, is the sceptre of his kingdom, (aiōn )
Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated lawlessness, —For this cause, hath God, thy God, anointed thee with the oil of exultation, beyond thy partners;
10 Xuqujeꞌ kubꞌij: Ajawxel, xtik la loq ri uwachulew pa ri majibꞌal rech ronojel xuqujeꞌ lal xbꞌanow la ri e kaj.
and—Thou, by way of beginning, Lord, the earth, didst found, and, the works of thy hands, are the heavens, —
11 We jastaq riꞌ kasach na kiwach, are kꞌu ri lal jeqel la chibꞌe qꞌij saq. We jastaq riꞌ kejar na jetaq ri kakibꞌan ri atzꞌyaq.
They, shall perish, but, thou, abidest still, and, all, as a mantle, shall be worn out,
12 Kebꞌus na la jetaq ri kabꞌan che jun manta, xuqujeꞌ kekꞌexen na jetaq ri atzꞌyaqibꞌal; ri lal kꞌut man kakꞌexen ta wi la, xuqujeꞌ ri junabꞌ la maj ukꞌisik.
And, as if a robe, wilt thou fold them up, —as a mantle, and they shall be changed; but, thou, art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
13 Ri Dios man xubꞌij ta che jun ángel: Chattꞌuyul pa ri uwiqiqꞌabꞌ ri nutꞌuyulibꞌal kꞌa pa ri qꞌij ri keꞌnya na ri akꞌulel chuxeꞌ ri utakꞌalibꞌal ri awaqan.
But, to which of the messengers, hath he said, at any time—Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thy foes thy footstool?
14 Jeriꞌ rumal ri angelibꞌ uꞌxlabꞌal e patanil rech ri Dios, are ri Dios ketaqow loq ri angelibꞌ chikitoꞌik ri winaq ri kakikꞌamawaꞌj ri kolotajem.
Are they not, all, spirits, doing public service, —for ministry, sent forth, for the sake of them who are about to inherit salvation?
