Efesios 3
1 Rumal kꞌu waꞌ, in in Pablo, in kꞌo pa cheꞌ rumal iloqꞌaxik ix ri man ix aꞌj Israel taj.
For this cause, I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,
2 Iwetaꞌm waꞌ chi ri Dios xroqxaꞌnij chwe utzijoxik ri uchomanik ri Dios chiꞌwe pa ri utoqꞌobꞌ.
If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me on your account.
3 Ri Dios are xkꞌutuw chinuwach ri awatal loq, jetaq ri nutzꞌibꞌam kan chiꞌwe.
That by revelation he made known to me the mystery, as I wrote before in few words;
4 Are kisikꞌij uwach ri xintzꞌibꞌaj chiꞌwe, kiwetaꞌmaj na jas ri uchomanik ri Dios chrij ri Cristo ri man etaꞌmatal ta kan nabꞌe.
By which when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ,
5 Are waꞌ, ri xawax loq chikiwach ri winaq ojer, kamik kꞌut tajin kakꞌut chikiwach ri e tyoxalaj taq taqoꞌn rech ri Dios. Xuqujeꞌ ri e qꞌalajisal taq utzij ri Dios rumal ri Uxlabꞌixel
Which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it is now revealed to his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
6 kel kubꞌij chi ri winaq ri man aj Israel taj xuqujeꞌ ri winaq aj Israel kayaꞌtaj junam ri echabꞌal chiꞌwe, rumal cher qonojel uj tyoꞌjal rech ri Cristo, xuqujeꞌ iwech junam ri utzujum ri Cristo Jesús chiꞌwe rumal ri utz laj tzij.
That the Gentiles should be joint-heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the Gospel:
7 In xinux patanil rech we utz laj tzij riꞌ. Are waꞌ ri usipanik ri Dios ri xuya chwe xaq pa ri utoqꞌobꞌ, rumal ri uchuqꞌabꞌ ri ukwinem.
Of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effectual working of his power.
8 Pune in riꞌ ri sibꞌalaj nitzꞌ nuqꞌij chkiwach ri uꞌwinaq ri Dios, xinkꞌamawaꞌj kꞌu we toqꞌobꞌ rech kintzijoj chike konojel ri winaq rech ri uwachulew ri nimalaj uqꞌinomal ri Cristo.
To me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
9 Xuqujeꞌ kinya uchꞌobꞌik ri urayibꞌal ri Dios, ri awatal loq pa Dios ri tikol rech ronojel ri jastaq, najtir ojer. (aiōn g165)
And to make all [men] see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: (aiōn g165)
10 Rech katzijox rumal ri komontyox chike ri e chikajil taq chuqꞌabꞌ, ri unimal ri retaꞌmabꞌal ri Dios.
To the intent that now to the principalities and powers in heavenly [places] might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: (aiōn g165)
12 Rumal ri qakojobꞌal pa Cristo, kujkiꞌkotik rumal xujkiritajik xuqujeꞌ kꞌo kuꞌlibꞌal kuꞌx chaqe rech kujqebꞌ rukꞌ ri Dios.
In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him,
13 Rumal riꞌ kinta chiꞌwe chi man kakꞌis taj ta ikꞌuꞌx rumal ri kꞌax ri tajin kinriq rumal iwe, jun utzilal waꞌ chiꞌwe ix.
Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
14 Rumal waꞌ kinxukiꞌ cho ri Tataxel,
For this cause I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15 ri tikowinaq ronojel ri kꞌo cho ri uwachulew xuqujeꞌ ri kꞌo pa ri kaj.
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
16 Xuqujeꞌ kinta che chi kuya ichuqꞌabꞌ ri Uxlabꞌixel, xuqujeꞌ kwinem ri kape pa ri ujeꞌlal ri uqꞌinomal,
That he would grant you according to the riches of his glory to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
17 rech kakꞌojiꞌ ri Cristo pa taq iwanimaꞌ kinta xuqujeꞌ che chi kixjeqiꞌ pa ri loqꞌanik,
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 rech kichꞌobꞌ rij junam kukꞌ ri tyoxalaj taq winaq ri raqan, ri uwach, ri unimal xuqujeꞌ janipa qajinaq ri uloqꞌabꞌal kuꞌx ri Cristo.
May be able to comprehend with all saints what [is] the breadth, and length, and depth, and highth.
19 Ri kawaj are qas kichomaj ri loqꞌabꞌal kuꞌx riꞌ, ri sibꞌalaj nim cho ri qachomanik, rech kixnoj rukꞌ ronojel ri kꞌo rukꞌ ri Dios.
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye may be filled with all the fullness of God.
20 Areꞌ kakwinik kubꞌan sibꞌalaj nimaq taq jastaq qukꞌ uj, rumal ri uchuqꞌabꞌ ri kꞌo pa qanimaꞌ ri man kujkwin taj kaqachꞌobꞌ rij,
Now to him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.
