2 Corintios 6
1 Ri uj ri kujtobꞌan rukꞌ ri Dios, kaqata chiꞌwe chi man kiwil ta ri utoqꞌobꞌ ri Dios jacha jun jastaq ri maj kutayij.
We, then, as fellow-laborers, also beseech you not to receive the favor of God in vain;
2 Rumal cher ri Tzꞌibꞌatalik kubꞌij: Xatintatabꞌej pa ri qꞌij ri xtaqiꞌ chawe, xuqujeꞌ xatintoꞌo pa ri qꞌij ri xajawataj chawe. Are waꞌ ri uqꞌijal ri Dios; are waꞌ ri qꞌij rech kolotajem.
(for he says, "In an accepted season I have hearkened to you; and in a day of salvation I have helped you." Behold, now is a highly accepted season; behold, now is a day of salvation: )
3 Ri uj kꞌut man uj topibꞌal aqanaj taj chike nikꞌaj chik, rech man kayoqꞌ ta ri qachak.
giving no cause of offense in anything, that the ministry be not blamed.
4 Xane kaqabꞌan ri qachak rukꞌ utzilal rumal cher uj patanil rech ri Dios pa taq ri kꞌaxal, pa ri qarajawaxik, xuqujeꞌ pa ri kꞌaxkꞌolal.
But by everything approving ourselves as ministers of God, by much patience, by oppressions, by necessities, by distresses,
5 Uj tzꞌapital pa cheꞌ, uj raputalik, bꞌantal kꞌax chaqe chikixoꞌl e kꞌi winaq, sibꞌalaj elinaq qawaram, kꞌi mul man ujwaꞌqinaq taj.
by stripes, by imprisonments, by tumults, by labors, by watchings, by fastings;
6 Kujpatanijik rukꞌ chꞌajchꞌojil, rukꞌ etaꞌmabꞌal, rukꞌ utzilal, pa ri Tyoxalaj Uxlabꞌixel xuqujeꞌ pa ri qas tzij loqꞌanik.
by purity, by knowledge, by long-suffering, by goodness, by a holy spirit, by love unfeigned;
7 Rukꞌ tzij rech ri qas tzij xuqujeꞌ rukꞌ ri ukwinem ri Dios, rukꞌ chꞌoꞌjibꞌal rech sukꞌal, toꞌbꞌal qibꞌ xuqujeꞌ rech chꞌoꞌj.
by the word of truth, by the power of God, through the armor of righteousness of the right hand and of the left;
8 Kꞌo mul kaya qaqꞌij, kꞌo mul kesax qakꞌixibꞌal, kabꞌan kꞌax chaqe utz o man utz ta kabꞌan chiqatzijoxik; kabꞌix chaqe chi uj subꞌunelabꞌ, xa kꞌu qas tzij ri kaqabꞌij.
through honor and dishonor, through bad fame and good fame; as deceivers, yet true;
9 Pune etaꞌmatal qawach, kakibꞌan kꞌu ri winaq chi man ketaꞌm ta qawach. Jubꞌiqꞌ karaj kujkamik, uj kꞌas kꞌu na, ujchꞌaytalik, man uj kaminaq ta kꞌut.
as unknown, yet well known; as dying, yet, behold, we live; as chastened, yet not killed;
10 Kujkiꞌkotik pune kujbꞌisonik kabꞌantajik; uj mebꞌaꞌ kabꞌantajik, qabꞌanom kꞌu qꞌinomabꞌ chike sibꞌalaj e kꞌi. Maj kꞌo qukꞌ kabꞌantajik, kꞌo kꞌu ronojel uwach qukꞌ.
as sorrowing, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, yet possessing all things.
11 Qachalal aꞌj Corinto, qas xujtzijon iwukꞌ rukꞌ ronojel qanimaꞌ, je ta ne ri qas xqajaq ri qanimaꞌ chiꞌwach.
Corinthians! our mouth is open to you, our heart is enlarged.
12 Man xqakꞌekꞌej ta ri qaloqꞌanik chiꞌwe, pune ix ikꞌekꞌem ri iloqꞌanik chaqe uj.
You are not straitened in us, but you are straitened in your own bowels.
13 Rech kꞌu je kujnoꞌjinik qonojel, (kixinchꞌabꞌej jer ta ne ix kꞌo walkꞌwaꞌl) chixloqꞌanoq jetaq ri kujloqꞌan uj.
Now, in return, (I speak as to children, ) be you also enlarged.
14 Mibꞌan iwachiꞌl chike ri man e kojonelabꞌ taj. ¿La karachiꞌlaj kꞌu ribꞌ ri sukꞌal rukꞌ ri etzelal? O ¿la kꞌo kꞌu uriqoj ibꞌ riꞌ ri tunal ri katunanik rukꞌ ri qꞌequꞌmal?
Be not unequally yoked with unbelievers; for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion has light with darkness?
15 ¿La kꞌo kꞌu uriqoj ibꞌ ri Cristo rukꞌ ri Itzel? ¿La kꞌo jun jas ke junam ri kojonel rukꞌ ri man kojonel taj?
what concord has Christ with Belial? or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?
16 ¿La kꞌo jun jastaq kꞌo pa ri rachoch ri Dios xuqujeꞌ kꞌo pa ri kachoch ri e tyox ri e bꞌantalik? Uj riꞌ ri uj rachoch ri kꞌaslik Dios. Jacha ri ubꞌim Areꞌ: Kinkꞌojiꞌ na xuqujeꞌ kinbꞌin na kukꞌ. In kinux na kiDios, aꞌreꞌ kuꞌx na e nutinimit.
And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? for you are the temple of the living God; as God has said, "Assuredly I will dwell among them, and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be to me a people.
17 Kꞌa te riꞌ xubꞌij chi ri Ajawxel: Chixel loq chikixoꞌl, chiqꞌata iwibꞌ chike. Man kichap taj jun chꞌuluj laj jastaq, rech kixinkꞌamawaꞌj na.
Wherefore, come out from among them, and be separated, says the Lord, and touch no unclean person; and I will receive you;
18 In kinux na iTat, ri ix kixux na nukꞌojol, numiꞌal, kacha ri Ajawxel ri kakwin chubꞌanik ronojel jastaq.
and I be to you a Father, and you shall be to me sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."
