2 Corintios 1
1 Ri Pablo taqoꞌn rech ri Cristo Jesús xa rumal ri urayibꞌal kuꞌx ri Dios, rachiꞌl ri alaxik Timoteo, kakitaq rutzil kiwach konojel ri e kojonelabꞌ ri e kꞌo pa ri tinimit Corinto pa Acaya:
Poul, apostle of Jhesu Crist, bi the wille of God, and Tymothe, brothir, to the chirche of God that is at Corinthi, with alle seyntis that ben in al Acaie, grace to you,
2 Are ri Dios xuqujeꞌ ri Tataxel rech ri Ajawxel Jesucristo kiya jaꞌmaril xuqujeꞌ toqꞌobꞌ piꞌwanimaꞌ.
and pees of God oure fadir and of the Lord Jhesu Crist.
3 Qꞌijilaꞌtal ri Dios Tataxel rech ri Ajawxel Jesucristo, bꞌanal toqꞌobꞌ xuqujeꞌ yaꞌl kuꞌlibꞌal kꞌuꞌx.
Blessid be God and the fadir of oure Lord Jhesu Crist, fadir of mercies, and God of al coumfort,
4 Areꞌ kakubꞌisan qakꞌuꞌx pa ronojel taq ri kꞌaxkꞌolal ri kaqariqo, rech jeriꞌ kujkwinik kaqakubꞌisaj kikꞌuꞌx konojel ri kakiriq kꞌax.
which coumfortith vs in al oure tribulacioun, that also we moun coumforte hem, that ben in al diseese, bi the monestyng bi which also we ben monestid of God.
5 Rumal cher jacha ri unimal ri kꞌaxkꞌolal kaqariqo jeriꞌ xuqujeꞌ na unimal ri kuꞌlibꞌal kuꞌx kaqariqo.
For as the passiouns of Crist ben plenteuouse in vs, so also bi Crist oure coumfort is plenteuouse.
6 We uj kaqarik kꞌax, kaqariqo, rech ix kiriq kuꞌlibꞌal kuꞌx xuqujeꞌ koltajem. We kakubꞌisax qakꞌuꞌx uj, jewaꞌ kabꞌanik rech kakubꞌiꞌ xuqujeꞌ ikꞌuꞌx ix rech kiqꞌiꞌo rukꞌ ayeꞌnik ri kꞌaxkꞌolal ri kaqarik uj.
And whether we ben in tribulacioun, for youre tribulacioun and heelthe, ethir we ben coumfortid, for youre coumfort, ethir we ben monestid, for youre monestyng and heelthe. Which worchith in you the suffring of the same passiouns, whiche `we also suffren,
7 Kuꞌl qakꞌuꞌx chiꞌwij rumal qetaꞌm chi jacha ri ix ix qachiꞌl pa ri kꞌaxkꞌolal, ix qachiꞌl xuqujeꞌ chuyaꞌik kuꞌlibꞌal kuꞌx.
that oure hope be sad for you; witynge for as ye ben felowis of passiouns, so ye schulen ben also of coumfort.
8 Qachalal, man kaqaj taj chi mat kiwetaꞌmaj ri kꞌaxkꞌolal ri xqarik pa Asia. Sibꞌalaj xkꞌistaj qakꞌuꞌx, pa qakꞌuꞌx chi man uj kꞌas ta chik kujel la chilaꞌ.
For, britheren, we wolen that ye wite of oure tribulacioun, that was don in Asie; for ouer maner we weren greued ouer myyt, so that it anoiede vs, yhe, to lyue.
9 Xqanaꞌo chi jer xqꞌat tzij pa qawiꞌ rech kujkamisaxik. Jeriꞌ xkꞌulmatajik rech makakubꞌiꞌ taj qakꞌuꞌx chibꞌil qibꞌ uj xane kakubꞌiꞌ qakꞌuꞌx chirij ri Dios ri kuꞌkꞌastajisaj kaminaqibꞌ.
But we in vs silf hadden answere of deth, that we truste not in vs, but in God that reisith deed men.
10 Ri Dios xujutoꞌo jeriꞌ man xujkam taj. Chirij areꞌ jeqel wi qakꞌuꞌx, are kujtoꞌwik.
Which delyuerede vs, and delyuerith fro so grete perelis, in to whom we hopen, also yit he schal delyuere,
11 Ri ix kꞌut chujitoꞌ rukꞌ ri ichꞌawem pa qawiꞌ. Rech jeriꞌ sibꞌalaj e kꞌi ketyoxin che ri Dios rumal ri sipanik ri xyaꞌtaj chaqe rumal xtzalitaj uwach ri qachꞌawem.
while also ye helpen in preier for vs; that of the persones of many faces of that yyuyng that is in vs, thankyngis ben don for vs bi many men to God.
12 Are ri qaqꞌalajisanik kayoꞌw kiꞌkotemal chaqe: utz xujnoꞌjin pa ri uwachulew xuqujeꞌ iwukꞌ ix, qas rukꞌ rutzil qanimaꞌ xuqujeꞌ man rukꞌ ta etzelal, man are ta xqakoj ketaꞌmabꞌal achyabꞌ xane are xqakoj ri utoqꞌobꞌ ri Dios.
For oure glorie is this, the witnessyng of oure conscience, that in symplenesse and clennesse of God, and not in fleischli wisdom, but in the grace of God, we lyueden in this world, but more plenteuousli to you.
13 Jeriꞌ rumal cher man tajin ta kaqatzꞌibꞌaj jun jastaq ri mat kisikꞌij uwach xuqujeꞌ ri mat kichꞌobꞌo. Kurayij ri wanimaꞌ chikichomaj ronojel.
And we writen not othere thingis to you, than tho that ye han red and knowe, and Y hope that in to the ende ye schulen knowe,
14 Iwetaꞌm chik chi utz kinaꞌ nimal rumal qe, xuqujeꞌ uj kaqanaꞌ na nimal rumal iwe pa ri uqꞌijal ri Ajawxel Jesús.
as also ye han knowe vs a parti; for we ben youre glorie, as also ye ben oure in the dai of oure Lord Jhesu Crist.
15 Rumal riꞌ xwaj xixinsolij ix nabꞌe rech kikꞌamawaꞌj jun ukabꞌ tewechibꞌal.
And in this tristyng Y wolde first come to you, that ye schulden haue the secounde grace,
16 Iwumal iwe kinikꞌow bꞌik pa ri tinimit Macedonia, are kineꞌ pa Corinto xuqujeꞌ kinikꞌow chi loq junmul iwukꞌ are kintzalij loq. Rech jeriꞌ kinitoꞌo kintzalij pa ri tinimit Judea.
and passe bi you in to Macedonye, and eft fro Macedonye come to you, and of you be led in to Judee.
17 Are xinbꞌij we riꞌ chibꞌil wibꞌ ¿Teꞌq piꞌkꞌuꞌx chi xaq aninaq xinchomalaꞌ xinbꞌij jeꞌ kinbꞌan we riꞌ, kꞌa te riꞌ kinbꞌij chik man kinbꞌan taj?
But whanne Y wolde this thing, whether Y vside vnstidfastnesse, ether tho thingis that Y thenke, Y thenke aftir the fleisch, that at me be, it is and it is not?
18 Ri Dios kꞌut retaꞌm chi man nabꞌe taj kaqabꞌij chiꞌwe chi jeꞌ, je laꞌ, kꞌa te riꞌ kaqabꞌij man je taj. Ri uj kujtakꞌiꞌ pa qatzij.
But God is trewe, for oure word that was at you is and is not, is not ther ynne, but is is in it.
19 Rumal cher ri Ukꞌojol ri Dios ri Jesucristo, ri kaqatzijoj in, ri Silvano, xuqujeꞌ ri Timoteo, man kukꞌexmayila taj ribꞌ xane qas takꞌal wi ri kubꞌij.
For whi Jhesus Crist, the sone of God, which is prechid among you bi vs, bi me, and Syluan, and Tymothe, ther was not in hym is and is not, but is was in hym.
20 Rumal cher ronojel ri ubꞌim loq ri Dios tzi je wi riꞌ xuqujeꞌ jeriꞌ pa Cristo, rumal riꞌ kaqabꞌij uj jeriꞌ, rech kaqaqꞌijilaꞌj ri ubꞌiꞌ ri Dios.
For whi hou many euer ben biheestis of God, in thilke is, `that is, ben fillid. And therfor and bi hym we seien amen to God, to oure glorie.
21 Are ri Dios kajeqebꞌan qakꞌuꞌx xuqujeꞌ ikꞌuꞌx ix pa Cristo, rumal cher are xujchoꞌwik.
Sotheli it is God that confermeth vs with you in Crist, and the which God anoyntide vs,
22 Xukoj qetal pa qanimaꞌ rukꞌ ri Uxlabꞌixel, kꞌutbꞌal rech chi qas tzij kubꞌan na ri ubꞌim loq chaqe.
and which markide vs, and yaf ernes of the spirit in oure hertis.
23 Qas cho ri Dios kinbꞌij chi man inbꞌenaq ta pa ri tinimit Corinto rech man kixeꞌn yaja taj.
For Y clepide God to witnesse ayens my soule, that Y sparynge you cam not ouer to Corynthe;
24 Man xa ta kaqaj kabꞌan qe pa iwiꞌ, xane are kaqaj kujchakun iwukꞌ rumal kaqaj kixqatoꞌo rech kakꞌiy ri ikiꞌkotemal, rumal cher are ri ikojobꞌal kabꞌanow chiꞌwe chi ko kixkꞌojiꞌk.
not that we ben lordis of youre feith, but we ben helperis of youre ioye; for thorouy bileue ye stonden.
