1 Corintios 6

1 We kꞌo jun chiꞌwe kꞌo uchꞌoꞌj rukꞌ jun chik, ¿jas che katzujun chikiwach qꞌatal tzij ri man e kojonelabꞌ taj, man are ta katzijon kukꞌ ri kojonelabꞌ?

How dare one of you havinge busines with another goo to lawe vnder the wicked and not rather vnder the sainctes?

2 ¿La man kꞌu iwetaꞌm chi are ri kojonelabꞌ keqꞌatow na tzij pa kiwiꞌ ri winaq aꞌjuwachulew? ¿Jas kꞌu che man kixkwin taj kiqꞌat tzij puꞌwiꞌ we nitzꞌ jastaq riꞌ?

Do ye not know that the sainctes shall iudge the worlde? If the worlde shalbe iudged by you: are ye not good ynough to iudge smale trifles:

3 ¿La man kꞌu iwetaꞌm chi uj kujqꞌatow na tzij pa kiwiꞌ ri angelibꞌ? ¿Are ta kꞌu mat kaqaqꞌat tzij puꞌwiꞌ we jastaq rech we kꞌaslemal riꞌ?

knowe ye not how that we shall iudge the angles? How moche more maye we iudge thinges that partayne to ye lyfe?

4 Xaq jeriꞌ we kꞌo ichꞌoꞌj puꞌwiꞌ we nitzꞌ taq jastaq riꞌ. ¿Jas kꞌu che are kiꞌkoj chuqꞌatik tzij piꞌwiꞌ ri man e kꞌo ta iwukꞌ pa ri komontyox?

If ye have iudgementes of worldely matters take them which are despised in ye congregacio and make them iudges.

5 Kinbꞌij we riꞌ chiꞌwe rech kixkꞌixik. ¿La man kꞌu kꞌo jun chiꞌwe ri sibꞌalaj kꞌo retaꞌmabꞌal chuqꞌatik tzij puꞌwiꞌ jun chꞌoꞌj chikixoꞌl ri e kojonelabꞌ?

This I saye to youre shame. Is ther vtterly no wyse man amoge you? What not one at all yt can iudge bitwene brother and brother

6 Man je ta kꞌu ri tajin kibꞌano, xane jun alaxik kuꞌtzujuj jun alaxik chik cho ri qꞌatbꞌal tzij, kakibꞌan kꞌu we riꞌ chikiwach ri man e kojonelabꞌ taj.

but one brother goeth to lawe with another: and that vnder the vnbelevers?

7 Qas tzij wi sibꞌalaj jun nimalaj mak chi kꞌo chꞌoꞌj chiꞌxoꞌl. ¿La man kꞌu are utz we kiqꞌiꞌ jubꞌiqꞌ ri kꞌax ri kabꞌan chiꞌwe? ¿La man kꞌu are katanik we man jeꞌ kenoꞌjin iwukꞌ ri winaq?

Now therfore ther is vtterly a faute amonge you because ye goo to lawe one with another. Why rather suffer ye not wronge? why rather suffre ye not youre selves to be robbed?

8 Man je ta kꞌu ri tajin kibꞌano, ix tajin kixbꞌanow ri kꞌaxal xuqujeꞌ itzel tajin kixnoꞌjinik kukꞌ ri e kojonelabꞌ.

Naye ye youre selves do wronge and robbe: and that the brethren.

9 ¿La man kꞌu iwetaꞌm chi ri itzel taq winaq man kok taj pa ri ajawarem rech ri Dios? Misubꞌ iwibꞌ, ri kemakun kukꞌ taq achyabꞌ xuqujeꞌ ixoqibꞌ, xuqujeꞌ ri keꞌkiqꞌijilaꞌj ri e bꞌanom taq tyox, ri e kakabꞌ kachajil, kakabꞌ kixoqil, ri achyabꞌ ri keqꞌoyik kukꞌ nikꞌaj achyabꞌ chik, xuqujeꞌ ri achyabꞌ ri kakibꞌan mak kukꞌ e kech achyabꞌ

Do ye not remember how that the vnrighteous shall not inheret the kyngdome of God? Be not deceaved. For nether fornicators nether worshyppers of ymages nether whormongers nether weaklinges nether abusars of them selves with the mankynde

10 ri eleqꞌomabꞌ, ri kejiqꞌjatik, ri e qꞌabꞌarelabꞌ, ri e bꞌanal taq tzij, xuqujeꞌ ri kakesaj pwaq chike ri winaq, man kakechabꞌej ta ri ajawarem rech ri Dios.

nether theves nether the coveteous nether dronkardes nether cursed speakers nether pillers shall inheret the kyngdome of God.

11 Je kꞌu waꞌ kenoꞌjin jujun chiꞌwe ojer. Kamik kꞌut xixchꞌajtajik, xixtyoxirisatajik, pa ri ubꞌiꞌ ri Ajawxel Jesucristo xuqujeꞌ rumal ri Ruxlabꞌixel ri Dios.

And soche ware ye verely: but ye are wesshed: ye are sanctified: ye are iustified by the name of the Lorde Iesus and by the sprete of oure God.

12 Yaꞌtal bꞌe chwe kinbꞌan ronojel ri jastaq ri kawaj, man ronojel ta kꞌut kinukꞌam bꞌik pa ri utzilal. Yaꞌtal bꞌe chwe kinbꞌan ronojel ri jastaq, man kinya ta kꞌu bꞌe are kabꞌan rech we jastaq riꞌ pa nuwiꞌ.

All thinges are lawfull vnto me: but all thinges are not proffitable. I maye do all thinges: but I will be brought vnder no mans power.

13 Ri jastaq tijowik rij chiqapam keꞌ wi, xuqujeꞌ ri qapam kꞌolibꞌal rech ri jastaq tijowik rij, ukobꞌchal kꞌu waꞌ kakꞌis na tzij puꞌwiꞌ rumal ri Dios. Are kꞌu ri utyoꞌjal ri winaq man rech ta mak kukꞌ taq achyabꞌ xuqujeꞌ kukꞌ taq ixoqibꞌ, xane rech ri Ajawxel, xuqujeꞌ ri Ajawxel are ajchoqꞌe ri utyoꞌjal ri winaq.

Meates are ordeyned for the belly and the belly for meates: but God shall destroy bothe it and them. Let not the body be applied vnto fornicacion but vnto the Lorde and the Lorde vnto the body.

14 Ri Dios rukꞌ ri ukwinem xukꞌastajisaj ri Ajawxel Jesús, xuqujeꞌ kujukꞌastajisaj na uj.

God hath raysed vp the Lorde and shall rayse vs vp by his power.

15 ¿La man iwetaꞌm chi ri ityoꞌjal, utyoꞌjal ri Cristo? ¿La kinkꞌam kꞌu apanoq ri utyoꞌjal ri Cristo rech kinya rukꞌ jun ixoq ri sibꞌalaj kamakun kukꞌ e kꞌi achyabꞌ? Man je ta riꞌ.

Ether remember ye not that youre bodyes are the members of Christ? Shall I now take the members of Christ and make them the members of an harlot? God forbyd.

16 ¿La man kꞌu iwetaꞌm chi ri kamakun rukꞌ jun ixoq ajmak kukꞌ sibꞌalaj e kꞌi achyabꞌ, kubꞌan xa jun tyoꞌj rukꞌ? Ri tzꞌibꞌatalik kubꞌij: Ri kakinukꞌ kibꞌ kuꞌx xa e jun.

Do ye not vnderstonde that he which coupleth him selfe with an harlot is become one body? For two (saith he) shalbe one flesshe.

17 Are kꞌu ri kunukꞌ ribꞌ rukꞌ ri Ajawxel, kuꞌx xa jun uxlabꞌal rukꞌ.

But he that is ioyned vnto the Lorde is one sprete.

18 Chixanimaj choch ri makaj kukꞌ taq achyabꞌ xuqujeꞌ kukꞌ taq ixoqibꞌ, xapaskux mak ri kubꞌan ri winaq man kakanaj taj pa ri utyoꞌjal, are kꞌu ri kubꞌan mak kukꞌ taq achyabꞌ xuqujeꞌ ixoqibꞌ, kamakun rukꞌ ri utyoꞌjal.

Fle fornicacion. All synnes that a man dothe are with out ye body. But he yt is a fornicator synneth agaynst his awne body.

19 ¿La man kꞌu iwetaꞌm chi ri ityoꞌjal are utemplo ri Tyoxalaj Uxlabꞌixel? Ri Uxlabꞌixel kꞌo pa iwanimaꞌ rumal cher xuya ri Dios chiꞌwe. Man ix taj ix ajchoqꞌe iwibꞌ.

Ether knowe ye not how that youre bodyes are the temple of ye holy goost which is in you who ye have of God and how that ye are not youre awne?

20 Jeriꞌ rumal paqalik xixloqꞌ wi, rumal riꞌ chiqꞌijilaꞌj ri Dios rukꞌ taq ri ityoꞌjal xuqujeꞌ pa ri iwanimaꞌ, rumal cher ix rech ri Dios.

For ye are dearly bought. Therfore glorifie ye God in youre bodyes and in youre spretes for they are goddes.
