1 Corintios 16

1 We kimulij pwaq pa ri komontyox, je chibꞌana chumulixik jetaq ri xinbꞌij pa ri komontyox pa ri tinimit Galacia.

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.

2 Pa ri nabꞌe qꞌij rech ri wuq qꞌij, chiqꞌata jun tobꞌanik che ri xichꞌeko, chiyakaꞌ rech man kꞌa te ta kimulij pwaq are kinopan iwukꞌ.

Upon the first [day] of the week, let every one of you lay by him in store, as [God] hath prospered him, that there be no collections when I come.

3 Are kinopanik, kinya bꞌik wuj chike ri winaq ri ichaꞌom apanoq rech kakikꞌam bꞌik we sipanik imulim kꞌa te riꞌ keꞌntaq bꞌik pa Jerusalén.

And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by [your] letters, them will I send to bring your liberality to Jerusalem.

4 We kumaj chiꞌwe, wine kineꞌ xuqujeꞌ in kukꞌ.

And if it be proper that I should go also, they shall go with me.

5 Nabꞌe kinikꞌow bꞌik pa ri tinimit Macedonia, kꞌa te riꞌ kixenꞌwi la kanoq.

Now I will come to you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I am to pass through Macedonia.

6 Wine kinkanaj kanoq iwukꞌ jun janipa qꞌij kinwikꞌowisaj bꞌik ri qꞌalaj, rech jeriꞌ kinitoꞌ bꞌik kintaqej ri nubꞌe jawjeꞌ ri rajawaxik kineꞌ wi.

And it may be that I shall abide, and even winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey whithersoever I go.

7 Che ri qꞌij riꞌ man kawaj taj xaq kinikꞌow bꞌik iwukꞌ, xane kawaj kinkanaj jun janipa qꞌij, we kuya bꞌe ri Dios chwe.

For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.

8 Kinkanaj na kanoq pa ri tinimit Éfeso, kꞌa kuꞌriqa na ri nimaqꞌij rech Pentecostés.

But I shall tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.

9 Rumal cher kinwilo chi sibꞌalaj utz kintzijoj kanoq ri utzij ri Dios chilaꞌ, pune sibꞌalaj e kꞌi man kakaj taj.

For a great door and effectual is opened to me, and [there are] many adversaries.

10 We kopan iwukꞌ ri Timoteo, utz chibꞌana chi rilik, rumal cher areꞌ je kachakunik jetaq kinchakun in pa ri Ajawxel.

Now if Timothy come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also [do].

11 Maj bꞌa jun ketzelan uwach. Chitoꞌ rech kutaqej ri ubꞌinem pa jaꞌmaril rech jeriꞌ kakwinik kinuꞌriqa, jeriꞌ rumal cher wayeꞌm apanoq waral kukꞌ ri alaxik.

Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come to me: for I look for him with the brethren.

12 Xinta kanoq jun toqꞌobꞌ che ri alaxik Apolos rech kuꞌkꞌam bꞌik nikꞌaj alaxik chik keꞌ chiꞌsolixik. Man kakwin ta kꞌut keꞌek, kꞌa te kixuꞌsolij we chkwinik.

As concerning [our] brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come to you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.

13 Chixkꞌasloq, ko chixkꞌoloq pa ri ikojobꞌal. Chikojo ichuqꞌabꞌ qas chibꞌana achyabꞌ chibꞌil iwibꞌ.

Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, acquit yourselves like men, be strong.

14 Ronojel ri kibꞌano, chibꞌana rukꞌ loqꞌanik.

Let all your things be done with charity.

15 Iwetaꞌm chi ri Estéfanas xuqujeꞌ ri e kꞌo rukꞌ pa ri rachoch are e nabꞌe taq kojonelabꞌ pa ri tinimit Acaya xuqujeꞌ are tajin kakilij kipatanixik ri e kojonelabꞌ.

I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the first fruits of Achaia, and [that] they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints, )

16 Kawaj kꞌut wachalal chi kiꞌnimaj xuqujeꞌ kiꞌtoꞌo pa ronojel ri kajawataj chike pa we kꞌax laj chak ri kakibꞌano.

That ye submit yourselves to such, and to every one that helpeth with [us], and laboreth.

17 Kinkiꞌkotik rumal xul wukꞌ ri Estéfanas, ri Fortunato xuqujeꞌ ri Acaico, rumal cher aꞌreꞌ xeyoꞌwik ronojel ri man xixkwin ta ix chuyaꞌik chwe.

I am glad of the coming of Stephanas, and Fortunatus, and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part, they have supplied.

18 Areꞌ xeyoꞌw uchuqꞌabꞌ ri wanimaꞌ xuqujeꞌ xkiya uchuqꞌabꞌ ri iwanimaꞌ ix. Taqal chike we winaq riꞌ nim kiꞌwilo.

For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.

19 Ri komontyox rech Asia kakitaq rutzil iwach. Ri Aquila rachiꞌl ri Priscila kakitaq rutzil iwach pa ri ubꞌiꞌ Ajawxel, xuqujeꞌ kakitaq rutzil iwach ri komontyox ri kakimulij kibꞌ cho kachoch aꞌreꞌ.

The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.

20 Konojel ri alaxik kakitaq rutzil iwach. Chiya rutzil iwach rukꞌ jun Tyoxalaj tzꞌumanik.

All the brethren greet you. Greet ye one another with a holy kiss.

21 In, in Pablo, kintaq bꞌik we rutzil iwach riꞌ rukꞌ ri nutzꞌibꞌ.

If any man loveth not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema, Maran-atha.

23 Are ri utoqꞌobꞌ ri Ajawxel Jesús kakanaj iwukꞌ.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you.
