< Bharumi 2 >
1 Kulwejo bhatana bhubhambalilo, awe unu oulamula, kulwo kubha galiya ganu oulamula oundi owitula mu ntambala awe omwene. kulwo kubha awe unu oulamula oukola amasango galya galya.
Wherefore, inexcusable, thou art, O man, whoever judgest; for, wherein thou judgest some one else, thyself, thou dost condemn, —for, the very things, thou dost practise, who art judging:
2 Mbe nawe echimenya ati indamu ya Nyamuanga ni ya chimali ingulu yabho bhanu abhakola emisango jejabhwejo.
We know, however, that, the sentence of God, is according to truth against them who, such things as these, do practise.
3 Mbe nawe awe nuliganilishe linu, awe unu oulamula bhaliya bhanu abhakola emisango ejo nolwo kutyo awe one oukola amasango ago ago. Angu ouichunda indamu ya Nyamuanga?
And reckonest thou this, O man—who dost judge them who such things do practise, and yet art doing the same, that, thou, shalt escape the sentence of God?
4 Nangu owiganilisha katyali-la ingulu yo bhwafu bhwo bhwe kisi bhwae, okukolwa kwa intambala yae, no kwigumilisha kwae? Angu, utakumenya ati obhwekisi bhwae Bhwi ile okukuleta mu kuta?
Or, the riches of his kindness, and forbearance, and long-suffering, dost thou despise, —not knowing that, the kindness of God, unto repentance, is leading thee?
5 Nawe kulwo bhukomee bhwao na kwo mitima gwao gunu Gutana kuta awe omwene owibhikila lisungu kwo lusiku luliya olwa lisungu, nawe ati, olusiku luliya olwo kuswelulwa kwa indamu ye chimali cha Nyamuanga.
But, according to thy hardness, and [thine] impenitent heart, art treasuring up for thyself anger, in a day of anger and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, —
6 Omwene kamuliya bhuli munu ku ndengo inu inganiliye ne bhikolwa bhyae:
Who will render unto each one according to his works: —
7 Ku bhaliya abhe bhikolwa bhyekisi abhaiga likusho, ne chibhalo na bhuntanyamuka, kabhayana obhuanga bhwa kajanende. (aiōnios )
Unto them, on the one hand, who, by way of endurance in good work, are seeking, glory, honour and incorruption, life age-abiding, (aiōnios )
8 Mbe nawe bhaliya bhanu abheyendi, bhanu bhatakulubha echimali nawe abhalubha obhunyamuke, lisungu no bhululu bhwafu bhunu obhuja.
Unto them, on the other hand, who are of contention, and are not yielding unto the truth, but are yielding unto unrighteousness, anger and wrath,
9 Nyamuanga alileta jinyako na jishida ingulu ya bhuli bhuanga bhwo mwana munu unu akolele amabhibhi, okwamba ku Muyaudi, na ku Muyunani one.
tribulation and anguish—against every soul of man who worketh out what is base, both of Jew first and of Greek, —
10 Mbe nawe likusho, echibhalo no mulembe ebhija ku bhuli munu unu kukola ebhyekisi, okwamba ku Muyaudi, na ku Muyunani one.
But glory and honour and peace—unto every one who worketh what is good, both unto Jew first and unto Greek:
11 Kulwo kubha italio solole ku Nyamuanga.
For there is no respect of persons with God; —
12 Kulwo kubha lwakutyo bhafu bhanu bhayabhile chitalio chilagilo abhabhula one chitabhao chilagilo, na lwakutyo bhafu bhanyamuye okulubhana ne chilagilo nkokutyo one bhalilamulwa kwe chilagilo.
For, as many as without law sinned, without law, also shall perish, and, as many as within law sinned, through law, shall be judged;
13 Kulwo kubha bhatali bho kungwa kwe bhilagilo bhanu bhali bhalengelesi imbele ya Nyamuanga, nawe ni bhaliya bhanu abhachikolela echilagilo bhanu abhabhalilwa obhulengelesi.
For, not the hearers of law, are righteous with God, but, the doers of law, shall be declared righteous;
14 Kulwo kubha abhanu bha Maanga, bhanu bhatana chilagilo, abhakola kwo bhusimuka emisango je chilagilo, bhenene, bhabhee bhilagilo kwe mitima jebhwe, nolwo kutyo bhenene bhatana bhilagilo.
For, whensoever the nations which have not law, by nature, the things of the law, may be doing, the same, not having law, unto themselves, are a law, —
15 Kulinu abhelesha ati ebhikolwa bhinu ebhyendibhwa mu nsonga ye bhilagilo bhyandikilwe mu Mioyo jebhwe. Emitima jebhwe one nijibhabhambalila abhene, na menganilisho gebhwe abhene nolwo kubhasitaka amwi okubhalinda bhenene abhene.
Who, indeed, shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience therewith bearing witness, and, between one another, their reasonings accusing—or, even excusing, them: —
16 Ku Nyamuanga one. Ganu agabhonekana mu nsiku jinu Nyamuanga alijilamula jimbisike ja bhanu bhona inganiliye ne misango jo bhwana ejani, mu njila ya Yesu Kristo.
In the day on which God judgeth the secrets of men according to my glad-message through Christ Jesus.
17 Chaikeki ati awe omwene owibhilikila Omuyaudi, unu enyanjile mu bhilagilo, sandabha kwo kwikusha ku Nyamuanga,
If, however, thou, art taking the name of Jew, and resting thyself upon law, and boasting in God,
18 nukumenye okwenda kwae, na indengo ye misango ejo eitasikana nago, wejile bhalagililwa ne bhilagilo.
And art taking note of his will, and testing the things that differ—when receiving oral instruction out of the law,
19 Na chaike ati uli no bhubhasi ati awe omwene uli mutangasha wa abhaofu, obhwelu ku bhaliya bhanu bhali mu chisute,
Art persuaded, moreover, that, thou thyself, art—a guide of the blind, a light of them that are in darkness,
20 omwelesha wa bhamumu, omwiigisha wa bhana, mbe ati ulinayo mu bhilagilo okulubhana no bhumenyi ne chimali.
A trainer of the simple, a teacher of babes, having the forming of knowledge and truth in the law, —
21 Mbe awe, unu ousimulila oundi, angu, utakwiingila awe omwene? Awe unu oulasha ati wasiga kwibha, angu awe utakwibha?
Thou, therefore, that art teaching someone else, thyself, art thou not teaching? Thou that proclaimest—Do not steal! Art thou, stealing?
22 Awe unu owaika ati wasiga kulomela, angu oulomela? Awe unu oufululusibhwa ne bhisusano, angu owibha mwiyekalu?
That sayest—Do not commit adultery! Art thou, committing adultery? That abhorrest sacrilege, Art thou, robbing temples?
23 Awe unu owikusha mu bhilagilo, angu utakumuswasha Nyamuanga no kunyamula ebhilagilo?
That in law dost boast, Through the transgression of the law, art thou dishonouring God?
24 Kulwo kubha “Lisina Lya Nyamuanga lyaswasibhwe mu bhanu bha Maanga kunsonga yemwe,” Lwa kutyo jandikilwe.
For the name of God, because of you, is defamed among the nations, —even as it is written.
25 Kulwo kubha okutendwa ni chimali kwiile ukacholobhela ebhilagilo, mbe nawe awe ukabha wo kuchilema echilagilo, okutendwa kwao okubha lwa unu atatendelwe.
For, circumcision, indeed, profiteth—if, law, thou be practising; but, if thou be a transgressor of law, thy circumcision, hath become, uncircumcision
26 Mbe, alabha, omunu atatendelwe ka nagendelelala okugwata amalagililo gebhilagilo, angu obhutatendwa bhwae bhutakubhonekana ati atendelwe?
If then, the uncircumcision, be guarding the righteous requirement of the law, shall not, his uncircumcision, as circumcision be reckoned?—
27 No mwene unu atatendelwe kwo bhusimuka atakulamulwa akabha akumisishe ebhilagilo? Inu ni kwa insonga ati galio amaandiko ganu gandikilwe no obhutendi one mbe nawe uchali nuchilema echilagilo!
And the uncircumcision by nature, completing the law, shall judge, thee, who, notwithstanding letter and circumcision, art a transgressor of law!
28 Kulwo kubha mwenene atali Muyaudi unu kabhonekana kwa anja; Nolwo okutendwa kutali kuliya kunu kuli kwa anja-la mumubhili.
For, not he who is one in appearance, is a Jew, nor is, that which is such in appearance in flesh, circumcision;
But, he who is one in secret, is a Jew, —and, [that is], circumcision, which is of the heart, in spirit, not in letter, —whose, praise, is not of men, but of God.
