2 Timotheo 3
1 Nawe umenye linu: kunanku ja kubhutero okubhayo omwanya mukomeye.
But know this: Hard times will come in the last days.
2 Kwo kubha abhanu bhalibha bho kwiyenda bhenene, abho kwenda jiyera, abhe chigundu, bhanyatorobhera abhebhusi bhebhwe, bhanyatasima, abho bhaterere.
For people will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemous, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 Bhanyantenda bhejabho, bhanyantaroma gumwi, bhabheeresha, bhanyantabharirira, na abharuru bhanu bhatakwenda abhekisi.
without natural affection, irreconcilable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, having no love for what is good,
4 Bhanu abharoma abhejabho muninku, abhakasinye na abhanu abho kwikuya, bhanu abhenda olwikuya kukira Nyamuanga.
traitors, reckless, puffed up, and lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 Kwa anja bhano lususo lwo kumenya Nyamuanga, mbe nawe mbamwigana amanaga gaye. Abho wikenge nabho.
having a form of godliness but denying its power. Avoid such people.
6 Kwabho bhaliyo abhalume abhanu abhengira mumisi mbakongya abhagasi bhamumu. Bhanu ni bhakosi bhanu bhejuye ebhibhibhi bhyanfu, bhanu bhatungirwe inamba ya bhuli mbaga.
Among them are those who worm their way into houses and captivate vulnerable women who are overwhelmed with sins and swayed by various evil desires.
7 Abhagasi bhanu abheigira jinaku jona, nawe bharatamibhwe okukinga mukusombokerwa kwe chimali.
Such women are always learning yet never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8 Lwa kutiyo Yane na Yambre bhatimbire mbateshanya na Musa. Kwa injila inu abhalimu bhanu bho lurimi bhetimbire bhateshanyishe ne chimali. Ni bhanu abho bhanyamuywe ameganirisho gebhwe, bhatakwikirisibhwa ne likilisha.
Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these false teachers also oppose the truth. They are corrupted in mind and have proven themselves to be unqualified with respect to the faith.
9 Mbe nawe bhatakugenderera kura. Kwo kubha obhumumu bhwebhwe obhubha abhweru kubhanu bhona, lwa kutyo bhwaliga bhuli ku bhanu bhaliya.
But they will not make any further progress, for their folly will become obvious to everyone, just like the folly of Jannes and Jambres.
10 Mbe nawe ulubhilishe ameigisho gani, mukalibhatiye kani, obhukarae bhwani, okwikirisha kwani, okwigumirisha kwani, okwenda kwani no kulindilira kwani,
Yoʋ, however, have closely followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, and endurance.
11 jinyako, obhwashe na ganu gambwene eliya Antiokia, Ikonio na Listra. Negumilisishe okunyasibhwa. Omukama ankisishe mwago gona.
Yoʋ know how much persecution and suffering I endured in Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. Yet the Lord rescued me from it all.

Indeed, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
13 Nawe abhanu bhabhibhi na bholurimi bhalisagirira okubheya. Abhabhusha abhandi. Na abhenene bhabheyibhwe.
But evil people and imposters will become worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
14 Mbe nawe awe, igumilisha ku misango jinu weigiye no kujikirisha mu kwimalira. Kwo kubha umenyere ati weigiye kuga.
But as for yoʋ, continue in what yoʋ have learned and firmly believed, knowing from whom yoʋ have learned it,
15 Umenyele ati okusoka mubhulera bhwao wamenyere amaandiko ameru. Ganu agatura okukwengesha mu mweruro kwa injira yo kwikirisha mu Kristo Yesu.
and how from childhood yoʋ have known the sacred writings, which are able to give yoʋ wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
16 Bhuli musango gunu gwandikirwe ni mwika gwa Nyamuanga. Gwiire okwikirisibhwa kwo kuleta omweruro kwo kongya, kwo kuyana ebhibhibhi, no kwiigisha mu bhurengeresi.
All Scripture is inspired by God and is beneficial for teaching, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness,
17 Koleleki omunu wa Nyamuanga agumire abhe na bhyona bhinu bhiire ku milimu jona ja kisi.
so that the man of God may be complete, fully equipped for every good work.
