ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 97
1 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಆಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಭೂಮಿಯು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಪಡಲಿ; ದ್ವೀಪಗಳ ಸಮೂಹವು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಲಿ.
Jehovah reigns. Let the earth rejoice. Let the multitude of islands be glad.
2 ಮೇಘಗಳೂ, ಕಾರ್ಗತ್ತಲೂ ಅವರ ಸುತ್ತಲು ಇವೆ; ನೀತಿಯೂ, ನ್ಯಾಯವೂ ಅವರ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವಾಗಿದೆ.
Clouds and darkness are around him. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
3 ಬೆಂಕಿಯು ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರ ವೈರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ದಹಿಸುವುದು.
A fire goes before him, and burns up his adversaries on every side.
4 ಅವರ ಮಿಂಚುಗಳು ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಬೆಳಗಿಸುತ್ತವೆ; ಭೂಮಿಯು ಕಂಡು ನಡುಗುತ್ತದೆ.
His lightning lights up the world. The earth sees, and trembles.
5 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳು ಕರಗುತ್ತವೆ, ಸಮಸ್ತ ಭೂಮಿಯು ಮೇಣದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕರಗುತ್ತವೆ.
The mountains melt like wax at the presence of Jehovah, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
6 ಆಕಾಶವು ಅವರ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಗಳು ಅವರ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಾರೆ.
The heavens declare his righteousness. All the peoples have seen his glory.
7 ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸಿ, ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಪಡುವವರೆಲ್ಲರು ನಾಚಿಕೆಪಡಲಿ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇವರುಗಳೇ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸಿರಿ!
Let all them be shamed who serve engraved images, who boast in their idols. Worship him, all you gods.
8 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಚೀಯೋನ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಕೇಳಿ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಿತು; ಯೆಹೂದದ ಪುತ್ರಿಯರು ಸಹ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Zion heard and was glad. The daughters of Judah rejoiced, because of your judgments, Jehovah.
9 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಹೋನ್ನತರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇವರುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀವು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹೋನ್ನತರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
For you, Jehovah, are most high above all the earth. You are exalted far above all gods.
10 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವರು ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡುವರು; ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಕ್ತರ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿ, ದುಷ್ಟರ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುವರು.
You who love Jehovah, hate evil. He preserves the souls of his faithful ones. He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
11 ನೀತಿವಂತನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಬೆಳಕೂ, ಯಥಾರ್ಥ ಹೃದಯದವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಅವರ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದವೂ ಇರುವುದು.
Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
12 ನೀತಿವಂತರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಿರಿ; ದೇವರ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ.
Be glad in Jehovah, you righteous people. Give thanks to his holy Name.
