ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 94
1 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ಪ್ರತೀಕಾರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ದೇವರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಮುಯ್ಯಿ ತೀರಿಸುವವರು ನೀವೇ; ದೇವರೇ, ನ್ಯಾಯ ತೀರಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.
God of vengeance — Jehovah! God of vengeance, shine forth.
2 ಭೂಲೋಕದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಯೇ, ಗರ್ವಿಷ್ಠರಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಪ್ರತೀಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ.
Be lifted up, O Judge of the earth, Send back a recompence on the proud.
3 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಎಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ? ದುಷ್ಟರು ಎಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ ಹಿಗ್ಗುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು?
Till when [do] the wicked, O Jehovah? Till when do the wicked exult?
4 ಕೆಡುಕರು ಉಬ್ಬಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೇಡು ಮಾಡುವವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೊಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
They utter — they speak an old saw, All working iniquity do boast themselves.
5 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜನರನ್ನು ಅವರು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಾಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Thy people, O Jehovah, they bruise, And Thine inheritance they afflict.
6 ವಿಧವೆಯನ್ನೂ ಪರದೇಶಸ್ಥನನ್ನೂ ಅವರು ಹತ್ಯಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವರನ್ನು ಹತಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Widow and sojourner they slay, And fatherless ones they murder.
7 “ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಯಾಕೋಬನ ದೇವರು ಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ,” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
And they say, 'Jehovah doth not see, And the God of Jacob doth not consider.'
8 ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನರೇ, ನೀವು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿರಿ. ಮೂರ್ಖರೇ, ಯಾವಾಗ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರಾಗುವಿರಿ?
Consider, ye brutish among the people, And ye foolish, when do ye act wisely?
9 ಕಿವಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ದೇವರು ಕೇಳದಿರುವರೇ? ಕಣ್ಣನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿದವರು ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ?
He who planteth the ear doth He not hear? He who formeth the eye doth He not see?
10 ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕೊಡುವ ದೇವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ಮಾನವನಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸುವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಕೊರತೆಯಿದೆಯೋ?
He who is instructing nations, Doth He not reprove? He who is teaching man knowledge [is] Jehovah.
11 ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದವುಗಳೆಂದು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
He knoweth the thoughts of man, that they [are] vanity.
12 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ಯಾರನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವಿರೋ ಅಂಥವರು ಧನ್ಯರು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮದಿಂದ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿಕೊಡುವಿರೋ ಅವರು ಧನ್ಯರು.
O the happiness of the man Whom Thou instructest, O Jah, And out of Thy law teachest him,
13 ದುಷ್ಟನಿಗಾಗಿ ಕುಣಿಯು ಅಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೆ ಅಂಥವನಿಗೆ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವಿರಿ.
To give rest to him from days of evil, While a pit is digged for the wicked.
14 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಾಗಿರುವವರನ್ನು ಎಂದೂ ಮರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
For Jehovah leaveth not His people, And His inheritance forsaketh not.
15 ನ್ಯಾಯ ನಿಯಮವು ನೀತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿರುವುದು; ಯಥಾರ್ಥ ಹೃದಯದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವರು.
For to righteousness judgment turneth back, And after it all the upright of heart,
16 ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಏಳುವವನ್ಯಾರು? ಅಪರಾಧ ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಿಂತು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನ್ಯಾರು?
Who riseth up for me with evil doers? Who stationeth himself for me with workers of iniquity?
17 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಕೊಡದಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನು ಬೇಗನೇ ಮರಣದ ಮೌನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು.
Unless Jehovah [were] a help to me, My soul had almost inhabited silence.
18 “ನನ್ನ ಕಾಲು ಜಾರುತ್ತಿದೆ,” ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗಲೇ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿಯಿತು.
If I have said, 'My foot hath slipped,' Thy kindness, O Jehovah, supporteth me.
19 ನನ್ನ ಚಿಂತೆಗಳು ನನ್ನೊಳಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂತೈಸುವಿಕೆಯು ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಆನಂದಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
In the abundance of my thoughts within me, Thy comforts delight my soul.
20 ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳಿಂದ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಅಪರಾಧದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಸನವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಅನ್ಯೋನ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವುದೋ?
Is a throne of mischief joined [with] Thee? A framer of perverseness by statute?
21 ನೀತಿವಂತನ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಕೂಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವರ ನಿರಪರಾಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
They decree against the soul of the righteous, And innocent blood declare wicked.
22 ಆದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನನಗೆ ದುರ್ಗವೂ, ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೂ, ನನ್ನ ಆಶ್ರಯದ ಬಂಡೆಯೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
And Jehovah is for a high place to me, And my God [is] for a rock — my refuge,
23 ವೈರಿಯ ಅಪರಾಧವು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬೀಳಲಿ; ಅವರ ಕೇಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವನು; ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸಿ ಬಿಡುವನು.
And turneth back on them their iniquity, And in their wickedness cutteth them off; Jehovah our God doth cut them off!
