ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 73
1 ಆಸಾಫನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದೇವರು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿಗೂ ಶುದ್ಧ ಹೃದಯದವರಿಗೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರು.
Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.
2 ನನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳು ಬಹಳಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ತಪ್ಪುವ ಹಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ನನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳು ಜಾರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹು ಸಮೀಪವಾಗಿದ್ದವು.
But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped.
3 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ದುಷ್ಟರ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಂಡಾಗ ಮೂರ್ಖರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಕಿಚ್ಚುಪಟ್ಟೆನು.
For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
4 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೋರಾಟಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ದೇಹವು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಢವಾಗಿದೆ.
For there are no bands in their death: but their strength is firm.
5 ಇತರರ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೊರೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಮಾನವರಿಗೆ ತಗುಲುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಾಧಿಯೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಗುಲುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men.
6 ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಗರ್ವವು ಕಂಠಮಾಲೆಯಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಟ್ಟೆಯ ಹಾಗೆ ಮುಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿದೆ.
Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as a garment.
7 ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವು ಕೊಬ್ಬಿನಿಂದ ಉಬ್ಬಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತವೆ; ಅವರ ದುಷ್ಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಿತಿಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish.
8 ಅವರು ಹಾಸ್ಯಮಾಡುವವರಾಗಿ ಕೇಡನ್ನೇ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಗರ್ವದಿಂದ ಅವರು ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ.
They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily.
9 ಪರಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯನ್ನು ತೆರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಭೂಲೋಕದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರ ಮಾತು ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿದೆ.
They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth.
10 ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಜನರು ಅವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಮಾತು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.
Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them.
11 ಅವರು, “ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವುದು? ಮಹೋನ್ನತನಿಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ?” ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.
And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?
12 ದುಷ್ಟರು ನಿಶ್ಚಿಂತರಾಗಿ, ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರು ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches.
13 ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವೋ? ನನ್ನ ಅಂಗೈಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರಪರಾಧದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಳೆದಿದ್ದೂ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವೋ?
Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocency.
14 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ದಿನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಧೆಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಉದಯವೂ ನನಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning.
15 ನಾನು ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬಾಯಿತೆರೆದು ಮಾತಾಡಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಜೆಗೆ ದ್ರೋಹಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು.
If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children.
16 ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಅದು ನನಗೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me;
17 ನಾನು ದೇವರ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಆಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವವರೆಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅನಂತರ ಅವರ ಅಂತ್ಯವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಅರ್ಥವಾಯಿತು.
Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end.
18 ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ನೀವು ಜಾರುವ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಅವರನ್ನು ದಂಡಿಸಿಬಿಡು.
Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.
19 ಕ್ಷಣಮಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ನಾಶವಾದರು. ಅವರು ದಿಗಿಲುಬಿದ್ದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾಶವಾದರು.
How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.
20 ಅವರು ನಿದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಂಡ ಕನಸಿನಂತೆ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಅಲ್ಪರಾಗಿರಲಿ.
As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.
21 ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ದುಃಖಗೊಂಡು, ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವು ಕಹಿಗೊಂಡಿತು.
Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins.
22 ಆಗ ನಾನು ಮೂರ್ಖನಾಗಿ ಏನೂ ತಿಳಿಯದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಪಶುವಿನಂತೆ ಇದ್ದೆನು.
So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.
23 ಆದರೂ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ. ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಬಲಗೈಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou hast holden me by my right hand.
24 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯಂತೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ, ತರುವಾಯ ಮಹಿಮೆಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸುವಿರಿ.
Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
25 ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ನೀವಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ್ಯಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ಇಹಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನಲ್ಲದೆ ಇನ್ನಾರನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ಬಯಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.
26 ನನ್ನ ತನುಮನಗಳು ಕುಂದುತ್ತವೆ; ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ಯುಗಯುಗಕ್ಕೂ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದ ಬಲವೂ, ನನ್ನ ಪಾಲೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
27 ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ದೂರವಾಗಿರುವವರು ನಾಶವಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ದ್ರೋಹ ಮಾಡುವವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ದಂಡನೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುವರು.
For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.
28 ನನಗಾದರೋ ದೇವರ ಸಮೀಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದೇ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಾರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord Yhwh, that I may declare all thy works.
