ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 64

1 ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನಿಗಾಗಿರುವ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿಡುವಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಬಿನ್ನಹವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ. ಶತ್ರುವಿನ ಹೆದರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.

TO THE OVERSEER. A PSALM OF DAVID. Hear, O God, my voice, in my (meditation) You keep my life from the fear of an enemy,

2 ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗಿಗಳ ಗುಪ್ತ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳಿಗೂ, ದುಷ್ಟರ ಒಳಸಂಚಿಗೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡಿರಿ.

Hide me from the secret counsel of evildoers, From the tumult of workers of iniquity.

3 ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಖಡ್ಗದಂತೆ ಮಸೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Who sharpened their tongue as a sword, They directed their arrow—a bitter word.

4 ನಿರ್ದೋಷಿಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಕಹಿಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಣದಂತೆ ಗುರಿಯಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂಜದೆ ಫಕ್ಕನೆ ಅವನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಎಸೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

To shoot the perfect in secret places, Suddenly they shoot him, and do not fear.

5 ತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಬಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡ್ಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ, “ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವವರು ಯಾರು?” ಎಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

They strengthen an evil thing for themselves, They recount of the hiding of snares, They have said, “Who looks at it?”

6 ಅವರು ಅನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿ, “ನಾವು ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಉಪಾಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ,” ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾನವರ ಆಂತರ್ಯವೂ ಹೃದಯವೂ ಕುಯುಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದೆ.

They search out perverse things, “We perfected a searching search,” And the inward part of man, and the heart, [are] deep.

7 ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ಅವರ ಬಾಣದಿಂದಲೇ, ಫಕ್ಕನೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗಾಯಗಳಾಗುವಂತೆ ಅನುಮತಿಸುವರು.

And God shoots them [with] an arrow, Their wounds have been sudden,

8 ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ತಾವೇ ಎಡವಿ ಬೀಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ತಲೆಯಾಡಿಸಿ ಅಣಕಿಸುವರು.

And they cause him to stumble, Their own tongue [is] against them, Every looker on them flees away.

9 ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೂ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ದೇವರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರುವರು. ದೇವರು ಮಾಡಿದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.

And all men fear, and declare the work of God, And they have wisely considered His deed.

10 ನೀತಿವಂತರು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಪಟ್ಟು ದೇವರನ್ನೇ ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಸರಳ ಹೃದಯದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸುವರು.

The righteous rejoice in YHWH, And have trusted in Him, And all the upright of heart boast!
