ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 34
1 ದಾವೀದನು ಅಬೀಮೆಲೆಕನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಚ್ಚನಂತೆ ತೋರ್ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವನ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ರಚಿಸಿದ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವೆನು; ಅವರ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದು.
By David; when he pretended to be insane before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed. I will bless Yahweh at all times. His praise will always be in my mouth.
2 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಹಿಗ್ಗುವುದು; ಇದನ್ನು ದೀನರು ಕೇಳಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುವರು.
My soul shall boast in Yahweh. The humble shall hear of it and be glad.
3 ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸಿರಿ; ನಾವು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸೋಣ.
Oh magnify Yahweh with me. Let’s exalt his name together.
4 ನಾನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿದೆನು; ಆಗ ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟು, ಸಕಲ ಭೀತಿಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿದರು.
I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.
5 ದೇವರನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದವರು ಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಹೊಂದಿದರು; ಅಂಥವರ ಮುಖಗಳು ನಾಚಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಕುಂದಿಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
They looked to him, and were radiant. Their faces shall never be covered with shame.
6 ಬಡವನಾದ ನಾನು ಕರೆಯಲು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಕೇಳಿ ನನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟುಗಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು.
This poor man cried, and Yahweh heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
7 ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವವರ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ದೂತನು ಇಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
Yahweh’s angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them.
8 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರೆಂದು ರುಚಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿರಿ; ಅವರನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಭಾಗ್ಯವಂತನು.
Oh taste and see that Yahweh is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
9 ದೇವರ ಭಕ್ತರೇ, ನೀವು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡಿರಿ; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ದೇವಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಕೊರತೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
Oh fear Yahweh, you his saints, for there is no lack with those who fear him.
10 ಸಿಂಹಗಳು ಹಸಿದು ಬಳಲಬಹುದು, ಆದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದರ ಕೊರತೆಯೂ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek Yahweh shall not lack any good thing.
11 ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ, ನೀವು ಬಂದು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ; ನಾನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಭಯವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕಲಿಸುವೆನು.
Come, you children, listen to me. I will teach you the fear of Yahweh.
12 ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನು ಮತ್ತು ಬಹಳ ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಬದುಕಬೇಕೆ?
Who is someone who desires life, and loves many days, that he may see good?
13 ನೀನು ಕೇಡಿನಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯನ್ನು, ಮೋಸವನ್ನು ನುಡಿಯದ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಿಕೋ.
Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking lies.
14 ಕೇಡಿನಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಮಾಡು; ಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸು.
Depart from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it.
15 ನೀತಿವಂತರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಇಡುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಅವರು ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುವಾಗ ದೇವರು ಕಿವಿಗೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry.
16 ಆದರೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ವಿಮುಖರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಅಂಥವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವರು.
Yahweh’s face is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth.
17 ನೀತಿವಂತರ ಕೂಗನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಕೇಳಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟುಗಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
18 ಮುರಿದ ಹೃದಯದವರಿಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಸಮೀಪವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಜಜ್ಜಿದ ಆತ್ಮವುಳ್ಳವರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
19 ನೀತಿವಂತನಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿವೆ; ಆದರೆ ಅವೆಲ್ಲವುಗಳಿಂದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all.
20 ಅವರು ಅವನ ಎಲುಬುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಪಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದರೂ ಮುರಿದು ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken.
21 ಕೇಡು ದುಷ್ಟನನ್ನೇ ಕೊಲ್ಲುವುದು; ನೀತಿವಂತನನ್ನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುವವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವರು.
Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned.
22 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕರ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ದೇವರನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned.
