ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 29

1 ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದೇವದೂತರೇ, ಬಲವು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರದೇ, ಮಹಿಮೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರದೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ.

A Psalm of David. Ascribe unto Jehovah, O ye sons of the mighty, Ascribe unto Jehovah glory and strength.

2 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ನಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲತಕ್ಕ ಘನವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರಿ; ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧತ್ವವೆಂಬ ವಸ್ತ್ರದೊಡನೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸಿರಿ.

Ascribe unto Jehovah the glory due unto his name; Worship Jehovah in holy array.

3 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಜಲರಾಶಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದೆ; ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ದೇವರು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಮಹಾಸಾಗರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.

The voice of Jehovah is upon the waters: The God of glory thundereth, Even Jehovah upon many waters.

4 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಶಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳದ್ದು; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ವೈಭವವುಳ್ಳದ್ದು.

The voice of Jehovah is powerful; The voice of Jehovah is full of majesty.

5 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ದೇವದಾರು ವೃಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಲೆಬನೋನಿನ ದೇವದಾರು ವೃಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

The voice of Jehovah breaketh the cedars; Yea, Jehovah breaketh in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.

6 ಲೆಬನೋನ್ ಪರ್ವತವು ಕರುವಿನ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಸಿರ್ಯೋನ್ ಬೆಟ್ಟವು ಎಳೆಯ ಕಾಡುಕೋಣದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಹಾರಾಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild-ox.

7 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಸಿಡಿಲಿನ ಮಿಂಚಿನಂತೆ ಅಪ್ಪಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

The voice of Jehovah cleaveth the flames of fire.

8 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಶಬ್ದವು ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನಡುಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಕಾದೇಶ್ ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನಡುಗಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

The voice of Jehovah shaketh the wilderness; Jehovah shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

9 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಜಿಂಕೆಗಳು ಈಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಡವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ; ದೇವರ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ “ಮಹಿಮೆ!” ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

The voice of Jehovah maketh the hinds to calve, And strippeth the forests bare: And in his temple everything saith, Glory.

10 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಪ್ರಳಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಯುಗಯುಗಕ್ಕೂ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅರಸರಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Jehovah sat [as King] at the Flood; Yea, Jehovah sitteth as King for ever.

11 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವರು; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಾನದಿಂದ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವರು.

Jehovah will give strength unto his people; Jehovah will bless his people with peace.
