ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 17
1 ದಾವೀದನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದದ್ದು, ನನ್ನ ಮೊರೆಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ. ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ, ಅದು ಕಪಟ ತುಟಿಗಳಿಂದ ಬಂದದ್ದಲ್ಲ.
The preier of Dauid. Lord, here thou my riytfulnesse; biholde thou my preier. Perseuye thou with eeris my preier; not maad in gileful lippis.
2 ನನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯವು ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದಲೇ ಬರಲಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಸರಿಯಾದವುಗಳನ್ನೇ ನೋಡುತ್ತವೆ.
Mi doom come `forth of thi cheer; thin iyen se equite.
3 ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಶೋಧಿಸಿದರೂ, ನೀವು ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದರೂ, ನಾನು ಕೆಟ್ಟಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನೀವು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಯೂ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
Thou hast preued myn herte, and hast visitid in niyt; thou hast examynyd me bi fier, and wickidnesse is not foundun in me.
4 ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ನನಗೆ ಲಂಚ ನೀಡಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ತುಟಿಗಳ ಆಜ್ಞಾನುಸಾರ ನಾನು ಹಿಂಸಕರ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದೂರವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
That my mouth speke not the werkis of men; for the wordis of thi lippis Y haue kept harde weies.
5 ನನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳು ಜಾರದ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನ ನಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
Make thou perfit my goyngis in thi pathis; that my steppis be not moued.
6 ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ನನಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡುವುದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಿವಿಯನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಕಡೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿರಿ.
I criede, for thou, God, herdist me; bowe doun thin eere to me, and here thou my wordis.
7 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಅದ್ಭುತವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿರಿ. ತಮ್ಮ ವೈರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಓಡಿಬಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಆಶ್ರಯ ಪಡೆಯುವವರಿಗೆ ಭುಜಬಲದಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವವರು ನೀವೇ.
Make wondurful thi mercies; that makist saaf `men hopynge in thee.
8 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗುಡ್ಡೆಯ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳ ನೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡಿರಿ.
Kepe thou me as the appil of the iye; fro `men ayenstondynge thi riyt hond. Keuere thou me vndur the schadewe of thi wyngis;
9 ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಾಧಿಸುವ ದುಷ್ಟರಿಂದಲೂ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣಾಂತಕ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ.
fro the face of vnpitouse men, that han turmentid me. Myn enemyes han cumpassid my soule;
10 ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸೊಕ್ಕಿನ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಅವರು ಗರ್ವವನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
thei han closide togidere her fatnesse; the mouth of hem spak pride.
11 ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೀಳಿಸುವಂತೆ, ಅವರು ಈಗ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಕಾದಿವೆ.
Thei castiden me forth, and han cumpassid me now; thei ordeyneden to bowe doun her iyen in to erthe.
12 ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬೇಟೆಯ ಹಸಿವೆಯಿಂದಿರುವ ಸಿಂಹದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ, ಗುಪ್ತಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂಚಿ ಕುಳಿತಿರುವ ಭೀಕರ ಸಿಂಹದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.
Thei, as a lioun maad redi to prey, han take me; and as the whelp of a lioun dwellynge in hid places.
13 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಎದ್ದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕೆಡವಿಬಿಡಿರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಖಡ್ಗದ ಮೂಲಕ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದುಷ್ಟರಿಂದ ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
Lord, rise thou vp, bifor come thou hym, and disseyue thou hym; delyuere thou my lijf fro the `vnpitouse,
14 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಈ ಲೋಕಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿಯಷ್ಟೇ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯುವ ಜನರಿಂದ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಸ್ತದ ಮೂಲಕ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ. ಅಂಥ ಜನರಿಗಾಗಿ ನೀವು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವುದು ಅವರ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆ ತುಂಬಲಿ; ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅದರಿಂದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೊಂದಲಿ, ಅವರ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೂ ಉಳಿದದ್ದು ಸಿಕ್ಕಲಿ.
delyuere thou thi swerd fro the enemyes of thin hond. Lord, departe thou hem fro a fewe men of `the lond in the lijf of hem; her wombe is fillid of thin hid thingis. Thei ben fillid with sones; and thei leften her relifis to her litle children.
15 ನಾನಾದರೋ ನೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವೆನು. ನಾನು ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತಾಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೋಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನೇ ಕಂಡು ತೃಪ್ತನಾಗುವೆನು.
But Y in riytfulnesse schal appere to thi siyt; Y schal be fillid, whanne thi glorie schal appere.
