ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 15

1 ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರು? ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಪರ್ವತದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಳುವವರು ಯಾರು?

A psalm of David. Lord, who shall dwell in thy tabernacle? or who shall rest in thy holy hill?

2 ದೋಷವಿಲ್ಲದವರಾಗಿ ಜೀವಿಸಿ, ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನಾಡುವವರೇ;

He that walketh without blemish, and worketh justice:

3 ಅವರ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯು ಚಾಡಿ ಹೇಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ತಮ್ಮ ನೆರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ಕೇಡುಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಇತರರನ್ನು ನಿಂದಿಸುವುದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ;

He that speaketh truth in his heart, who hath not used deceit in his tongue: Nor hath done evil to his neighbour: nor taken up a reproach against his neighbours.

4 ಅವರು ದುಷ್ಟರ ಸಹವಾಸ ಇಲ್ಲದವರೂ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸುವವರೂ ನಷ್ಟವಾದರೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪದೇ, ತಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದವರೂ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು.

In his sight the malignant is brought to nothing: but he glorifieth them that fear the Lord. He that sweareth to his neighbour, and deceiveth not;

5 ಅವರು ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಸಾಲ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಬಡ್ಡಿಕೇಳದವರೂ; ನಿರಪರಾಧಿಯ ಕೇಡಿಗಾಗಿ ಲಂಚ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದವರೂ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಾಳುವವರು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಕದಲುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

He that hath not put out his money to usury, nor taken bribes against the innocent: He that doth these things shall not be moved for ever.
