ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 149

1 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಹೊಸಹಾಡನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿರಿ, ಭಕ್ತರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವನ್ನೂ ಹಾಡಿರಿ.

Praise ye Jehovah. Sing unto Jehovah a new song, And his praise in the assembly of the saints.

2 ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಲಿ; ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅರಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಿಸಲಿ.

Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

3 ದೇವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ನರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಲಿ; ದಮ್ಮಡಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಕಿನ್ನರಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸಲಿ.

Let them praise his name in the dance: Let them sing praises unto him with timbrel and harp.

4 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಹರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ದೀನರನ್ನು ಜಯದ ಕಿರೀಟದಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

For Jehovah taketh pleasure in his people: He will beautify the meek with salvation.

5 ಇಂಥಾ ಸನ್ಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಲಿ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗಲೂ ಆನಂದಗಾನ ಹಾಡಲಿ.

Let the saints exult in glory: Let them sing for joy upon their beds.

6 ಉನ್ನತ ದೇವರ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವು ಅವರ ಬಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲಿ. ಇಬ್ಬಾಯಿ ಖಡ್ಗ ಅವರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರಲಿ.

[Let] the high praises of God [be] in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand;

7 ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರತೀಕಾರವಾಗಲಿ, ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಲಿ.

To execute vengeance upon the nations, And punishments upon the peoples;

8 ಅಪರಾಧದ ಅರಸರನ್ನು ಸಂಕೋಲೆಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಪ್ರಮುಖರನ್ನು ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಬೇಡಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಬಂಧಿಸಲಿ.

To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron;

9 ಬರೆದಿರುವ ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಧಿಯು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ನೆರವೇರಲಿ, ದೇವರ ಭಕ್ತರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಈ ಗೌರವವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ.

To execute upon them the judgment written: This honor have all his saints. Praise ye Jehovah.
