1 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ,
Praise ye Yah, Praise ye the Name of Yahweh, Praise, O ye servants of Yahweh;
2 ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯದ ಅಂಗಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಸೇವಕರೇ, ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ.
Who stand In the house of Yahweh, In the courts of the house of our God.
3 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರು; ದೇವರ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಸ್ತುತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅದು ರಮ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು.
Praise ye Yah, For good is Yahweh, Sing praises to his Name, For it is full of delight;
4 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಯಾಕೋಬನನ್ನು ತಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡರು, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಸಂಪತ್ತಾಗಿಯೂ ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
For, Jacob, hath Yah chosen for himself, Israel, for his own treasure.
5 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ದೊಡ್ಡವರು; ನಮ್ಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇವರುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡವರೆಂದು ನಾನು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
For, I, know that great is Yahweh, yea, our Lord, is beyond all gods.
6 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಗಾಧಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತಾವು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Whatsoever Yahweh hath pleased, he hath done, —in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas, and all resounding deeps:
7 ಭೂಮಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಕಡೆಗಳಿಂದ ಮೋಡಗಳನ್ನು ಏಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಮಳೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮಿಂಚನ್ನೂ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಗಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಉಗ್ರಾಣಗಳಿಂದ ಬೀಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Causing vapours to ascend from the end of the earth, —Lightnings for the rain, hath he made, bringing forth wind out of his treasuries.
8 ದೇವರು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ಜನರನ್ನು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಪಶುಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ದಂಡಿಸಿದರು.
Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man, and of beast;
9 ಈಜಿಪ್ಟೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಕಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಅದ್ಭುತಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ದೇವರು ಫರೋಹನಿಗೂ, ಅವನ ಸಕಲ ಸೇವಕರಿಗೂ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.
Sent signs and wonders into thy midst, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants.
10 ದೇವರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಬಲವಾದ ಅರಸರನ್ನೂ ದಂಡಿಸಿದರು.
Who smote great nations, and slew mighty kings:
11 ಅಮೋರಿಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೀಹೋನನನ್ನು, ಬಾಷಾನಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ಓಗನನ್ನೂ, ಕಾನಾನಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅರಸರನ್ನೂ ದಂಡಿಸಿದರು.
Sihon, king of the Amorites, and Og, king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan;
12 ದೇವರು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸೊತ್ತಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಜೆಯಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
And gave their land as an inheritance, an inheritance to Israel his people.
13 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಮವೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಭಾವವೂ ತಲತಲಾಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ಸ್ಮರಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು.
O Yahweh! thy Name, is age-abiding, —O Yahweh! thy memorial, is to generation after generation.
14 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವರು, ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅನುಕಂಪವನ್ನೂ ತೋರಿಸುವರು.
For Yahweh will vindicate his people, —and, on his servants, have compassion.
15 ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ, ಬಂಗಾರದವುಗಳು, ಅವು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿವೆ.
The idols of the nations, are silver and gold, the work of the hands of men:
16 ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಾಯಿಯಿದೆ, ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿವೆ, ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
A mouth, have they, but they speak not, Eyes, have they, but they see not;
17 ಕಿವಿಗಳಿವೆ, ಕೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವುಗಳ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ವಾಸ ಇಲ್ಲ.
Ears, have they, but they hear not, Nose, —there is no breath in their mouth.
18 ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರು ಅವುಗಳಂತೆಯೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ; ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡುವವರು ಅವುಗಳಂತಾಗುವರು.
Like unto them, shall be they who make them, every one who trusteth in them.
19 ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮನೆತನದವರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ; ಆರೋನನ ಮನೆತನದವರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ.
O house of Israel! bless Yahweh, O house of Aaron! bless Yahweh;
20 ಲೇವಿಯ ಮನೆತನದವರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ; ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ.
O house of Levi! bless Yahweh, Ye that revere Yahweh! bless Yahweh.
21 ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವವ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ; ಅವರ ಕೀರ್ತಿಯು ಚೀಯೋನಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೂ ಹಬ್ಬಲಿ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ.
Blessed be Yahweh out of Zion, Who inhabiteth Jerusalem, Praise ye Yah!
