ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 125

1 ಯಾತ್ರಾ ಗೀತೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡುವವರು ಚೀಯೋನ್ ಪರ್ವತದ ಹಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಆ ಪರ್ವತವು ಯುಗಯುಗಕ್ಕೂ ಕದಲದೆ ಇರುವುದು.

They that trust in Yhwh shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.

2 ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳಿರುವಂತೆ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಈಗಿನಿಂದ ಯುಗಯುಗಕ್ಕೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.

As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, So Yhwh is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.

3 ನೀತಿವಂತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಅನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಚದ ಹಾಗೆ, ದುಷ್ಟನ ಕೋಲು ನೀತಿವಂತರ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

4 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರಿಗೂ, ಯಥಾರ್ಥ ಹೃದಯವುಳ್ಳವರಿಗೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Do good, O Yhwh, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.

5 ಆದರೆ ಡೊಂಕು ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಗುವವರನ್ನು, ದುಷ್ಟರ ಸಂಗಡ ದೇವರು ತೊಲಗಿಸಲಿ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಿರಲಿ.

As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, Yhwh shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel.
