ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 12

1 ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನಿಗಾಗಿರುವ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಶೆಮಿನಿಥ್ ಸ್ವರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ದೇವಭಕ್ತರು ಮುಗಿದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರು ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

To the Chief Musician. On the Octave. A Melody of David. O save Yahweh, for the man of lovingkindness, is no more, for the faithful, have vanished, from among the sons of men.

2 ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ತಮ್ಮ ನೆರೆಯವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಸುಳ್ಳಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತುಟಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊಗಳಿ, ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Deception, speak they, every one with his neighbour, —with lips uttering smooth things—with a heart and a heart, do they speak.

3 ಹೊಗಳಿಕೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತುಟಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಗರ್ವ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯನ್ನೂ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಮೌನವಾಗಿರಿಸಲಿ.

May Yahweh cut off All the lips that utter smooth things, —the tongue that speaketh swelling words;

4 ಅವರು ಹೀಗೆನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ, “ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ಜಯಿಸುವೆವು; ನಮ್ಮ ತುಟಿಗಳೇ ನಮಗೆ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಡೆಯನು ಯಾರು?”

Them who say—With our tongue, will we prevail, our lips, are our own, who is our master?

5 “ಬಡವರು ಹಿಂಸೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದಲೂ ಗತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವರು ನರಳಾಡುವುದರಿಂದಲೂ ನಾನು ಈಗಲೇ ಏಳುವೆನು,” ಎಂದು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. “ಪೀಡಿಸುವವರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಬಡವರನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವೆನು.”

Because of violence done to the poor, because of the crying of the needy, Now, will I arise! O may Yahweh say, —I will place [him] in safety—let him puff at him!

6 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳು ದೋಷವಿಲ್ಲದ್ದು. ಅವು ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಕುಲುಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯಂತೆಯೂ ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ಪುಟಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಿದ ಬಂಗಾರದಂತೆಯೂ ಇವೆ.

The words of Yahweh, are words, that are pure, silver refined in a crucible of earth, purified seven times!

7 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ಗತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವರನ್ನು ದುಷ್ಟರಿಂದ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೀರಿ,

Thou, O Yahweh, wilt keep them, —Thou wilt guard him, from this generation unto times age-abiding.

8 ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವಾಗ, ಆ ದುಷ್ಟರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವರು.

On every side, the lawless, march about, —when worthlessness is exalted by the sons of men.
