ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 119
1 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ನಿಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ದೋಷರಹಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರೂ ಧನ್ಯರು.
ALEPH. Happy are they whose way is perfect, who walk in the law of the Lord.
2 ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಾ ಅವರ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವವರೂ ಧನ್ಯರು
Happy are they who keep his testimonies, that seek him with all their heart.
3 ಅಂಥವರು ಅನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡದೆ, ದೇವರ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.
They also commit no injustice; in his ways do they walk.
4 ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ನೀವು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
Thou thyself hast commanded us thy precepts, that we might keep [them] diligently.
5 ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳು ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿರಲಿ!
Oh that my ways were firmly directed to observe thy statutes!
6 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವಾಗ ನಾನು ನಾಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Then would I not be made ashamed, while I look at all thy commandments.
7 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗೆಲ್ಲಾ, ಯಥಾರ್ಥ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು.
I will thank thee with uprightness of heart, when I learn thy righteous ordinances.
8 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವೆನು; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕೈಬಿಡಬೇಡಿರಿ.
Thy statutes will I observe: oh forsake me not too greatly.
9 ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನು ಯಾವುದರಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ನಡತೆಯನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು? ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಜೀವಿಸುವುದರಿಂದಲೇ.
BETH. Wherewithal shall a youth keep his way pure? by guarding it according to thy word.
10 ನನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಾನು ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ.
With all my heart have I sought thee: oh let me not wander astray from thy commandments.
11 ನಿಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡದ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
In my heart have I treasured up thy saying, in order that I may not sin against thee.
12 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮಗೆ ಸ್ತುತಿಯುಂಟಾಗಲಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿಕೊಡಿರಿ.
Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy statutes.
13 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಬರುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳಿಂದ ನಾನು ವರ್ಣಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
With my lips have I related all the ordinances of thy mouth.
14 ಮಹಾ ಸಂಪತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಆನಂದಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಿಸುವೆನು.
On the way of thy testimonies have I been glad, as over all wealth.
15 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಧ್ಯಾನಮಾಡಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವೆನು.
On thy precepts will I meditate, and direct my look unto thy paths.
16 ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಗೊಂಡು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸದಿರುವೆನು.
In thy statutes will I seek my delight: I will not forget thy word.
17 ನಾನು ಜೀವದಿಂದಿದ್ದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನ ಮೇಲೆ ದಯೆಯಿಡಿರಿ.
GIMEL. Deal bountifully with thy servant: let me live, that I may observe thy word.
18 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮದೊಳಗಿನ ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಿರಿ.
Open thou my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
19 ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಮರೆಮಾಡಬೇಡಿರಿ.
A stranger am I on the earth: hide not from me thy commandments.
20 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಹಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಕರಗಿಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
My soul is broken from longing for thy ordinances at all times.
21 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸದೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗುವ ಶಾಪಗ್ರಸ್ತರಾದ ಗರ್ವಿಷ್ಠರನ್ನು ನೀವು ಗದರಿಸುತ್ತೀರಿ.
Thou hast rebuked the accursed proud, who go erringly astray from thy commandments.
22 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಕಾರಣ, ಗರ್ವಿಷ್ಠರ ನಿಂದೆಯನ್ನೂ, ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರವನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿಸಿರಿ.
Roll away from me reproach and contempt; for thy testimonies have I kept.
23 ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನೇ ಧ್ಯಾನಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವೆನು.
Although even princes should sit and speak against me, thy servant would still meditate on thy statutes.
24 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳು ನನಗೆ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಕರವಾಗಿವೆ; ಅವೇ ನನ್ನ ಸಮಾಲೋಚಕರು.
Also thy testimonies are my delight, my counsellors.
25 ನಾನು ಧೂಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಉಜ್ಜೀವಿಸಿರಿ.
DALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust: revive thou me according to thy word.
26 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲು, ನೀವು ನನಗೆ ಸದುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವಿರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿಕೊಡಿರಿ.
My ways do I relate [to thee], and thou answerest me: teach me thy statutes.
27 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಾಯಿಸಿರಿ, ಆಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅದ್ಭುತಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಧ್ಯಾನ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
Cause me to understand the way of thy precepts, that I may meditate on thy wonders.
28 ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ದುಃಖದಿಂದ ಬಲಹೀನವಾಗಿದೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿರಿ.
My soul droppeth away from grief: sustain me according to thy word.
29 ವಂಚನೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಮಾರ್ಗದಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ; ನನಗೆ ಕೃಪೆ ನೀಡಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ.
The way of falsehood do thou remove from me, and grant me graciously thy law.
30 ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತಿಕೆಯ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
The way of truth have I chosen: thy ordinances have I set [before me].
31 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಗಿಯಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಡಿರಿ.
I have adhered unto thy testimonies: O Lord, put me not to shame.
32 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಓಡುವೆನು, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ವಿವೇಕವನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
The way of thy commandments will I run; for thou wilt enlarge my heart.
33 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿರಿ; ಆಗ ನಾನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂತ್ಯದವರೆಗೂ ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವೆನು.
HE. Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes, and I shall keep it in all its windings.
34 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನನಗೆ ವಿವೇಚನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರಿ.
Give me understanding, that I may keep thy law, and I will observe it with all [my] heart.
35 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Guide me on the path of thy commandments; for therein do I find my delight.
36 ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥದ ಲಾಭಗಳ ಕಡೆಗಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸಿರಿ.
Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to desire for gain.
37 ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದವುಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity: on thy way do thou give me life.
38 ನಿಮಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವವರಿಗಾಗಿ ನೀಡುವ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿರಿ.
Fulfill unto thy servant thy promise for those who are devoted to thy fear.
39 ನಾನು ಭಯಪಡುವ ನನ್ನ ನಿಂದೆಯನ್ನು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿಸಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವುಗಳೇ.
Cause to pass away my disgrace of which I have dread; for thy ordinances are good.
40 ಇಗೋ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಹಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ! ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: through thy righteousness do thou give my life.
41 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯು ನನಗೆ ದೊರಕಲಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಗ್ದಾನದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ನನಗೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಲಿ;
VAV. And let thy kindness come unto me, O Lord, thy salvation, according to thy promise.
42 ಆಗ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿಂದಿಸುವವನಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡುವೆನು, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸೆಯಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
Then shall I have a word to answer the one that reproacheth me; for I trust in thy word.
43 ಸತ್ಯವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆಯಬೇಡಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
And snatch not the word of truth out of my mouth too greatly; for I wait for thy ordinances.
44 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಮತ್ತು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಪಾಲಿಸುವೆನು.
So shall I observe thy law continually for ever and ever.
45 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಹುಡುಕುವುದರಿಂದ, ನಾನು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿಯೇ ಜೀವಿಸುವೆನು.
And I will walk in an open space; for thy precepts have I sought.
46 ಅರಸರ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತಾಡುವೆನು, ಅವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾನೆಂದೂ ನಾಚಿಕೆಪಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
And I will speak of thy testimonies before kings, and will not be ashamed.
47 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ, ನಾನು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಿಸುವೆನು.
And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I love.
48 ನಾನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಧ್ಯಾನ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
And so will I lift up my hands unto thy commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on thy statutes.
49 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನೀವು ನನಗೆ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
ZAYIN. Remember thy word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to wait.
50 ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವು ನನ್ನ ಜೀವದ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅವು ನನ್ನ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆದರಣೆಯಾಗಿವೆ.
This is my comfort in my affliction, that thy promise hath revived me.
51 ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸದೆ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ, ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮದಿಂದ ತೊಲಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
The presumptuous have held me too greatly in derision: yet have I not departed away from thy law.
52 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪುರಾತನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ನೆನಪು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು, ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆದರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
I remembered thy decrees [which were] from olden times, O Lord, and thus comforted myself.
53 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡುವ ದುಷ್ಟರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ, ರೋಷವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಆವರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
Horror seized on me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
54 ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳು ನನಗೆ ಗಾನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
Songs have thy statutes been unto me in the house of my pilgrimage.
55 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಮಸ್ಮರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
I remembered in the night thy name, O Lord, and observed thy law.
56 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ: ಇದೇ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ಶೈಲಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
This came to pass unto me, because I had kept thy precepts.
57 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವೇ ನನ್ನ ಪಾಲು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವೆನೆಂದು ನಾನು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
CHETH. My portion is the Lord, have I said, that I might observe thy words.
58 ಪೂರ್ಣಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಿರಿ.
I make entreaty before thee with all my heart: be gracious unto me according to thy promise.
59 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ನಡತೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
I have thought over my ways, and made my feet return unto thy testimonies.
60 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಲು ನಾನು ತಡಮಾಡದೆ ತ್ವರೆಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
I hastened, and delayed not to observe thy commandments.
61 ದುಷ್ಟರ ಪಾಶಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಮರೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.
Companies of wicked men have surrounded me; but I have not forgotten thy law.
62 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಮಧ್ಯರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳುವೆನು.
At midnights do I constantly rise to give thanks unto thee, because of thy righteous decrees.
63 ನಿಮಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವವರಿಗೂ ನಾನು ಮಿತ್ರನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
An associate am I unto all that fear thee, and unto those that keep thy precepts.
64 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಭೂಮಿಯು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿರಿ.
Of thy kindness, O Lord, is the earth full: teach me thy statutes.
65 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿರಿ.
TETH. Thou hast shown goodness on thy servant, O Lord, according to thy word.
66 ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವಿವೇಚನೆಯನ್ನೂ, ನನಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
The best of discernment and knowledge do thou teach me; for in thy commandments do I believe.
67 ನಾನು ಬಾಧೆಪಡುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆ ದಾರಿತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು, ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
Before I was afflicted I was in error; but now I observe thy saying.
68 ನೀವು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರೂ, ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿರಿ.
Thou art good, and doing good: teach me thy statutes.
69 ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಗಳು ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದರು, ನಾನಾದರೋ ಪೂರ್ಣಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.
The presumptuous have invented falsehoods against me; but I will with all my heart indeed keep thy precepts.
70 ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವು ಕಠಿಣವೂ ಮಂದವೂ ಆಗಿದೆ, ನಾನಾದರೋ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಪಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Gross as fat is their heart; but I take truly delight in thy law.
71 ನಾನು ಶ್ರಮೆಪಟ್ಟದ್ದು ನನಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಾಯಿತು ಅದರಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿತೆನು.
It is well for me that I have been afflicted, in order that I might learn thy statutes.
72 ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಬಂಗಾರ ನಾಣ್ಯಗಳಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯಿಯ ನಿಯಮವು ನನಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ.
Better is unto me the law of thy mouth than thousands of gold and silver.
73 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ ರೂಪಿಸಿದವು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನನಗೆ ಅರಿವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರಿ.
YOD. Thy hands have made me and established me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
74 ನಿಮಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಆನಂದಿಸಲಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
Those that fear thee will see me and be rejoiced; because I have waited for thy word.
75 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ನೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳವುಗಳು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತಿಕೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ.
I know, O Lord, that thy decrees are righteous, and that in faithfulness thou hast afflicted me.
76 ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ವಾಗ್ದಾನದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯು ನನಗೆ ಆದರಣೆಯಾಗಿರಲಿ.
Let, I pray thee, thy kindness come to comfort me, according to thy promise unto thy servant.
77 ನಾನು ಜೀವಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅನುಕಂಪವು ನನಗೆ ಬರಲಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವೇ ನನ್ನ ಆನಂದವಾಗಿದೆ.
Let thy mercies come unto me, that I may live; for thy law is my delight.
78 ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನನಗೆ ಕೇಡು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾಚಿಕೆಪಡಲಿ; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಧ್ಯಾನಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವೆನು.
Let the presumptuous be made ashamed; because they have without a cause dealt perversely with me; but I will indeed meditate on thy precepts.
79 ನಿಮಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವವರು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿ.
Let those that fear thee return unto me, and those that know thy testimonies.
80 ನಿಷ್ಕಳಂಕ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವೆನು, ಅದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಾಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗದಿರುವೆನು.
Let my heart be entire in thy statutes, in order that I may not be put to shame.
81 ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಬಯಕೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ಕುಗ್ಗಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಆದರೂ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
CAPH. My soul ardently desireth for thy salvation: for thy word do I wait.
82 ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಗ್ದಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಾ ಮಂದವಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ; “ನೀವು ಯಾವಾಗ ನನಗೆ ಆದರಣೆ ನೀಡುವಿರಿ?” ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವೆನು.
My eyes look eagerly for thy promise, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
83 ನಾನು ಹೊಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸದ ಚರ್ಮಚೀಲದಂತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಮರೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.
For I am become like a bottle in the smoke: [yet] do I not forget thy statutes.
84 ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನು ಕಾಯಬೇಕು? ನನ್ನ ಹಿಂಸಕರಿಗೆ ಯಾವಾಗ ನೀವು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವಿರಿ?
How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute justice on my persecutors?
85 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಗಳು ನನಗೆ ಬಲೆಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಕುಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಗೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
The presumptuous have dug pits for me, which is not in accordance with thy law.
86 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಭರವಸೆಗೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದವುಗಳೇ; ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಜನರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡಿರಿ.
All thy commandments are founded on truth: without cause they persecute me; help thou me.
87 ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಹುಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಯಿಂದ ಅಳಿಸಿಹಾಕಲು ನೋಡಿದರು, ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
But little was wanting that they had consumed me upon earth; but I have truly not forsaken thy precepts.
88 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಪರಿಪಾಲಿಸಿರಿ, ಆಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಡುವ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವೆನು.
According to thy kindness give me life, that I may observe the testimony of thy mouth.
89 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿದೆ; ಅದು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿದೆ.
LAMED. To eternity, O Lord, standeth firm thy word with the heavens.
90 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತಿಕೆಯು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಲೆಮಾರಿಗೂ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುವುದು; ನೀವು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ ಭೂಮಿಯು ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು.
Unto all generations endureth thy faithfulness: thou hast established the earth, and she standeth.
91 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ನಿಂತಿರುತ್ತವೆ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ.
According to thy ordinances they exist this day: for all are thy servants.
92 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವು ನನಗೆ ಆನಂದವಾಗಿರದಿದ್ದರೆ, ನನ್ನ ಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಾಶವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು.
Unless thy law had been my delights, I should long since have been lost in my affliction.
93 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಮರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಪರಿಪಾಲಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
Never will I forget thy precepts; for with them thou hast kept me alive.
94 ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮವನೇ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಹುಡುಕಿದ್ದೇನಲ್ಲಾ.
Thine am I, save me; for thy precepts have I sought.
95 ದುಷ್ಟರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ನಾನಾದರೋ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವೆನು.
Wicked men have waited for me to destroy me; [but] I will reflect on thy testimonies.
96 ಸರ್ವ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣತೆಗೂ ಒಂದು ಮಿತಿಯಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳು ಮಿತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.
Of all perfection have I seen the end; [but] thy commandment is exceedingly extended.
97 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ! ದಿನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅದನ್ನೇ ಧ್ಯಾನಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
MEM. Oh how do I love thy law! all the day is it my (meditation)
98 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿವೆ.
Wiser than my enemy doth thy commandment make me; for it is perpetually with me.
99 ನನ್ನ ಒಳನೋಟ ನನ್ನ ಬೋಧಕರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿದೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಧ್ಯಾನವಾಗಿವೆ.
Above all my teachers have I obtained intelligence; for thy testimonies are my (meditation)
100 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ವಿವೇಕಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
More than the elders do I possess understanding; because thy precepts do I keep.
101 ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು, ನಾನು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದೆಗೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
From every evil path have I withholden my feet, in order that I might observe thy word.
102 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಂದ ನಾನು ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನೀವೇ ನನಗೆ ಉಪದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
From thy ordinances have I not departed; for thou hast instructed me.
103 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾತುಗಳು ನನ್ನ ರುಚಿಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಸಿಹಿಯಾಗಿವೆ! ಅವು ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಜೇನುತುಪ್ಪಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಸಿಹಿಯಾಗಿವೆ!
How much sweeter are to my palate thy sayings than honey to my mouth!
104 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನೂ ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Through thy precepts shall I obtain understanding: therefore do I hate every path of falsehood.
105 ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನ್ನ ಪಾದಕ್ಕೆ ದೀಪವೂ ನನ್ನ ದಾರಿಗೆ ಬೆಳಕೂ ಆಗಿದೆ.
NUN. A lamp unto my feet is thy word, and a light unto my path.
106 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವೆನೆಂದು ನಾನು ಒಂದು ಶಪಥಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ದೃಢಪಡಿಸುವೆನು.
I have sworn, and I will perform it, to observe thy righteous ordinances.
107 ನಾನು ಬಹಳ ಕಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
I am afflicted exceedingly much: O Lord, revive me, according to thy word.
108 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಸಿದ್ಧಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿರಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿರಿ.
Receive in favor the freewill-offerings of my mouth, I beseech thee, O Lord, and teach me thy ordinances.
109 ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನ ಆಗಾಗ ಅಪಾಯದಲ್ಲಿದೆ, ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಮರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
My life is in my hand continually: yet thy law do I not forget.
110 ದುಷ್ಟರು ನನಗೆ ಬಲೆಯೊಡ್ಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಆದರೂ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.
The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet have I not erred from thy precepts.
111 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ನಿತ್ಯ ಸೊತ್ತಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯಕ್ಕೆ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಕರವಾಗಿದೆ.
I have taken thy testimonies as a heritage to eternity; for they are the joy of my heart.
112 ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡೆವರೆಗೂ ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಢಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
I have inclined my heart to perform thy statutes always, in all their ways.
113 ಎರಡು ಮನಸ್ಸುಳ್ಳವರನ್ನು ನಾನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಆದರೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
SAMECH. Those of divided thoughts I hate; but thy law do I love.
114 ನೀವೇ ನನ್ನ ಆಶ್ರಯವೂ, ಗುರಾಣಿಯೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
My shelter and my shield art thou: for thy word do I wait.
115 ನಿಯಮ ಮೀರುವವರೇ, ನನ್ನಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿರಿ, ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ದೇವರ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಲು ಬಿಡಿರಿ!
Depart from me, ye evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of God.
116 ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೆಲೆಗೊಳಿಸಿರಿ, ಆಗ ನಾನು ಬದುಕುವೆನು; ನನ್ನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮುರಿದುಹೋಗದಿರಲಿ.
Uphold me according to thy promise, that I may live, and let me not be made ashamed of my hope.
117 ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿಯಿರಿ, ಆಗ ನಾನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವೆನು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಗಮನಕೊಡುವೆನು.
Support me that I may be placed in safety, and I will direct my regard unto thy statutes continually.
118 ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದವರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀವು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತೀರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರ ಕುಯುಕ್ತಿಯು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗುವುದು.
Thou hast trodden down all that erringly stray from thy statutes; for falsehood is their deceit.
119 ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದುಷ್ಟರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಕಸದ ಹಾಗೆ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕುತ್ತೀರಿ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Like dross dost thou put away all the wicked of the earth: therefore do I love thy testimonies.
120 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಭಯದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಶರೀರವು ನಡುಗುತ್ತದೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
My flesh trembleth shudderingly from dread of thee, and of thy decrees am I afraid.
121 ನಾನು ನೀತಿನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನ ಹಿಂಸಕರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಬೇಡಿರಿ.
'AYIN. I have executed justice and righteousness: leave me not to those who oppress me.
122 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನ ಕ್ಷೇಮವನ್ನು ದೃಢಪಡಿಸಿರಿ; ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಾಧಿಸದಿರಲಿ.
Protect thy servant for good: let not the presumptuous oppress me.
123 ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಯ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವನ್ನೂ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಾ, ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಮಂದವಾದವು.
My eyes look eagerly for thy salvation, and for thy righteous promise.
124 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನೊಂದಿಗೆ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿರಿ.
Deal with thy servant according to thy kindness, and thy statutes do thou teach me.
125 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ನನಗೆ ವಿವೇಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಿರಿ.
I am thy servant: give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.
126 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಇದು ನೀವು ಕಾರ್ಯಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಮಯವಾಗಿದೆ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
It is time to act for the Lord: they have broken thy law.
127 ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂಗಾರಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಹೌದು, ಅಪರಂಜಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ,
Therefore do I love thy commandments more than gold, and more than fine gold.
128 ಅದರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಸರಿಯಾದವುಗಳೆಂದು ನಾನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮೋಸ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನೂ ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Therefore do I esteem all thy precepts in all things as right: every path of falsehood do I hate.
129 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳು ಅದ್ಭುತವಾದವುಗಳೇ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
PE. Wonderful are thy testimonies: therefore doth my soul keep them.
130 ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವಾಗ, ಅದು ಬೆಳಕನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವುದು; ಅದು ಮುಗ್ಧರಿಗೆ ಅರಿವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು.
The opening of thy words giveth light, it giveth understanding unto the simple.
131 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿರುವ ಬಯಕೆಯು, ನಾನು ಬಾಯಿತೆರೆದು ಹಂಬಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
I opened my mouth, and panted for breath; because for thy commandments did I long.
132 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವರಿಗೆ ನೀವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ, ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಿರಿ.
Turn thou unto me, and be gracious unto me, as is thy wont unto those that love thy name.
133 ನನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಿರಿ; ಯಾವ ಪಾಪವಾದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಳದಿರಲಿ.
My steps establish thou through thy promise, and suffer not any wrong to have dominion over me.
134 ಜನರ ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿರಿ, ಆಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವೆನು.
Deliver me from the oppression of man, and I will observe thy precepts.
135 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸಿರಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿರಿ.
Let thy face shine upon thy servant, and teach me thy statutes.
136 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದೇ ಇರುವಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದ ಕಣ್ಣೀರು ಧಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಹರಿಯುತ್ತಿವೆ.
Streams of water have run down my eyes; because they had not observed thy law.
137 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ನೀತಿವಂತರು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಸರಿಯಾದವುಗಳೇ.
TZADDE. Righteous art thou, O Lord, and upright are thy decrees.
138 ನೀವು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳು ನೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳವುಗಳು; ಪೂರ್ಣ ಭರವಸೆಗೆ ಅವು ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದವುಗಳು.
Thou hast commanded thy testimonies, as righteous and faithful exceedingly.
139 ನನ್ನ ವೈರಿಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ, ನನ್ನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ.
My zeal destroyeth me; because my assailants have forgotten thy words.
140 ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಗ್ದಾನಗಳು ಬಹು ಪರಿಶೋಧಿತವಾಗಿವೆ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
Thy promise is greatly refined, and thy servant loveth it.
141 ನಾನು ಅಲ್ಪನೂ, ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರ ಹೊಂದಿದವನು ಆಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಮರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
I am little and despised: yet thy precepts have I not forgotten.
142 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಯು ನಿತ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವು ಸತ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು.
Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
143 ಕಷ್ಟಸಂಕಟಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಿವೆ, ಆದರೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳು ನನಗೆ ಆನಂದದಾಯಕವಾಗಿವೆ.
Distress and trouble have overtaken me: [yet] are thy commandments my delights.
144 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನೀತಿಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿವೆ; ನಾನು ಬದುಕುವಂತೆ ನನಗೆ ವಿವೇಕವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಿರಿ.
Righteous are thy testimonies for everlasting: give me understanding, that I may live.
145 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಪೂರ್ಣಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಮೊರೆಯಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನಗೆ ಸದುತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿರಿ; ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವೆನು.
KOPH. I have called with all my heart: answer me, O Lord: thy statutes will I keep.
146 ನಿಮಗೇ ಮೊರೆಯಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವೆನು.
I have called on thee, save me, and I will observe thy testimonies.
147 ನಾನು ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ಎದ್ದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಮೊರೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
I come before thee in the dawn of morning, and cry: for thy word do I wait.
148 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಧ್ಯಾನ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ, ರಾತ್ರಿಜಾವದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ತೆರೆದಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
My eyes are awake before the night-watches, that I may meditate in thy saying.
149 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಮೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
Hear my voice according to thy kindness: O Lord, according to thy decree do thou grant me life.
150 ದುಷ್ಟತನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಸಂಚು ಮಾಡುವವರು ನನಗೆ ಸಮೀಪವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ದೂರವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
They that pursue mischievous devices draw nigh: from thy law are they far.
151 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ಸಮೀಪವಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿವೆ.
Near art thou, O Lord; and all thy commandments are the truth.
152 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳು ಸದಾಕಾಲಕ್ಕೂ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೀರೆಂದು ಬಹುಕಾಲದ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ನಾನು ಕಲಿತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
Of old already I knew of thy testimonies; because for eternity hast thou founded them.
153 ನನ್ನ ಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿರಿ; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಮರೆತಿಲ್ಲ.
RESH. Look on my affliction, and release me; for thy law have I not forgotten.
154 ನನ್ನ ಪರವಾಗಿ ವಾದಿಸಿ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಗ್ದಾನದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನ್ನ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
Plead my cause, and deliver me: according to thy promise do thou revive me.
155 ದುಷ್ಟರಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ದೂರವಾಗಿದೆ; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Far from the wicked is salvation; because thy statutes have they not sought for.
156 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅನುಕಂಪವು ಮಹತ್ತಾದವುಗಳು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನ್ನ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
Thy mercies are abundant, O Lord; according to thy decrees do thou revive me.
157 ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸುವ ನನ್ನ ವೈರಿಗಳು ಅನೇಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ನಾನಾದರೋ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
Many are my persecutors and my assailants: yet from thy testimonies do I not turn away.
158 ನಾನು ಅಪನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಅಸಹ್ಯಪಡುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಅವರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾಯಿಲ್ಲಾ.
I beheld the treacherous, and felt disgust; because they observed not thy saying.
159 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಎಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ನೋಡಿರಿ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
Behold that I love thy precepts: O Lord, according to thy kindness do thou revive me.
160 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾತುಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸತ್ಯವಾದವುಗಳೇ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿತ್ಯವಾದವುಗಳೇ.
The summit of thy word is truth: and the whole of thy righteous judgment endureth for ever.
161 ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ನಡುಗುತ್ತದೆ.
SHIN. Princes have persecuted me without a cause; but of thy word standeth my heart in dread.
162 ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿದವರಂತೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಗ್ದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
I am rejoiced over thy promise, as one that findeth great spoil.
163 ಸುಳ್ಳುತನವನ್ನು ನಾನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸಿ ಅಸಹ್ಯಪಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Falsehood I hate and abhor: but thy law do I love.
164 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ, ನಾನು ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Seven times in the day do I praise thee because of thy righteous decrees.
165 ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮ ಪ್ರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಅಪಾರ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಿರುತ್ತದೆ, ಅಂಥವರಿಗೆ ಆತಂಕವೇನೂ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Abundant peace have they who love thy law; and thee is nothing that causeth them to stumble.
166 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಕಾದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
I have hoped for thy salvation, O Lord, and thy commandments have I fulfilled.
167 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವದರಿಂದ, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
My soul hath observed thy testimonies, and I love them exceedingly.
168 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
I have observed thy precepts and thy testimonies; because all my ways are before thee.
169 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಮೊರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿ ಸೇರಲಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನಗೆ ಅರಿವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರಿ.
TAV. Let my entreaty come near before thee, O Lord: according to thy word grant me understanding.
170 ನನ್ನ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿ ಸೇರಲಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಗ್ದಾನದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿರಿ.
Let my supplication come before thee: according to thy promise do thou deliver me.
171 ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದಾಗ, ನನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವು ಪ್ರವಾಹಿಸಲಿ.
My lips shall utter praise; because thou wilt teach me thy statutes.
172 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ, ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿ ಹರಸಲಿ.
My tongue shall speak loudly of thy promise; for all thy commandments are righteous.
173 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈ ನನಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗಲಿ.
Let thy hand be [ready] to help me; for thy precepts have I chosen.
174 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಬಯಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮವೇ ನನಗೆ ಆನಂದವಾಗಿದೆ.
I have longed for thy salvation, O Lord; and thy law is my delights.
175 ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಲು ನಾನು ಬದುಕಿರಲಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಲಿ.
Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee: and let thy decrees help me.
176 ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋದ ಕುರಿಯಂತೆ ನಾನು ದಾರಿತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಂದು ಹುಡುಕಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಮರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
