ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 11

1 ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನಿಗಾಗಿರುವ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ, “ಒಂದು ಪಕ್ಷಿಯಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಪರ್ವತಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾರಿ ಹೋಗು,” ಎಂದು ನೀವು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಹೇಳುವಿರಿ?

To the Chief Musician. David’s. In Yahweh, have I sought refuge. How can ye say to my soul, Flee to a mountain like a little bird;

2 “ಇಗೋ, ದುಷ್ಟರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಿಲ್ಲು ಬಗ್ಗಿಸಿ; ಬಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೂಡಿ, ಯಥಾರ್ಥ ಹೃದಯವುಳ್ಳವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಗುಪ್ತವಾಗಿ ಎಸೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

For lo! the lawless, bend the bow They have fixed their arrow upon the string, To shoot in the darkness at the upright in heart:

3 ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರಗಳೇ ಕೆಡವುತ್ತಿರಲು, ನೀತಿವಂತನು ಏನು ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ?”

When the pillars are overthrown, What could, a righteous man, do?

4 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಲೋಕ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವರ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಮಾನವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೋಧಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.

Yahweh, is in his holy temple As for Yahweh, in the heavens, is his throne, His eyes, behold—His eyelashes test the sons of men.

5 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನೀತಿವಂತನನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನೂ ಹಿಂಸಾತ್ಮಕರನ್ನೂ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Yahweh, putteth, the righteous, to the test, —But the lawless one and the lover of violence, his soul doth hate.

6 ಅವರು ದುಷ್ಟರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನೂ ಗಂಧಕವನ್ನೂ ಉರಿಗಾಳಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸುರಿಸಲಿ; ಇವೇ ದುಷ್ಟರ ಪಾಲಾಗಿರಲಿ.

He will rain upon the lawless live-coals, Fire and brimstone and a burning wind, are the portion of their cup.

7 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರು. ಅವರು ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಯಥಾರ್ಥರು ಅವರ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವರು.

For righteous is Yahweh Righteousness, he loveth, the upright, shall behold his face.
