1 ದುಃಖಿತನಾಗಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ತನ್ನ ಚಿಂತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬಾಧಿತನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ಮೊರೆಯು ನಿಮಗೆ ಮುಟ್ಟಲಿ.
