ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 101

1 ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ನೀತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಹಾಡುವೆನು; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವೆನು.

David’s. A Melody. Of lovingkindness and of justice, will I sing! Unto thee, O Yahweh, will I touch the strings!

2 ದೋಷರಹಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲು ಜಾಗರೂಕನಾಗಿರುವೆನು; ನೀವು ಯಾವಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವಿರಿ? ನಾನು ನಿರ್ದೋಷ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.

I will behave myself wisely in a blameless way, When wilt thou come in unto me? I will walk to and fro in the blamelessness of my heart, —in the midst of my house:

3 ನಾನು ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವಿಶ್ವಾಸಿಗಳು ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುವೆನು; ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

I will not set before mine eyes, a vile thing, —The doing of them who fall away, I hate, It shall not cleave unto me;

4 ಮೂರ್ಖಜನರು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರುವರು; ದುಷ್ಟತನವನ್ನು ಅರಿಯದಿರುವೆನು.

A perverse heart, shall depart from me, A maker of mischief, will I not acknowledge;

5 ಮರೆಯಾಗಿ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಾಡಿ ಹೇಳುವವನನ್ನು ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರಿಸುವೆನು; ಗರ್ವದ ಕಣ್ಣೂ, ಅಹಂಕಾರದ ಹೃದಯವೂ ಉಳ್ಳವನನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಲಾರೆನು.

He that uttereth slander in secret against his friend, him, will I root out; One of lofty eyes, and of an ambitious heart, him shall I not be able to endure.

6 ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು; ಅವರೇ ನನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಬೇಕು; ನಿಷ್ಕಳಂಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುವವರೇ ನನ್ನ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು.

Mine eyes, shall be upon the faithful of the land, That they may dwell with me, —he that walketh in a blameless way, he, shall attend me.

7 ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡುವವನು ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ವಾಸಮಾಡನು; ಸುಳ್ಳಾಡುವವನು ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತುಕೊಳ್ಳನು.

There shall not dwell in the midst of my house, One who worketh deceit, —he that speaketh falsehoods, shall not be established before mine eyes;

8 ದುಷ್ಟತನ ಮಾಡುವವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಬಿಡುವೆನು; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಪಟ್ಟಣದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ದುಷ್ಟನನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕುವೆನು.

Morning by morning, will I uproot, All the lawless ones of the land, That I may cut off, out of the city of Yahweh—All the workers of iniquity.
