ನೆಹೆಮೀಯನು 3

1 ಆಗ ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಎಲ್ಯಾಷೀಬನೂ, ಅವನ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಕುರಿ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕದಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಶತ ಗೋಪುರದವರೆಗೆ ಗೋಡೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅದನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹನನೇಲ್ ಬುರುಜಿನವರೆಗೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿದರು.

Then Eliashib the high priest rose up with his brethren the priests, and they builded the sheep gate; they sanctified it, and set up the doors of it; even unto the tower of Hammeah they sanctified it, unto the tower of Hananel.

2 ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಆಚೆಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರು ಯೆರಿಕೋವಿನವರು, ನಂತರ ಇಮ್ರಿಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಜಕ್ಕೂರನು.

And next unto him builded the men of Jericho. And next to them builded Zaccur the son of Imri.

3 ಮೀನು ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಕಟ್ಟಿದವರು ಹಸ್ಸೆನಾಹನ ಮನೆಯವರು. ಇವರು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ತೊಲೆಗಳನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಗಿಲು, ತಿರುಗಣಿ ಅಗುಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿದರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು

And the fish gate did the sons of Hassenaah build; they laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof.

4 ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದವನು ಊರೀಯನ ಮಗನೂ, ಹಕ್ಕೋಚನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಮೆರೇಮೋತ್; ಆಮೇಲೆ ಬೆರೆಕ್ಯನ ಮಗನೂ, ಮೆಷೇಜಬೇಲನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಮೆಷುಲ್ಲಾಮ್; ಆಚೆಗೆ ಬಾಣನ ಮಗನಾದ ಚಾದೋಕ್,

And next unto them repaired Meremoth the son of Uriah, the son of Hakkoz. And next unto them repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabel. And next unto them repaired Zadok the son of Baana.

5 ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಕೋವದವರು ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ತೆಕೋವದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠರಾದವರೋ ತಮ್ಮ ಒಡೆಯರ ಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ಹೆಗಲನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

And next unto them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their lord.

6 ಹಳೆಯದು ಎಂಬ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಪಾಸೇಹನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೋಯಾದನೂ, ಬೆಸೋದ್ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಮೆಷುಲ್ಲಾಮನೂ, ಇವರು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ತೊಲೆಗಳನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಗಿಲು ತಿರುಗಣಿ ಅಗುಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿದರು.

And the old gate repaired Joiada the son of Paseah and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof.

7 ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಯೂಫ್ರೇಟೀಸ್ ನದಿಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲನ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಂದ ಗಿಬ್ಯೋನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಚ್ಪ ಊರುಗಳ, ಗಿಬ್ಯೋನಿನವನಾದ ಮೆಲೆಟ್ಯ, ಮೇರೊನೋತಿನವನಾದ ಯಾದೋನ್ ಇವರೂ, ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

And next unto them repaired Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Jadon the Meronothite, the men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, [which appertained] to the throne of the governor beyond the river.

8 ಇದರ ಆಚೆಗೆ ಹರ್ಹಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಅಕ್ಕಸಾಲಿಗರ ಉಜ್ಜೀಯೇಲ್, ಆಮೇಲೆ ಗಾಣಿಗನಾದ ಹನನ್ಯ, ಇವರು ಅಗಲವಾದ ಗೋಡೆಯವರೆಗೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಭದ್ರಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

Next unto him repaired Uzziel the son of Harhaiah, goldsmiths. And next unto him repaired Hananiah one of the apothecaries, and they fortified Jerusalem even unto the broad wall.

9 ಇದರ ಆಚೆಗೆ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಅರೆನಾಡೊಡೆಯನೂ, ಹೂರನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ರೆಫಾಯ.

And next unto them repaired Rephaiah the son of Hur, the ruler of half the district of Jerusalem.

10 ಇವನ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹರೂಮಫನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆದಾಯ, ಇವನು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಎದುರಿಗಿರುವ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಇವನ ಆಚೆಗೆ ಹಷಬ್ನೆಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಹಟ್ಟೂಷ್.

And next unto them repaired Jedaiah the son of Harumaph, even over against his house. And next unto him repaired Hattush the son of Hashabneiah.

11 ಗೋಡೆಯ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನೂ, ಒಲೆ ಬುರುಜನ್ನೂ ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಹಾರಿಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ಮಲ್ಕೀಯನೂ, ಪಹತ್ ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯನಾದ ಹಷ್ಷೂಬನೂ

Malchijah the son of Harim, and Hasshub the son of Pahath-moab, repaired another portion, and the tower of the furnaces.

12 ಇವನ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಅರೆನಾಡೊಡೆಯನೂ, ಹಲ್ಲೋಹೇಷನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಶಲ್ಲೂಮನೂ, ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರಿಯರೂ.

And next unto him repaired Shallum the son of Hallohesh, the ruler of half the district of Jerusalem, he and his daughters.

13 ತಗ್ಗಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಹಾನೂನನೂ, ಜಾನೋಹ ಊರಿನವರೂ. ಇವರು ಅದರ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕದ ತಿರುಗಣಿ ಅಗುಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ತಿಪ್ಪೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನವರೆಗೂ 450 ಮೀಟರ್ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದರು.

The valley gate repaired Hanun, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they built it, and set up the doors thereof, the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof, and a thousand cubits of the wall unto the dung gate.

14 ತಿಪ್ಪೆ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಬೇತ್ ಹಕ್ಕೆರೆಮಿನ ನಾಡೊಡೆಯನೂ, ರೇಕಾಬನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಮಲ್ಕೀಯನೂ, ಇವರು ಅದರ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕದ ತಿರುಗಣಿ ಅಗುಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿದರು.

And the dung gate repaired Malchijah the son of Rechab, the ruler of the district of Beth-haccherem; he built it, and set up the doors thereof, the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof.

15 ಬುಗ್ಗೆಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವನು ಮಿಚ್ಪದ ನಾಡೊಡೆಯನೂ, ಕೊಲ್ಹೋಜೆಯ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಶಲ್ಲೂನ್, ಇವನು ಅದರ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಳಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ, ಕದ ತಿರುಗಣಿ ಅಗುಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿ, ದಾವೀದನ ನಗರದಿಂದಿಳಿದು ಬರುವ ಸೋಪಾನಗಳ ಈಚೆ ಅರಸನ ತೋಟದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶಿಲೋವ ಕೊಳದ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದನು.

And the fountain gate repaired Shallum the son of Col-hozeh, the ruler of the district of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof, and the wall of the pool of Shelah by the king’s garden, even unto the stairs that go down from the city of David.

16 ಇವನ ಆಚೆ ಎಂದರೆ ದಾವೀದನ ಸಮಾಧಿಯ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೊಳ, ಸಿಪಾಯರ ಠಾಣ ಇವುಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವನು ಬೇತ್ ಚೂರಿನ ಅರೆನಾಡೊಡೆಯನೂ, ಅಜ್ಬೂಕನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ನೆಹೆಮೀಯನು.

After him repaired Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, the ruler of half the district of Beth-zur, unto the place over against the sepulchres of David, and unto the pool that was made, and unto the house of the mighty men.

17 ಇವನ ನಂತರ ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಲೇವಿಯರು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲು ಬಾನೀಯ ಮಗನಾದ ರೆಹೂಮ್, ಇವನ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ನಾಡಿನವರೊಡನೆ ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕೆಯೀಲದ ಅರೆನಾಡೊಡೆಯನಾದ ಹಷಬ್ಯ ಇವರು.

After him repaired the Levites, Rehum the son of Bani. Next unto him repaired Hashabiah, the ruler of half the district of Keilah, for his district.

18 ಇವರ ನಂತರ, ಇವರ ಬಂಧುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಯೀಲದ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಅರೆನಾಡೊಡೆಯನೂ, ಹೇನಾದಾದನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಬಿನ್ನೂಯ್.

After him repaired their brethren, Bavvai the son of Henadad, the ruler of half the district of Keilah.

19 ಇವನ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಮೂಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆಯುಧ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲು ಎದುರಿಗಿರುವ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಮಿಚ್ಪದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯೂ, ಯೇಷೂವನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಏಜೆರನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

And next to him repaired Ezer the son of Jeshua, the ruler of Mizpah, another portion, over against the going up to the armoury at the turning [of the wall].

20 ಇವನ ನಂತರ, ಗೋಡೆಯ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ಮೂಲೆಯಿಂದ ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಎಲ್ಯಾಷೀಬನ ಮನೆಯ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನವರೆಗೆ ಜಕ್ಕೈಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾರೂಕನು ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಭದ್ರಪಡಿಸಿದನು.

After him Baruch the son of Zabbai earnestly repaired another portion, from the turning [of the wall] unto the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest.

21 ಇವನ ನಂತರ, ಗೋಡೆಯ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಎಂದರೆ ಎಲ್ಯಾಷೀಬನ ಮನೆಯ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನಿಂದ ಅದೇ ಮನೆಯ ಕೊನೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕೋಚನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ, ಊರೀಯನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಮೆರೇಮೋತನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

After him repaired Meremoth the son of Uriah the son of Hakkoz another portion, from the door of the house of Eliashib even to the end of the house of Eliashib.

22 ಮುಂದಿನ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಯಾಜಕರು.

And after him repaired the priests, the men of the Plain.

23 ಇವರ ಆಚೆ, ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನ್ ಹಷ್ಷೂಬರು, ಇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿರುವ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಇವರ ತರುವಾಯ ಅನನ್ಯನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ, ಮಾಸೇಯನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಅಜರ್ಯ, ಇವನು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಹತ್ತಿರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

After them repaired Benjamin and Hasshub over against their house. After them repaired Azariah the son of Maaseiah the son of Ananiah beside his own house.

24 ಇವನ ಆಚೆ, ಅಜರ್ಯನ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಮೂಲೆಯವರೆಗಿರುವ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವನು ಹೇನಾದಾದನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಿನ್ನೂಯ್.

After him repaired Binnui the son of Henadad another portion, from the house of Azariah unto the turning [of the wall], and unto the corner.

25 ಸೆರೆಮನೆಯ ಅಂಗಳದ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಮೇಲಣ ಅರಮನೆಯ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಬರುವ ಮೂಲೆ ಬುರುಜಿನ ಎದುರಿನ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಊಜೈಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಪಾಲಾಲನೂ, ಇವನ ಆಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೋಷನ ಮಗನಾದ ಪೆದಾಯನೂ ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

Palal the son of Uzai [repaired] over against the turning [of the wall], and the tower that standeth out from the upper house of the king, which is by the court of the guard. After him Pedaiah the son of Parosh [repaired].

26 ಆ ಮೂಲೆ ಬುರುಜಿನ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರು ಬಾಗಿಲಿನ ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿಗಿರುವ ಓಫೇಲ್ ಗುಡ್ಡವು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಸೇವಕರ ನಿವಾಸ ಸ್ಥಾನವು.

(Now the Nethinim dwelt in Ophel, unto the place over against the water gate toward the east, and the tower that standeth out.)

27 ಆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮೂಲೆ ಬುರುಜಿನ ಎದುರಿನಿಂದ ಓಫೇಲ್ ಗೋಡೆಯವರೆಗಿರುವ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ತೆಕೋವದವರು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

After him the Tekoites repaired another portion, over against the great tower that standeth out, and unto the wall of Ophel.

28 ಯಾಜಕರು ಕುದುರೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನ ಆಚೆ ದಿನ್ನೆಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಗೋಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗಳ ಎದುರಿನ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

Above the horse gate repaired the priests, every one over against his own house.

29 ಇವರ ಆಚೆ, ಇಮ್ಮೇರನ ಮಗನಾದ ಚಾದೋಕನು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಎದುರಿಗಿರುವ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಇವನ ಆಚೆ, ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ದ್ವಾರಪಾಲಕನಾದ ಶೆಕನ್ಯನ ಮಗ ಶೆಮಾಯನು.

After them repaired Zadok the son of Immer over against his own house. And after him repaired Shemaiah the son of Shecaniah, the keeper of the east gate.

30 ಇವನ ಆಚೆ ಶೆಲೆಮ್ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಹನನ್ಯ, ಗೋಡೆಯ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವನು ಚಾಲಾಫನ ಆರನೆಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಹಾನೂನ್, ಇವನ ಆಚೆ, ಅಂದರೆ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕೊಠಡಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಬೆರೆಕ್ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಮೆಷುಲ್ಲಾಮ್.

After him repaired Hananiah the son of Shelemiah, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, another portion. After him repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah over against his chamber.

31 ಇನ್ನೂ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಕ್ಕಸಾಲಿಗರ ಮಲ್ಕೀಯ, ಇವನು ದಂಡು ಕೊಡುವ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನೆದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಸೇವಕರ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ತಕರ ಕೇರಿಯವರೆಗೂ ಮೂಲೆಯುಪ್ಪರಿಗೆಯವರೆಗೂ ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

After him repaired Malchijah one of the goldsmiths unto the house of the Nethinim, and of the merchants, over against the gate of Hammiphkad, and to the ascent of the corner.

32 ಈ ಮೂಲೆಯುಪ್ಪರಿಗೆಗೂ, ಕುರಿ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೂ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಅಕ್ಕಸಾಲಿಗರು, ವರ್ತಕರು ಇವರೇ.

And between the ascent of the corner and the sheep gate repaired the goldsmiths and the merchants.
