ಯಾಜಕಕಾಂಡ 16

1 ಆರೋನನ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಂಡು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಸತ್ತಾಗ ಮೋಶೆಯಂದಿಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

And Yahweh spake unto Moses, after the death of the two sons of Aaron, —when they had offered strange fire before Yahweh and died.

2 ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, “ನಿನ್ನ ಅಣ್ಣನಾದ ಆರೋನನು ಮಂಜೂಷದ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಕರುಣಾಸನದ ಮುಂದಿರುವ ತೆರೆಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಮಹಾಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾರದಿರಲಿ, ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಅವನು ಸಾಯುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಕರುಣಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೇಘದೊಳಗೆ ನಾನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾಗುವೆನು.

And Yahweh said unto Moses—Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he do not come at all times into the holy place, within the veil, —into the presence of the propitiatory, which is upon the ark, so shall he not die, for, in the cloud, will I appear upon the propitiatory.

3 “ಈ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದ ನಂತರವೇ ಆರೋನನು ಮಹಾಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಬೇಕು: ಪಾಪ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ದಹನಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಟಗರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರಬೇಕು.

Herewith, shall Aaron come into the holy place, —With a bullock the choice of the herd as a sin-bearer, and a ram as an ascending-sacrifice.

4 ಅವನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆಯ ಮೇಲಂಗಿಯನ್ನು ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ತನ್ನ ಶರೀರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆಯ ಒಳಉಡುಪನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ನಾರಿನ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು, ನಾರಿನ ಮುಂಡಾಸವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇವು ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದ ಉಡುಪುಗಳು. ಆದಕಾರಣ ಅವನು ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ನಾನಮಾಡಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

A holy tunic of linen, shall he put on and drawers of linen, shall be upon his flesh, and with a band of linen, shall he gird himself, and with a turban of linen, shall his head be wrapped about, —holy garments, they are, therefore shall he bathe in water his flesh, and so put them on.

5 ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸಭೆಯ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಪಾಪ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಎರಡು ಹೋತಗಳನ್ನು, ದಹನಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಟಗರನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

And, from the assembly of the sons of Israel, shall he receive two he-goats, for bearing sin, —and one ram, as an ascending-sacrifice.

6 “ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆರೋನನು ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪಾಪ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿ, ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

Then shall Aaron bring near the sin-bearing bullock which is for himself, —and put a propitiatory-covering about himself, and about his household.

7 ಅವನು ಎರಡು ಹೋತಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಿಲ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದು, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

Then shall he take the two goats, —and cause them to stand before Yahweh, at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

8 ಆರೋನನು ಆ ಎರಡು ಹೋತಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಚೀಟುಹಾಕಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ಚೀಟು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ, ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಚೀಟು ಬಲಿಪಶುವಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ.

And Aaron shall cast lots over the two goats, —one lot for Yahweh, and one lot for Azazel.

9 ಆರೋನನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಚೀಟು ಬಿದ್ದ ಹೋತವನ್ನು ತಂದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಪಾಪ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.

Then shall Aaron bring near the goat over which came up the lot for Yahweh, —and shall make of him a sin-bearer;

10 ಆದರೆ ಬಲಿಪಶುವಿಗಾಗಿ ಚೀಟು ಬಿದ್ದ ಆ ಹೋತವನ್ನು ತನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಜೀವವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಬಲಿಪಶುವಾಗಿ ಕಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬೇಕು.

but, the goat over which came up the lot for Azazel, shall he cause to stand alive—before Yahweh to put a propitiatory-covering over him, —to send him away unto Azazel, towards the desert.

11 “ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆರೋನನು ಪಾಪ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ತಂದು, ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಮತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆತನದವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಆ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ವಧಿಸಬೇಕು.

So Aaron shall bring near the sin-bearing bullock which is for himself, and shall put a propitiatory-covering about himself, and about his household, —and shall slay the sin-bearing bullock which is for himself;

12 ಅವನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಕಿಯ ಕೆಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಧೂಪ ಸುಡುವ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಿಸಿ, ತನ್ನ ಎರಡು ಕೈತುಂಬ ಪರಿಮಳ ಧೂಪದ್ರವ್ಯದ ಚೂರ್ಣವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು, ತೆರೆಯನ್ನು ದಾಟಿ ತರಬೇಕು.

and shall take the censer-full of burning coals of fire from off the altar from before Yahweh, and his hands full of fragrant incense, beaten small, —and bring within the veil;

13 ಅವನು ಸಾಯದ ಹಾಗೆ ಆ ಧೂಪದ ಹೊಗೆಯು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಕರುಣಾಸನವು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಆ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.

and shall put the incense upon the fire before Yahweh, —and the cloud of incense shall cover the propitiatory which is over the testimony, and he shall not die.

14 ಆ ಹೋರಿಯ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು, ಕರುಣಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೂರ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ತನ್ನ ಬೆರಳಿನಿಂದ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಬೇಕು, ಕರುಣಾಸನದ ಮುಂದೆ ಆ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಬೆರಳಿನಿಂದ ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಬೇಕು.

Then shall he take of the blood of the bullock, and shall sprinkle with his finger upon the face of the propitiatory, eastwards, —and before the propitiatory, shall he sprinkle seven times, of the blood, with his finger.

15 “ತರುವಾಯ ಅವನು ಜನರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪಾಪ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಹೋತವನ್ನು ವಧಿಸಿ, ಅದರ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯ ಒಳಗಡೆ ತಂದು, ಹೋರಿಯ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಕರುಣಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ, ಕರುಣಾಸನದ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಬೇಕು.

Then shall he slay the sin-bearing goat which is for the people, and bring in its blood, within the veil, —and do with its blood, as he did to the blood of the bullock, and shall sprinkle it, upon the propitiatory and before the propitiatory:

16 ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಅಶುದ್ಧತ್ವದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿಯೂ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವನು ಮಹಾಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅವರು ಅಶುದ್ಧತ್ವದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕೂ ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

so shall he put a propitiatory-covering, over the holy place because of the uncleanness of the sons of Israel, and because of their transgressions to the extent of all their sins, —and, so, shall he do for the tent of meeting which abideth with them, in the midst of their uncleanness.

17 ಅವನು ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಹಾಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿರುವಾಗ ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ, ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸಭೆಯವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರುವ ತನಕ ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೂ ಇರಬಾರದು.

And no human being, shall be in the tent of meeting, when he cometh in to make a covering by propitiation in the holy place, until he goeth out, —so shall he put a propitiatory-covering about himself and about his household and about all the convocation of Israel.

18 “ಅವನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು, ಅದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಹೋರಿಯ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನೂ, ಹೋತದ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಇರುವ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಬೇಕು.

Then shall he go out unto the altar which is before Yahweh and shall put a propitiatory-covering thereupon, —and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put upon the horns of the altar, round about;

19 ಅವನು ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಅಶುದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

and shall sprinkle upon it, of the blood with his finger seven times, —and shall cleanse it and hallow it, from the uncleannesses of the sons of Israel.

20 “ಹೀಗೆ ಮಹಾಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೂ, ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕೂ, ಬಲಿಪೀಠಕ್ಕೂ ಸಂಧಾನದ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಒಂದು ಜೀವವುಳ್ಳ ಹೋತವನ್ನು ತರಬೇಕು.

And, when he hath made an end of covering by propitiation the holy place, and the tent of meeting, and the altar, then shall he bring near the living goat.

21 ಆರೋನನು ಆ ಜೀವವುಳ್ಳ ಹೋತದ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತನ್ನ ಎರಡೂ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು, ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಅವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದ್ರೋಹಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೋತದ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರಿಸಿ, ನೇಮಕವಾದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಅಡವಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಡಬೇಕು.

And Aaron shall lean his two hands upon the head of the living goat, and confess over him, all the iniquities of the sons of Israel, and all their transgressions, to the extent of all their sins, —and shall put them upon the head of the goat, and then send him away, by the hand of a man appointed towards the desert:

22 ಆ ಹೋತ ಅವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ನಿರ್ಜನವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಹೋತವನ್ನು ಅಡವಿಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡುಹೋಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬೇಕು.

so shall the goat bear upon him all their iniquities into a lone land, —and he shall set the goat free, in the desert.

23 “ಆರೋನನು ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಬಂದು, ತಾನು ಮಹಾಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ನಾರಿನ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬಿಡಬೇಕು.

Then shall Aaron come into the tent of meeting, and put off the linen garments which he put on when he came into the holy place, —and shall leave them there;

24 ಅವನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನಮಾಡಿ, ತನ್ನ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದು ತನ್ನ ದಹನಬಲಿಯನ್ನೂ, ಜನರ ದಹನಬಲಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿ ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ, ಜನರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

and shall bathe his flesh in water in a holy place, and put on his [other] garments, —and go forth, and offer his own ascending-sacrifice, and the ascending-sacrifice of the people, so shall he put a propitiatory-covering about himself, and about the people;

25 ಪಾಪ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಬಲಿಯ ಕೊಬ್ಬನ್ನು ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಡಬೇಕು.

and, with the fat of the sin-bearer, shall he make a perfume at the altar.

26 “ಬಲಿಪಶುವಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೋತವನ್ನು ಹೋಗಲು ಬಿಟ್ಟವನು ತನ್ನ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನಮಾಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನು ಪಾಳೆಯದೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಬೇಕು.

And he that sent away the goat unto Azazel, shall wash—his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, —and, after that, shall he come into the camp.

27 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮಹಾಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದರ ರಕ್ತವು ತರಲಾಗಿತ್ತೋ, ಆ ಪಾಪ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಬಲಿಯ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರ ಬಲಿಯ ಹೋತವನ್ನು ಪಾಳೆಯದ ಆಚೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡುಹೋಗಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಚರ್ಮವನ್ನೂ, ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನೂ, ಸಗಣಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸುಡಬೇಕು.

And the, sin-bearing bullock, and the sin-bearing goat whose blood was brought in to make a propitiatory-covering in the holy place, shall be carried forth outside the camp, —and they shall burn up, in fire, their skins and their flesh, and their dung;

28 ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಡುವವನು ತನ್ನ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಪಾಳೆಯದೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಬೇಕು.

and he that hath burned them, shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, —and, after that, shall he come into the camp.

29 “ಇದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾದ ನಿಯಮ: ಸ್ವದೇಶೀಯರಾದ ನೀವೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮೊಡನೆ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪರಕೀಯರೂ, ಏಳನೆಯ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಹತ್ತನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕುಂದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

And it shall become unto you, a statute age-abiding, —In the seventh month on the tenth of the month, Shall ye humble you souls And, no work, shall ye do, The home-born, Or the sojourner that sojourneth in your midst;

30 ನೀವು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳಿಂದ ಶುದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ, ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾಜಕನು ನಿಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವನು.

For on this day, shall a propitiatory-covering, be put over you, to cleanse you, —From all your sins before Yahweh, shall ye be clean.

31 ಇದೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಬ್ಬತ್ ದಿನವಾಗಿರುವುದು. ನಿಮಗೆ ನಿತ್ಯವಾದ ನಿಯಮವಿರುವಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.

A sabbath of sacred rest, it is unto you, Therefore shall ye humble your souls, A statute age-abiding.

32 ಯಾವನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೋ, ಆ ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನು ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅವನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಉಡುಪುಗಳಾದ ನಾರು ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

Therefore shall the priest who shall be anointed, and installed, to minister as priest in the stead of his father make propitiation, —So then he shall put on the linen garments the holy garments;

33 ಹೀಗೆ ಅವನು ಮಹಾಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ, ಬಲಿಪೀಠಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಯಾಜಕರಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ, ಸಭೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

And make propitiation for the holy sanctuary, And for the tent of meeting, and for the altar, shall he make propitiation, —Over the priests also and over all the people of the convocation, shall he put a covering by propitiation.

34 “ಹೀಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಂದಾವರ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡುವುದು, ನಿಮಗೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾದ ನಿಯಮವಾಗಿರುವುದು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಮೋಶೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

So shall this become unto you an age-abiding statute, —to put a propitiatory-covering over the sons of Israel because of all their sins, Once in the year. And he did, As Yahweh commanded Moses.
