ಯೋಬನು 32
1 ಯೋಬನು ತಾನು ನೀತಿವಂತನೆಂದು ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದನು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆ ಮೂರು ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ಯೋಬನಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
So these three men stopped answering Job because he was righteous in his own eyes.
2 ಆಗ ರಾಮ ಗೋತ್ರದ ಬೂಜ್ಯನಾದ ಬರಕೇಲನ ಮಗ ಎಲೀಹು, ಯೋಬನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಹು ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡನು. ಯೋಬನು ದೇವರಿಗಿಂತ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯವಂತನೆಂದು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಎಲೀಹು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡನು.
Then was kindled the anger of Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite, of the family of Ram; it was kindled against Job because he justified himself rather than God.
3 ಯೋಬನ ಮೂವರು ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಎಲೀಹು ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡನು. ಅವರು ಉತ್ತರ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ, ಯೋಬನನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಎಲೀಹುವಿನ ಕೋಪ ಉರಿಯಿತು.
Elihu's anger was also kindled against his three friends because they had found no answer to Job, and yet they had condemned Job.
4 ಎಲೀಹು, ಯೋಬನ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಮುಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೂ ಕಾದಿದ್ದನು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವನಿಗಿಂತ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಹಿರಿಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
Now Elihu had waited to speak to Job because the other men were older than he.
5 ಆ ಮೂವರ ಮಾತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೂ ಉತ್ತರವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಎಲೀಹು ನೋಡಿದಾಗ, ಅವನ ಕೋಪ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಉರಿಯಿತು.
However, when Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouths of these three men, his anger was kindled.
6 ಆಗ ಬೂಜ್ಯನಾದ ಬರಕೇಲನ ಮಗ ಎಲೀಹು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ: “ನಾನು ಪ್ರಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವಕನು, ನೀವು ಪ್ರಾಯಸ್ಥರು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಸಂಕೋಚಗೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟೆನು.
Then Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite spoke up and said, “I am young, and you are very old. That is why I held back and did not dare to tell you my own opinion.
7 ‘ದಿನ ಗತಿಸಿದವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಲಿ, ಬಹಳ ವರ್ಷದವರು ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಲಿ,’ ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡೆನು.
I said, “Length of days should speak; a multitude of years should teach wisdom.
8 ಆದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಆತ್ಮ ಉಂಟು; ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತರ ಶ್ವಾಸವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ.
But there is a spirit in a man; the breath of the Almighty gives him understanding.
9 ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೇ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರಲ್ಲ; ಮುದುಕರೇ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲವರಲ್ಲ.
It is not only the great people who are wise, nor the aged people alone who understand justice.
10 “ಆದಕಾರಣ, ನಾನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ: ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ, ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನಾನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Therefore I say to you, 'Listen to me; I will also tell you my knowledge.'
11 ನೀವು ಮಾತಾಡಿ ಮುಗಿಸುವ ತನಕ ನಾನು ಕಾದಿದ್ದೆ. ನೀವು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಏನು ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪದಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು.
See, I waited for your words; I listened to your arguments while you were thinking about what to say.
12 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯವಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೆನು. ಆದರೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಬನ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು ರುಜುಪಡಿಸುವವರೂ, ಯೋಬನ ವಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡುವವರೂ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
Indeed, I paid attention to you, but, see, there was not one of you who could convince Job or who could respond to his words.
13 ‘ನಾವು ಯೋಬನಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ದೇವರೇ ಅವನನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿಬಿಡಲಿ, ಇದು ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಂದಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ,’ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿರಿ.
Be careful not to say, 'We have found wisdom!' God will have to defeat Job; mere man cannot do it.
14 ಯೋಬನು ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾದಗಳಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
For Job has not directed his words against me, so I will not answer him with your words.
15 “ಯೋಬನೇ, ಇವರು ವಿಸ್ಮಯಗೊಂಡು ಇನ್ನು ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡದವರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಇವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಪದಗಳೇ ಸಿಕ್ಕುತ್ತಾಯಿಲ್ಲ.
These three men are dumbfounded; they can answer Job no longer; they have not a word more to say.
16 ಇವರು ಇನ್ನು ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡದೆ ಮೌನವಾಗಿ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನೂ ಕಾದುಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕೋ?
Should I wait because they are not speaking, because they stand there silent and answer no more?
17 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಪಾಲಿನ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವೆನು, ನಾನೇ ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವೆನು.
No, I also will answer on my part; I will also tell them my knowledge.
18 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅನೇಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಂದ ನಾನು ತುಂಬಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನೊಳಗಿನ ಆತ್ಮವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
For I am full of words; the spirit in me compels me.
19 ನನ್ನ ಅಂತರಾತ್ಮವು ತೆರೆಯದ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸದ ಹಾಗೆ ಇದೆ; ಒಡೆದು ಹೋಗುವ ಹೊಸ ಬುದ್ದಲಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಇದೆ.
See, my breast is like fermenting wine that has no vent; like new wineskins, it is ready to burst.
20 ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಿಂದಿರಲು ನಾನು ಮಾತಾಡಲೇಬೇಕು; ನನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡುವೆನು.
I will speak so that I may be refreshed; I will open my lips and answer.
21 ನಾನು ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಮುಖದಾಕ್ಷಿಣ್ಯ ನೋಡೆನು; ನಾನು ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳೆನು.
I will not show favoritism; neither will I give honorific titles to any man.
22 ಹೊಗಳುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಪ್ರವೀಣನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ನನ್ನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತ ಆಗಿರುವವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೇಗ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲಿ.
For I do not know how to give such titles; if I did so, my Maker would soon take me away.
