ಯೋಬನು 26
1 ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಬನು ಹೀಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟನು:
And Job answereth and saith: —
2 “ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದವನಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದೆ? ತ್ರಾಣವಿಲ್ಲದ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದೆ?
What — thou hast helped the powerless, Saved an arm not strong!
3 ಜ್ಞಾನವಿಲ್ಲದವನಿಗೆ ಏನು ಬುದ್ಧಿವಾದ ಹೇಳಿರುವೆ? ನೀನು ಯಾವ ವಿವೇಕದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದೆ.
What — thou hast given counsel to the unwise, And wise plans in abundance made known.
4 ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಲು ನಿನಗೆ ಯಾರು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು? ಯಾರ ಆತ್ಮವು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಮಾತಾಡಿದ್ದು?
With whom hast thou declared words? And whose breath came forth from thee?
5 “ಸಾಗರದ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಸತ್ತವರ ಆತ್ಮಗಳು ಆಳವಾದ ಯಾತನೆಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ.
The Rephaim are formed, Beneath the waters, also their inhabitants.
Naked [is] Sheol over-against Him, And there is no covering to destruction. (Sheol h7585)
7 ದೇವರು ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಶೂನ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ದೇವರು ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲದರ ಮೇಲೆ ತೂಗು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Stretching out the north over desolation, Hanging the earth upon nothing,
8 ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಘಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿ ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಆದರೂ ಮೋಡವು ಅದರ ಭಾರದಿಂದ ಒಡೆದುಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Binding up the waters in His thick clouds, And the cloud is not rent under them.
9 ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ಣಚಂದ್ರ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದರ ಮುಂದೆ ಮೋಡವನ್ನು ಕವಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Taking hold of the face of the throne, Spreading over it His cloud.
10 ಬೆಳಕು ಮತ್ತು ಕತ್ತಲುಗಳ ಸಂಧಿಸುವ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ವೃತ್ತ ಮೇರೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
A limit He hath placed on the waters, Unto the boundary of light with darkness.
11 ಆಕಾಶಮಂಡಲದ ಸ್ತಂಭಗಳು ಕಂಪಿಸುತ್ತವೆ; ದೇವರ ಗದರಿಕೆಗೆ ಅವು ಬೆರಗಾಗಿ ಕದಲುತ್ತವೆ.
Pillars of the heavens do tremble, And they wonder because of His rebuke.
12 ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ಕಲಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜ್ಞಾನದಿಂದ ಘಟಸರ್ಪನಾದ ರಹಾಬನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದುಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ.
By His power He hath quieted the sea, And by His understanding smitten the proud.
13 ದೇವರ ಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಆಕಾಶಮಂಡಲವು ಶುಭ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ; ದೇವರು ಹಸ್ತವು ಹರಿದೋಡುವ ಸರ್ಪವನ್ನು ಇರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ.
By His Spirit the heavens He beautified, Formed hath His hand the fleeing serpent.
14 ಇಗೋ, ಇವು ದೇವರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಮಾತ್ರ; ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಪಿಸುಧ್ವನಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಹಾಗಾದರೆ, ದೇವರ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮದ ಗುಡುಗನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು?”
Lo, these [are] the borders of His way, And how little a matter is heard of Him, And the thunder of His might Who doth understand?
