ಯೆರೆಮೀಯನು 33
1 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಯೆರೆಮೀಯನಿಗೆ ಅವನು ಇನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಮನೆಯ ಅಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆರೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಸಾರಿ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು.
Moreover the word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah the second time, while he was yet shut up in the court of the guard, saying,
2 “ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಮಾಡುವ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಯೆಹೋವನೆಂಬ ಹೆಸರುಳ್ಳವನೂ ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ,
"Thus says Jehovah who made the earth, and who formed it to establish it; Jehovah is his name:
3 ‘ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರೆ, ಆಗ ನಿನಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡುವೆನು. ನಿನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶೋಧನೆಗೆ ಮೀರಿದ ಮಹಾಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡುವೆನು.’
'Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and hidden things, which you do not know.'
4 ದಿಬ್ಬಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಖಡ್ಗದಿಂದಲೂ ಕೆಡವಿರುವ ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಮನೆಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿವೂ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸರ ಅರಮನೆಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
For thus says Jehovah, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, which are broken down to make a defense against the mounds and against the sword;
5 ಅವರು ಕಸ್ದೀಯರ ಸಂಗಡ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ‘ನನ್ನ ಉರಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಹೆಣಗಳಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಸಮಸ್ತ ದುಷ್ಟತನದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
while men come to fight with the Chaldeans, and to fill them with the dead bodies of men, whom I have killed in my anger and in my wrath, and for all whose wickedness I have hidden my face from this city:
6 “‘ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ಷೇಮವನ್ನೂ, ಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಗುಣಪಡಿಸಿ ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಮಾಡುವೆನು.
'Look, I will bring it health and healing, and I will heal them; and I will reveal to them abundance of peace and truth.
7 ಯೆಹೂದದ ಸೆರೆಯನ್ನೂ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸೆರೆಯನ್ನೂ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಮುಂಚಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುವೆನು.
I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to return, and will build them, as at the first.
8 ಅವರು ಯಾವುದರಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದರೋ, ಆ ಅಕ್ರಮದಿಂದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಅವರು ಯಾವವುಗಳಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ರೋಹಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೋ, ಆ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮನ್ನಿಸುವೆನು.
I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, by which they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, by which they have sinned against me, and by which they have transgressed against me.
9 ನಾನು ಈ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯಗಳ ಸುದ್ದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಕಲ ಭೂರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಕೇಳುವರು. ಈ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ನೀಡುವ ಸುಖ ಸಮಾಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ನೋಡುವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆದರಿ ನಡುಗುವರು. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ನನಗೆ ಅದು ಕೀರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು, ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಆನಂದವನ್ನು ತರುವುದು.’
This city shall be to me for a name of joy, for a praise and for a glory, before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do to them, and shall fear and tremble for all the good and for all the peace that I procure to it.'
10 “ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ: ‘“ಮನುಷ್ಯರೂ ಪಶುಗಳೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹಾಳಾಯಿತು,” ಎಂದು ನೀವು ಹೇಳುವ ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೂ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೂ ಪಶುಗಳೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾಶವಾದ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ
"Thus says Jehovah: 'Yet again there shall be heard in this place, about which you say, "It is waste, without man and without animal," even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without animal,
11 ಹರ್ಷಧ್ವನಿ, ಉಲ್ಲಾಸ, ಕೋಲಾಹಲ, ವಧೂವರರ ಸ್ವರ ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವವರ ಸ್ವರ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುವವು, “‘“ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರಮಾಡಿರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರು. ಆತನ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.” ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಈ ದೇಶದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಮೊದಲಿನಂತೆ ಪುನಃಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವೆನು,’ ಎಂದು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who say, "Give thanks to Jehovah of hosts, for Jehovah is good, for his loving kindness endures forever; who bring thanksgiving into the house of Jehovah." For I will cause the captivity of the land to return as at the first,' says Jehovah.
12 “ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ: ‘ಮನುಷ್ಯರೂ ಪಶುಗಳೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹಾಳಾದ ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಅದರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಅದರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕುರುಬರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಿಂಡುಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಮತ್ತೆ ಹುಲ್ಲುಗಾವಲುಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆ.
Thus says Jehovah of hosts: 'Yet again shall there be in this place, which is waste, without man and without animal, and in all its cities, a habitation of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.
13 ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತಗ್ಗಿನ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಯೆಹೂದದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಕುರಿಮಂದೆಗಳು ಎಣಿಸುವವನ ಕೈಕೆಳಗೆ ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವುದು,’ ಎಂದು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the lowland, and in the cities of the Negev, and in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, shall the flocks again pass under the hands of him who numbers them,' says Jehovah.
14 “‘ಇಗೋ, ದಿನಗಳು ಬರಲಿವೆ,’ ಎಂದು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ‘ಆಗ ನಾನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಮನೆಯವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೇಳಿದ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವೆನು.
'Look, the days come,' says Jehovah, 'that I will perform that good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel and concerning the house of Judah.
15 “‘ಆ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಾನು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ನೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಕೊಂಬೆಯನ್ನು ಚಿಗುರ ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಆತನು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನೂ, ನೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ನಡೆಸುವನು.
In those days, and at that time, will I cause a Branch of righteousness to grow up to David; and he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.
16 ಆಗ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತರಾಗಿರುವರು. ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನವರು ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಿಂದ ವಾಸಿಸುವರು. ಯೆಹೋವ ಚಿದ್ಕೇನು ಅಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಸದ್ಧರ್ಮ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು ಈ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲುವುದು.’
In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely; and this is the name by which she shall be called: "Jehovah our righteousness."
17 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಾದ ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ: ‘ದಾವೀದನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲು ವಿಫಲನಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
For thus says Jehovah: "David shall never want a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel;
18 ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ಸಂತಾನದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಗಂಡಸು ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಇರನು. ಅಂತೆಯೇ ನನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ದಹನಬಲಿಯನ್ನು, ನೈವೇದ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹಾಗು ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸತಕ್ಕ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಲೇವಿಯರಾದ ಯಾಜಕರು ಇದ್ದೇ ಇರುವನು.’”
neither shall the priests the Levites want a man before me to offer burnt offerings, and to burn meal offerings, and to do sacrifice continually."'"
19 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಯೆರೆಮೀಯನಿಗೆ ಈ ಮಾತನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿದರು:
The word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah, saying,
20 “ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಾದ ನನ್ನ ನುಡಿ ಇದು: ‘ಹಗಲಿರುಳೆಂಬ ನನ್ನ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಹಗಲನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಇರುಳನ್ನು ಅದರದರ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾಗದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದಾದೀತೇ?
"Thus says Jehovah: 'If you can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, so that there shall not be day and night in their season;
21 ಆಗುವುದಾದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ನನ್ನ ದಾಸ ದಾವೀದನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಪರಿಚಾರಕರಾದ ಲೇವಿ ಕುಲದ ಯಾಜಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ನಿಂತುಹೋಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ದಾವೀದನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವನ್ನು ಏರಿ ಆಳತಕ್ಕ ಅವನ ಸಂತಾನದವನು ಒಬ್ಬನೂ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗುವನು.
then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he shall not have a son to reign on his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.
22 ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ದಾಸ ದಾವೀದನ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಪರಿಚಾರಕರಾದ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಅಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಣದಷ್ಟು ಮತ್ತು ಎಣಿಸಲಾಗದ ಸಮುದ್ರತೀರದ ಮರಳಿನಷ್ಟು ಅಧಿಕಗೊಳಿಸುವೆನು.’”
As the host of heaven can't be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured; so will I multiply the offspring of David my servant, and the Levites who minister to me.'"
23 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಯೆರೆಮೀಯನಿಗೆ ಈ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು:
The word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah, saying,
24 “‘ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಾದ ನಾನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಎರಡು ವಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಎಂದು ಜನರು ಆಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.’ ಈ ಮಾತನ್ನು ನೀನು ಗಮನಿಸಿರಬೇಕು. ನನ್ನ ಜನರು ಒಂದು ಜನಾಂಗವೇ ಅಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಅವರು ಅಸಡ್ಡೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರಲ್ಲವೇ?
"Do not consider what this people has spoken, saying, 'The two families which Jehovah chose, he has cast them off?' Thus do they despise my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.
25 ಯೆಹೋವನಾದ ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವುದನ್ನು ಕೇಳು: ‘ಹಗಲಿರುಳೆಂಬ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾದ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಮಾಡದೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಭೂಮ್ಯಾಕಾಶಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ನಾನು ವಿಧಿಸದೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರೆ,
Thus says Jehovah: 'If my covenant of day and night fails, if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;
26 ಆಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಾನು ಯಾಕೋಬನ ಸಂತಾನದವರನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮ, ಇಸಾಕ, ಯಾಕೋಬ ಇವರ ಸಂತತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಳತಕ್ಕ ಒಡೆಯನನ್ನು ದಾಸ ದಾವೀದನ ವಂಶದಿಂದ ಆರಿಸದೆ, ಆ ವಂಶವನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಗುಲಾಮಗಿರಿಯಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕರುಣೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿಯೇ ತೋರಿಸುವೆನು.’”
then will I also cast away the descendants of Jacob, and of David my servant, so that I will not take of his descendants to be rulers over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and will have mercy on them.'"
