ಯೆಶಾಯನು 34
1 ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳೇ, ಕೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ, ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ. ಭೂಮಿಯೂ, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ; ಲೋಕವೂ, ಅದರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹುಟ್ಟುವಳಿಯೂ ಕೇಳಲಿ.
Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye peoples: let the earth hear, and all its fulness; the world, and all that cometh forth of it.
2 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಕೋಪವು ಸಕಲ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಮೇಲೂ, ಅವುಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೂ ರೋಷಗೊಂಡು, ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೊಲೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಮಾಡಿ, ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾಶಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
For the wrath of Jehovah is against all the nations, and [his] fury against all their armies: he hath devoted them to destruction, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.
3 ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಹತರಾದವರು, ಬೀದಿಪಾಲಾಗುವರು. ಅವರ ಹೆಣಗಳ ದುರ್ವಾಸನೆಯು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಏರುವುದು. ಅವರ ರಕ್ತ ಪ್ರವಾಹದಿಂದ ಪರ್ವತಗಳು ತೋಯಿಸುವುದು.
And their slain shall be cast out, and their stink shall come up from their carcases, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood.
4 ಆಕಾಶದ ಸೈನ್ಯವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಗತಿಸಿ ಹೋಗುವುದು. ಆಕಾಶಮಂಡಲವು ಸುರುಳಿಯಂತೆ ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ ಎಲೆ ಒಣಗಿ, ಗಿಡದಿಂದ ಬೀಳುವಂತೆಯೂ, ಅಂಜೂರ ಮರದಿಂದ ಸುಕ್ಕುಗಟ್ಟಿದ ಅಂಜೂರ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಉದುರುವಂತೆ ತಾರಾಮಂಡಲವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಡಿ ಬೀಳುವದು.
And all the host of the heavens shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll; and all their host shall fade away, as a leaf fadeth from off the vine, and as the withered [fruit] from the fig-tree.
5 ನನ್ನ ಖಡ್ಗವು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ರೋಷಪಾನ ಮಾಡುವುದು. ಇಗೋ, ಅದು ಎದೋಮಿನ ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ಶಪಿಸಿದ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ, ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಇಳಿದು ಬರುವುದು.
For my sword is bathed in the heavens; behold, it shall come down upon Edom, and upon the people of my ban, to judgment.
6 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಖಡ್ಗವು ರಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಅದು ಕುರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೋತಗಳ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದಲೂ, ಟಗರುಗಳ ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡದ ಕೊಬ್ಬಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಮುಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಬೊಚ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಿಯು, ಎದೋಮಿನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೊಲೆಯು ಉಂಟು.
The sword of Jehovah is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams; for Jehovah hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.
7 ಕಾಡುಕೋಣಗಳೂ ಹೋರಿಗೂಳಿಗಳೂ ಈ ಯಜ್ಞಪಶುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೀಳುವುವು; ನಾಡು ರಕ್ತದಿಂದ ತೊಯ್ದಿರುವುದು; ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಧೂಳು ಕೊಬ್ಬಿನಿಂದ ಜಿಡ್ಡಾಗಿರುವುದು.
And the buffaloes shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.
8 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅದು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಮುಯ್ಯಿ ತೀರಿಸುವ ದಿನವಾಗಿದೆ, ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಂಡನೆ ವಿಧಿಸತಕ್ಕ ವರುಷವು ಒದಗಿದೆ.
For it is the day of Jehovah's vengeance, the year of recompenses for the controversy of Zion.
9 ಎದೋಮಿನ ಪ್ರವಾಹಗಳು ಇಳಿಜಾರಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಡುವುವು. ಅದರ ಧೂಳು ಗಂಧಕವಾಗುವುದು, ದೇಶವು ಉರಿಯುವ ಡಾಂಬರಿನಂತೆ ಇರುವುದು.
And the torrents thereof shall be turned into pitch, and its dust into brimstone; yea, the land thereof shall become burning pitch:
10 ಅದು ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಹಗಲಿನಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಆರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದರ ಹೊಗೆಯು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಏಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದು. ಅದು ತಲತಲಾಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ಹಾಳಾಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವುದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಯಾರೂ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗರು.
it shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.
11 ಆದರೆ ಬಕಪಕ್ಷಿಯು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಳ್ಳುಹಂದಿಯು ಅದನ್ನು ಆವರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುವು. ಗೂಬೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಗೆಗಳು ಸಹ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವುವು. ಗಲಿಬಿಲಿ ಎಂಬ ನೂಲನ್ನು, ಶೂನ್ಯವೆಂಬ ಗಟ್ಟಿ ತೂಕವನ್ನು ಆತನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಳೆಯುವನು.
And the pelican and the bittern shall possess it, and the great owl and the raven shall dwell in it. And he shall stretch out upon it the line of waste, and the plummets of emptiness.
12 ಅವರ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖರನ್ನು ಕರೆಯುವರು. ಆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವಳ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗುವರು.
Of her nobles who should proclaim the kingdom, none are there; and all her princes shall be nought.
13 ಅವಳ ಅರಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳ್ಳುಗಳು ಬೆಳೆಯುವುವು, ಅದರ ಕೋಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳ್ಳುಪೊದೆಗಳು ಇರುವುವು. ಅದು ನರಿಗಳ ನಿವಾಸವೂ, ಗೂಬೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನವೂ ಆಗುವುದು.
And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in her fortresses; and it shall be a dwelling-place of wild dogs, a court for ostriches.
14 ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯ ಕಾಡುಮೃಗಗಳು ತೋಳಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಧಿಸುವುವು, ಕಾಡುಮೇಕೆಗಳು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ರಾತ್ರಿ ಮೃಗಗಳು ಸಹ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗುತ್ತವೆ. ತಮಗಾಗಿ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ.
And there shall the beasts of the desert meet with the jackals, and the wild goat shall cry to his fellow; the lilith also shall settle there, and find for herself a place of rest.
15 ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಗೂಬೆಯು ಗೂಡನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು, ಮೊಟ್ಟೆ ಇಟ್ಟು, ಮರಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳ ನೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಹ ಹದ್ದುಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದೂ ಜೊತೆಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
There shall the arrow-snake make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow; there also shall the vultures be gathered one with another.
16 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಗ್ರಂಥದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಹುಡುಕಿ ಓದಿರಿ, ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದರೂ ತಪ್ಪದು. ಜೊತೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಒಂದೂ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಯೇ ಅದನ್ನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿತು. ಅವರ ಆತ್ಮವೇ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಿತು.
Search ye in the book of Jehovah and read: not one of these shall fail, one shall not have to seek for the other; for my mouth, it hath commanded, and his Spirit, it hath gathered them.
17 ಅವರೇ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಚೀಟು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಕೈಯೇ ಅದನ್ನು ಗೆರೆ ಎಳೆದು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಅವು ಅದನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ವಶಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುವು. ಅವು ತಲತಲಾಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವುವು.
For he himself hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath divided it unto them with the line: they shall possess it for ever; from generation to generation shall they dwell therein.
