ಹೋಶೇಯನು 5
1 “ಯಾಜಕರೇ, ಇದನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿರಿ; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮನೆತನದವರೇ ಕೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಅರಸನ ಮನೆಯವರೇ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ. ನೀವು ಮಿಚ್ಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಉರುಲಾಗಿಯೂ, ತಾಬೋರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಡ್ಡಿದ ಬಲೆಯಾಗಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ ನಿಮಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಈ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪು ಬಂದಿದೆ.
Hear this, O ye priests, and attend, ye house of Israel, and give ear, O house of the king, for unto you pertaineth the judgment; for ye have been a snare on Mizpah, and a net spread upon Tabor.
2 ನನಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಬಿದ್ದವರು ಅಗಾಧವಾದ ಕೊಲೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಗ್ನರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ. ಆದರೂ ನಾನು ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
And they that fall away are gone deep in making slaughter; and I am rejected of them all.
3 ನಾನು ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲು ನನಗೆ ಮರೆಯಾದದ್ದಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮೇ, ನೀನು ಈಗಲೇ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಲು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲು ಸಹ ಅಪವಿತ್ರವಾಯಿತು.
I, even I, know Ephraim, and Israel is not hid from Me; for now, O Ephraim, thou hast committed harlotry, Israel is defiled.
4 “ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಂತೆ, ಅವರ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗಿವೆ. ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರದ ಆತ್ಮವು ಅವರ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅವರು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Their doings will not suffer them to return unto their God; for the spirit of harlotry is within them, and they know not the LORD.
5 ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಗರ್ವವು ಅವರ ಮುಖದ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲು ಮತ್ತು ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಡವಿ ಬೀಳುವವು. ಯೆಹೂದವು ಸಹ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೀಳುವುದು.
But the pride of Israel shall testify to his face; and Israel and Ephraim shall stumble in their iniquity, Judah also shall stumble with them.
6 ಅವರು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ತಮ್ಮ ದನಕುರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೂ ಹೋಗುವರು. ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಂದ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂದೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಅವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
With their flocks and with their herds they shall go to seek the LORD, but they shall not find Him; He hath withdrawn Himself from them.
7 ಅವರು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಅಪನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರದ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಮಾವಾಸ್ಯೆ ಹಬ್ಬಗಳನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಅವರ ಹೊಲಗಳು ನುಂಗಿಬಿಡಲಾಗುವವು.
They have dealt treacherously against the LORD, for they have begotten strange children; now shall the new moon devour them with their portions.
8 “ಗಿಬೆಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತುತೂರಿಯನ್ನೂ ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಂಬನ್ನೂ ಊದಿರಿ. ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಹಿಂದೆ ನೋಡು! ಬೇತಾವೆನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೂಗು.
Blow ye the horn in Gibeah, and the trumpet in Ramah; sound an alarm at Beth-aven: 'Behind thee, O Benjamin!'
9 ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮು ಗದರಿಸುವ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲೇ ಹಾಳಾಗುವುದು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಆಗುವಂಥದ್ದನ್ನೇ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
Ephraim shall be desolate in the day of rebuke; among the tribes of Israel do I make known that which shall surely be.
10 ಯೆಹೂದದ ನಾಯಕರು ಮೇರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಸುವವರ ಹಾಗೆ ಇದ್ದರು. ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ, ನೀರಿನ ಪ್ರವಾಹದಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸುವೆನು.
The princes of Judah are like them that remove the landmark; I will pour out My wrath upon them like water.
11 ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮು, ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರಣ, ಅವನು ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿ, ಹಿಂಸೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದನು.
Oppressed is Ephraim, crushed in his right; because he willingly walked after filth.
12 ನಾನು ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮಿಗೆ ನುಸಿಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ, ಯೆಹೂದದ ಮನೆತನದವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಳೆಯುವಿಕೆಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಇರುವೆನು.
Therefore am I unto Ephraim as a moth, and to the house of Judah as rottenness.
13 “ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮು ತನ್ನ ರೋಗವನ್ನು ಯೆಹೂದವು ತನ್ನ ಗಾಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದಾಗ, ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮ್ ಅಸ್ಸೀರಿಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿ, ಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಹಾ ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿತು. ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಗುಣಪಡಿಸಲು ಅವನು ಶಕ್ತನಲ್ಲ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗಾಯವನ್ನು ಗುಣಪಡಿಸಲಾರನು.
And when Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah his wound, Ephraim went to Assyria, and sent to King Contentious; but he is not able to heal you, neither shall he cure you of your wound.
14 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮಿಗೆ ಸಿಂಹದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ, ಯೆಹೂದದ ಮನೆತನದವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಯದ ಸಿಂಹದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಇರುವೆನು. ನಾನೇ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸೀಳಿಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವೆನು. ನಾನು ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲು, ಅವರನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಬಿಡಿಸಲಾರರು.
For I will be unto Ephraim as a lion, and as a young lion to the house of Judah; I, even I, will tear and go away, I will take away, and there shall be none to deliver.
15 ಅಪರಾಧಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡಿ, ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವವರೆಗೂ, ನಾನು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಗುಹೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವೆನು. ಅವರ ಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೇಗ ಹುಡುಕುವರು.”
I will go and return to My place, till they acknowledge their guilt, and seek My face; in their trouble they will seek Me earnestly:
