ಯೆಹೆಜ್ಕೇಲನು 11
1 ಆಮೇಲೆ ದೇವರಾತ್ಮರು ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಅಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿರುವ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯದ ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು. ಪ್ರವೇಶದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ಮಂದಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಇದ್ದರು. ಅವರೊಳಗೆ ನಾನು ಜನರ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಾದ ಅಜ್ಜೂರನ ಮಗ ಯಾಜನ್ಯನನ್ನೂ, ಬೆನಾಯನ ಮಗ ಪೆಲಟೀಯನನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿದೆನು.
Then the Spirit picked me up and took me to the eastern entrance of the Lord's Temple. Twenty-five men were gathered there at the entrance. I recognized among them Jaazaniah son of Azzur and Pelatiah son of Benaiah, leaders of the people.
2 ಆಮೇಲೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನನಗೆ, “ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿ, ದುರಾಲೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡುವವರು ಈ ಜನರೇ.
The Lord told me, “Son of man, it's these men who are making evil plans and giving bad advice to the people in this city.
3 ಅವರು, ‘ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗಳು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಪಾತ್ರೆ, ಮತ್ತು ನಾವು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾಂಸ,’ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.
They're saying, ‘Is this the time for us to be building houses? The city is the cooking pot, and we are the meat inside it.’
4 ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸು.”
So prophesy against them. Prophesy, son of man!”
5 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಆತ್ಮವು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ: “ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮನೆತನದವರೇ, ನೀವು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟುವ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು.
The Spirit of the Lord came upon me and told me to say: This is what the Lord says: “People of Israel, that's what you're saying! I know what you're thinking inside!
6 ನೀವು ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನರಹತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಹತರಾದವರಿಂದ ಬೀದಿಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
You murder more and more people in this city. You've filled its streets with the dead!
7 “ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ: ನೀವು ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿದವರ ದೇಹಗಳೇ ಮಾಂಸ, ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಬೇಯಿಸುವ ಪಾತ್ರೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅದರಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತರುತ್ತೇನೆ.
So this is what the Lord God says: Those you've killed in this city are the meat, and the city is the pot; but I'm going to take you out of it.
8 ನೀವು ಖಡ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟಿರಿ. ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದು ಖಡ್ಗವನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಇದು ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ನುಡಿ.
You're afraid of being killed by the sword, so I will bring invaders with swords to attack you, declares the Lord God.
9 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಮಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದು ಪರಕೀಯರ ಕೈಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವೆನು ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವೆನು.
I'm going to take you out of the city and hand you over to foreigners, and I'm going to carry out my sentence against you.
10 ನೀವು ಖಡ್ಗದಿಂದ ನಾಶವಾಗುವಿರಿ. ನಾನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವೆನು. ಆಗ ನಾನೇ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೆಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು.
You will be killed by the sword, and I will punish you right up to the borders of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord.
11 ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀವು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಂಸವೂ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವೆನು.
The city won't be like a pot for you, and you won't be the meat inside it either. I will punish you right up to the borders of Israel.
12 ನಾನೇ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೆಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ನಿಯಮಗಳಂತೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಇತರ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಆಚಾರಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ.”
Then you will know that I am the Lord. For you didn't follow my rules and you didn't keep my laws. Instead you kept the laws of the nations around you.”
13 ನಾನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ಬೆನಾಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಪೆಲಟೀಯನು ಸತ್ತನು. ಆಗ ನಾನು ಮುಖ ಕೆಳಗಾಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದು, ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೂಗಿ, “ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದವರನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತೀರೋ?” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
While I was prophesying, Pelatiah son of Benaiah died. I fell facedown on the ground and shouted loudly, “Lord God, are you going to completely destroy what's left of the people of Israel?”
14 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಬಂದಿತು:
A message from Lord came to me, saying,
15 “ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರಿಗೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಅಣ್ಣಂದಿರಿಗೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ನೆಂಟರಿಷ್ಟರಿಗೆ, ಅಂತು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ವಂಶದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ, ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಉಳಿದಿರುವವರು, ‘ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ದೂರವಾಗಿ ತೊಲಗಿರಿ, ಈ ನಾಡು ನಮಗೇ ಸೊತ್ತಾಗಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ,’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಹೀನೈಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರಲ್ಲವೇ?
“Son of man, your brothers, including your relatives, your fellow exiles, and all the other Israelites, are those the people of Jerusalem were referring to when they said, ‘They are far away from the Lord. This country was given to us and we are to own it.’
16 “ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು, ‘ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ: ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಇತರ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರ ಹಾಕಿದರೂ, ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚದರಿಸಿದರೂ, ಅವರು ಹೋಗುವ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಾಲದವರೆಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿರುವೆನು.’
So tell them that this is what the Lord God says: Even though I sent them far away to live among the foreign nations, scattering them among the different countries, I have been taking care of them for a while in the countries where they went.
17 “ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ‘ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ: ನಾನು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳೊಳಗಿಂದ, ನೀವು ಚದರಿಹೋದ ದೇಶಗಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಕೊಡುವೆನು.’
Tell them that this is what the Lord God says: I'm going to gather you from the other nations and bring you back from the countries where you've been scattered, and I will return the country of Israel to you.
18 “ಅವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅನುಪಯುಕ್ತ ಆಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಹ್ಯಕರ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ.
When they come back, they are going to get rid of all its offensive idols and disgusting practices from the country.
19 ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದೇ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಹೊಸ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಇಡುವೆನು. ಅವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ತೆಗೆಯುವೆನು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೃದು ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು.
I will give them single-minded commitment and a whole new spirit. I will take away their hard-hearted attitude and replace it with one that is loving.
20 ಆಗ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಪಾಲಿಸುವರು. ನನ್ನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಜನರಾಗುವರು, ನಾನು ಅವರ ದೇವರಾಗುವೆನು.
This way they can follow my rules, keep my regulations, and do what I say. They will be my people, and I will be their God.
21 ಆದರೆ ಯಾರ ಹೃದಯವು ಅನುಪಯುಕ್ತ ಆಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಹ್ಯಕರ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತದೋ, ನಾನು ಅವರ ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಅವರ ತಲೆಗೇ ಕಟ್ಟುವೆನು, ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.”
But for those who still choose to worship offensive idols and engage in disgusting practices, I will let them experience the consequences of their own actions, declares the Lord God.”
22 ಬಳಿಕ ಚಕ್ರಗಳ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕೆರೂಬಿಗಳು ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಡಿಕೊಂಡವು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರ ತೇಜಸ್ಸು ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲ್ಗಡೆ ನೆಲೆಸಿತ್ತು.
Then the cherubim opened their wings and took off, with the wheels alongside them, and with the glory of the God of Israel above them.
23 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಮಹಿಮೆಯು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಮಧ್ಯದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೇರಿ, ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರ್ವತದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತಿತು.
The glory of the Lord rose from inside the city and went over to the mountain to the east of the city.
24 ಅನಂತರ ದೇವರಾತ್ಮರು, ದೇವರ ಆತ್ಮರಿಂದಾದ ದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಾಬಿಲೋನಿಯರ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸೆರೆಯವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು. ಆಗ ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದ ದರ್ಶನವು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಯಿತು.
In the vision given to me by the Spirit of God, the Spirit picked me up and carried me back to Babylonia to where the exiles were. After the vision left me,
25 ಆಮೇಲೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನನಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆನು.
I explained to the exiles everything the Lord had shown me.
