ದಾನಿಯೇಲನು 12
1 “ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜಕುಮಾರನಾದ ಮೀಕಾಯೇಲನು ಏಳುವನು. ಮೊಟ್ಟಮೊದಲು ಜನಾಂಗ ಉಂಟಾದಂದಿನಿಂದ ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ಸಂಭವಿಸದಂತಹ ಸಂಕಟವು ಸಂಭವಿಸುವುದು. ಆಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರೊಳಗೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಜೀವ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರ ಹೆಸರು ಬರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆಯೋ, ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವರು.
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince who standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2 ಭೂಮಿಯ ಧೂಳಿನೊಳಗೆ ನಿದ್ರೆ ಮಾಡುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕರು ಎಚ್ಚತ್ತು, ಕೆಲವರು ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವವನ್ನೂ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲವರು ತಿರಸ್ಕೃತರಾಗಿ ನಿತ್ಯ ನಿಂದನೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುವರು.
And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3 ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳಾದವರು ಆಕಾಶದ ಕಾಂತಿಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ, ಅನೇಕರನ್ನು ನೀತಿಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸುವರು, ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವರು, ನಿತ್ಯ ಅವಮಾನವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವರು.
And they that are wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
4 ಆದರೆ ದಾನಿಯೇಲನೇ ನೀನು, ಅಂತ್ಯಕಾಲದವರೆಗೂ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಡು; ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಆ ಗ್ರಂಥಕ್ಕೆ ಮುದ್ರೆ ಹಾಕು. ಅನೇಕರು ಅತ್ತಿತ್ತ ಓಡಾಡುವರು, ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುವುದು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
5 ಆಗ ದಾನಿಯೇಲನೆಂಬ ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದೆನು. ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ನದಿಯ ತೀರದ ಈ ಕೊನೆಗೂ, ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನು ನದಿಯ ತೀರದ ಆ ಕೊನೆಗೂ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರು.
Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood two others, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.
6 ಅವರು ನದಿಯ ನೀರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತು, ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನು, “ಈ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯದ ಅಂತ್ಯವು ಎಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ ಇರುವುದು?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು.
And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
7 ನದಿಯ ನೀರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತು ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ಎಡಗೈಯನ್ನೂ ಬಲಗೈಯನ್ನೂ ಆಕಾಶದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಎತ್ತಿ ಸದಾಕಾಲ ಜೀವಂತರಾಗಿರುವವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟು, “ಅದು ಒಂದುಕಾಲ, ಎರಡುಕಾಲ, ಅರ್ಧಕಾಲ ಕಳೆಯಬೇಕು; ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಮುರಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗುವುವು,” ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಕಿವಿಗೆ ಬೀಳುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದನು.
And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished the breaking up of the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
8 ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದೆನು, ಆದರೆ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಗ ನಾನು, “ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನೇ, ಈ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳ ಅಂತ್ಯವೇನು?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದೆನು.
And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?
9 ಆಗ ಅವನು, “ದಾನಿಯೇಲನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗು, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಅಂತ್ಯಕಾಲದವರೆಗೂ ಮುಚ್ಚಿ, ಮುದ್ರಿತವಾಗಿವೆ.
And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
10 ಅನೇಕರು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸಿ, ಶುಭ್ರಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಶೋಧಿತರಾಗುವರು. ಆದರೆ ದುಷ್ಟರು ದುಷ್ಟರಾಗಿಯೇ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುವರು. ಯಾವ ದುಷ್ಟನೂ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರಾದವರು ಅರಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.
Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
11 “ಪ್ರತಿದಿನದ ಯಜ್ಞವು ಸಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಂತುಹೋಗುವುದು. ಆ ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುವ ಅಸಹ್ಯ ವಸ್ತುವು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತವಾದ ಮೇಲೆ, 1,290 ದಿನಗಳು ಕಳೆಯಬೇಕು.
And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
12 1,335 ದಿನಗಳು ಬರುವವರೆಗೆ ಕಾದಿರುವವನೇ ಭಾಗ್ಯವಂತನು.
Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
13 “ನೀನು ಅಂತ್ಯದವರೆಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗು. ನೀನು ವಿಶ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆ ಮತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಪಾಲಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಎದ್ದು ಬರುವೆ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
But go thou thy way till the end: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.
