ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 97

1 ೧ ಯೆಹೋವನು ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಭೂಲೋಕವು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಲಿ; ಸಮುದ್ರದ ತೀರಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹರ್ಷಿಸಲಿ.

The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad.

2 ೨ ಮೋಡಗಳೂ, ಕಾರ್ಗತ್ತಲೆಯೂ ಆತನ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ; ಯೆಹೋವನು ನೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳಿಂದ ಆಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

Clouds and darkness surround him: righteousness and judgment [are] the habitation of his throne.

3 ೩ ಬೆಂಕಿಯು ಆತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗಿ, ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಆವರಿಸಿ ಆತನ ವೈರಿಗಳನ್ನು ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ.

A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.

4 ೪ ಆತನ ಮಿಂಚುಗಳು ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಬೆಳಗಿಸಿದವು; ಭೂಮಿಯು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ನಡುಗಿತು.

His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.

5 ೫ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪರ್ವತಗಳು ಮೇಣದಂತೆ ಕರಗಿಹೋದವು.

The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the LORD of the whole earth.

6 ೬ ಗಗನಮಂಡಲವು ಆತನ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿತು; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರು ಆತನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡರು.

The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.

7 ೭ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಗ್ಗುವವರೂ, ಮೂರ್ತಿಪೂಜಕರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನಾಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುವರು; ದೇವರುಗಳೆಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವವರೇ, ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಬೀಳಿರಿ.

Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols; worship him, all [ye] gods.

8 ೮ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನು ನ್ಯಾಯಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ ವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಚೀಯೋನ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಹರ್ಷಿಸಿತು; ಯೆಹೂದ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಊರುಗಳು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಿದವು.

Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O LORD.

9 ೯ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನು ಭೂಲೋಕದ ಸರ್ವಾಧಿಕಾರಿ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇವರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹೋನ್ನತನು ನೀನೇ.

For thou, LORD, [art] high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.

10 ೧೦ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುವವರನ್ನು, ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಭಕ್ತರ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವವನಾಗಿ, ದುಷ್ಟರ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುವನು.

Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

11 ೧೧ ನೀತಿವಂತರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಬೆಳಕು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವುದು, ಯಥಾರ್ಥಹೃದಯವುಳ್ಳವರಿಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷವೂ ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ.

Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.

12 ೧೨ ನೀತಿವಂತರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಿಸಿರಿ; ಆತನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧನಾಮವನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ.

Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
